Gotta love PTSD inducing panic attacks when you cannot get away and have to smile through it so that the ones going through the incident are not exposed to your trauma. So instead your turn off and become the rock, the comfort, the reassurance for the victim.

So exhausted and really just checked out but trying to stay focused at work. 💜💜🫣💜💜
