So I went to a small convention today

I mean real small, like teeny tiny lol

And I noticed one guest voice actor's name looked real freakin familiar, so I looked them up and gdam, they voiced a character in Murder Drones

So i zoomed my ass to my office (con was actually being held at my work lol) and printed out one of the inktobers I had done for their character

I got to meet and give the picture to Amber May, the voice actress for Alice!

She even signed an extra copy for me ;w;

Summon Night: Swordcraft Story (ATLUS, 2003)

#my actual posts lol #haha what if i made a daily diary post thing like nico #..i was just thinking #today was a good day #and i thought of this song #ive been playing summon night swordcraft story a lot as of late.. though none today actually #its still on my mind though #i considered using dweller empty path's song flying through a stary sky instead.. but this is what i thought of first #i think it fits best to use it #i actually had to jump through some hoops to upload music!#cus my tumblr app is kinda old.. i cant properly upload music. i could only put a link #which isnt exactly ideal #so i tried in my web browser.. but maybe its cus i havent updated it in a while or maybe just cus its tor.. it didnt work #so i downloaded firefox and did it on there lol #now im editing it in my drafts back on the app #dont ask why im not just doing it on my computer... shes having some technical difficulties. we're working on it #but not today #...#today was pretty eventful.. even if not very productive. but ive never been a very productive person #we went and saw some light festival thing! it was rly nice.. a little simple at times but it was fun #we went and got some yummy snacks earlier too! tho ive already eaten them all hehe #and i started up animal crossing new leaf. i hadnt played it in ages! its startling how much better it is than new horizions.. imo at least #only problem is i couldnt make it the same as my island.. and i didnt remember why i named my last town #we searched for a while for some reference or somfin to name it after.. but we ended up just going with ''faraway''#cus i liked the idea of being asked where im going.. and just saying far far away #and as beth said it has a kinda fairytail vibe!#...only after i named it did i realize i accidentally named it after the town in omori. oops!#...im about to hit the tag limit. so whoevers still listening i just want u to know..#i love you. ok?#goodnight

It was childhood rivals to teen enemies to fighting in f1 and now it's suddenly a victory lap together in the rain and a double podium and "A lot of flashbacks came back to my memories, when we were racing on the wet in go-karts, when we were young, even in the snow with the slick tires, we were both racing together and waiting for the podium or the win to come, and today, yeah, it tastes a bit like that. Just fully. Uh. Experienced the theater kid experience and. :’)

Anyway little happy rant I typed out to my friend then deleted under the cut because I still wanna tell people :)

AAAAAHHHHHHH I’M HAVING FEELINGS AND IT’S GREAT :’) /srs

Okay so rehearsals for Newsies have been picking up and we ran act two in its entirety today and I just. I. Uh. I just. DSGFJHGSCDGCJHSDCADGJHGDKHCA- everything :)

There was that one scene where Jack and Katherine sing Something to Believe In and I genuinely almost cried. Everyone is so freaking talented and it’s so cool to see and and and IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND HEARTFELT I CAN’T- I CAN’T EVEN EXPRESS. AUGHFJSJSHDHDMD. S O B B I N G. And then since my group kinda exists separate from the rest of the cast because we’re pre-show and concessions, I hadn’t really talked to anyone else besides them and they’re pretty distant (and also a year younger and I already struggle to talk to people my own age) so like. Uh. Who was going to tell me that theater kids are so nice??. Like genuinely??? I was holding back happy tears??? And as soon as it finished and I was walking to my locker to get my stuff I was quietly sobbing with this huge grin on my face ^^

I just…. Felt like part of the cast for the first time and- ajhdgdghsjbcdbnvcnfcfvnsscfn :’)

I’ve had moments where I’ve watched people actually getting to be Newsies and singing all of the songs I love so dearly and felt this emptiness every time. It’s kind of selfish but I am… kinda jealous honestly. All we sing about are rules and concessions and there’s just… no emotion behind it. We’re just happy little cutesy girls in dresses skipping around :D and I’ve come to like it, but I still find myself wishing sometimes.

I still kinda feel like an outsider, even in the concessions group, but tonight it felt… different. It didn’t hurt so much :>

Anyway. Yeah :D 👍
