𝗪𝐇𝐘 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃 𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐘⁠ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ So before people jump in the comments about rest days and overtraining, there is a difference between exercise and training.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ Training should not be done every day and does require rest, but training also counts as part of your exercise. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ Exercise is anything from walking the dog, to physical work in your job, to deadlifting 200kg. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ There are so many benefits to exercising regularly and simply getting your 10k steps a day does come in to that. Although its classed as Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, there isn't a clear line of what constitutes exercise from activity and even training at times. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ Of course walking 10,000 steps is a form of exercise especially when you do it with purpose.
