Exercise for Hair Growth, Best Hair Transplant in Delhi
Finding efficient means to encourage hair regrowth is a priority for those seeking healthier and fuller locks because hair loss is a problem that many people face. Incorporating effective exercise for hair growth into your daily routine will considerably help to promote hair regrowth, while genetics, hormonal imbalances, and other factors can contribute to hair loss.
This article will discuss 15 practical exercise for hair growth, such as jogging, scalp massage, breathing techniques, HIIT workouts, strength training, yoga positions, and more, that can improve nutrient delivery to the hair follicles, boost blood circulation, and reduce stress.
Best & Effective Exercise For Hair Growth
Jogging
Popular aerobic exercise like jogging is good for encouraging hair development. Your heart rate rises while you jog, improving blood flow to all body parts, including the scalp. As a result of this improved circulation, the environment for hair growth is more favorable by the increased supply of oxygen and vital nutrients reaching the hair follicles.
Jogging also aids in lowering stress and anxiety, both of which are known causes of hair loss. Jogging is a great way to improve your general health and stimulate your hair follicles, which could result in hair that is stronger, healthier, and brighter. Consistency is crucial; therefore, consistent jogging can help you eventually reach your hair regrowth goals.
Scalp Massage
Scalp massage offers a rejuvenating pathway to encourage hair regrowth. Massaging the scalp with your fingertips enhances blood circulation to the hair follicles, ensuring improved delivery of vital nutrients and oxygen. This increased circulation nourishes the follicles, promoting a conducive environment for hair growth.
Additionally, scalp massage helps to alleviate stress and tension, which can contribute to hair loss. Reducing stress improves the body’s hormonal balance, further aiding hair regrowth. Massaging also stimulates the production of sebum, a natural oil that conditions and moisturizes the scalp and hair. Regular scalp massages through professional sessions or self-care routines can be soothing and adequate to support healthy hair regrowth.
Breathing Exercises
Exercises that improve breathing, frequently underrated in their effects, are crucial for encouraging hair development. Stress and anxiety levels can be decreased using deep, conscious breathing techniques like diaphragmatic breathing. Reduced stress leads to the body’s hormonal equilibrium being restored, which improves the environment for the growth of hair follicles.
Additionally, these breathing exercises improve oxygenation and blood flow throughout the entire body, including the scalp. The adequate supply of nutrients and oxygen to hair follicles, essential for healthy hair development, is ensured by improved blood flow. A vital component of cellular metabolism, oxygen helps produce the energy needed to support the activity of hair follicles.
Regular breathing exercises also promote improved digestion and nutrition absorption. The availability of vital components like vitamins, minerals, and proteins is enhanced due to the body’s effective digestion of nutrients, which directly promotes the health and growth of hair.
Breathing exercises can help you manage stress and improve bodily processes that immediately impact hair development. Including them in your routine, creates the circumstances for thicker, healthier hair by providing a healthy internal environment through attentive breathing.
HIIT exercises
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises provide a dynamic way to encourage hair development. HIIT increases cardiovascular fitness and metabolic efficiency by alternating between brief bursts of intensive physical exercise and short rest intervals. The enhanced blood circulation from this elevated metabolic state ensures that the hair follicles receive a more excellent supply of the nutrients and oxygen necessary for healthy hair development.
HIIT workouts cause the production of growth factors that are essential for the health and regeneration of hair follicles, including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). These growth factors promote cell growth and blood vessel development, producing an environment favorable to hair regrowth.
It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional like Dr. Arvind Poswal before going for any HIIT exercises.
Strengthening Exercises
Strength training impacts several physiological parameters, providing a complex strategy to encourage hair development. Regular strength training activities like weightlifting, resistance training, and bodyweight workouts can enhance blood circulation and hormonal balance, both essential for healthy hair.
It has been demonstrated that lifting weights raises testosterone levels, a hormone linked to hair growth. It’s crucial to remember that while a slight rise in testosterone can promote hair growth, too much of the hormone can result in hair thinning. Keeping a balanced and controlled strength training program is, therefore, essential.
It even contributes to overall well-being by reducing stress and anxiety. High-stress levels are associated with hair loss, so you can help create a more favorable environment for hair regrowth by engaging in strength training.
Vajrasana
Vajrasana, sometimes called the Diamond Pose, is a yoga position that promotes hair growth subtly but effectively. Kneeling and sitting back on the heels improves blood flow to the pelvic area and lower body. It increases blood flow to the scalp and aids nutrient and oxygen delivery to the hair follicles, which is necessary for fostering hair growth.
Vajrasana also promotes digestion and eases discomfort, ensuring nutrients from your diet to get effectively absorbed and utilized. This improved nutrient absorption directly impacts the condition of your hair and the overall health of your hair follicles.
Sarvangasana
Sarvangasana, often called the Shoulder Stand pose, has unique advantages for hair development. As a result of the scalp’s enhanced blood flow in this inverted position, the hair follicles receive more nutrients and oxygen. An environment favorable to hair renewal is created by the increased blood flow, which nourishes and revitalizes the hair follicles.
Sarvangasana also activates the thyroid, which controls hormone balance and metabolism. This pose indirectly helps to maintain healthy, strong hair because hormonal balance is necessary for hair health and growth.
Matsyasana
Matsyasana, or the Fish Pose, is a yoga posture renowned for potentially contributing to hair regrowth. This pose stretches the neck and upper back muscles by arching the back and lifting the chest, indirectly enhancing blood circulation to the scalp. Improved blood flow means better delivery of vital nutrients and oxygen to hair follicles, supporting their health and encouraging hair regrowth.
Beyond its physical benefits, Matsyasana also positively impacts overall well-being. This pose helps alleviate stress and tension by decongesting the chest and promoting deep breathing. Reduced stress levels can significantly affect hair loss, as stress is a known contributing factor.
Matsyasana is also believed to stimulate the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolism and hormonal balance. Balanced hormones are essential for hair health and growth, making Matsyasana a potentially valuable addition to your hair care routine.
Balayam Yoga
Balayam Yoga, an ancient practice rooted in Ayurveda, is believed to offer remarkable benefits for hair regrowth. This technique involves rubbing the fingernails of one hand against those of the other hand. This seemingly simple action stimulates specific acupressure points located on the fingertips, which, in turn, can activate hair follicles and promote hair regrowth.
Balayam Yoga is believed to work by increasing blood circulation to the scalp and nourishing hair follicles with enhanced oxygen and nutrients. The acupressure points on the fingertips are connected to various body parts, and stimulating them positively impacts overall health, including hair health.
Beyond its potential physiological effects, Balayam Yoga also provides a meditative and relaxing experience. This practice can help reduce stress and anxiety, known contributors to hair loss. Balayam Yoga indirectly supports an environment conducive to hair regrowth by promoting a sense of calm and relaxation.
Wild Relieving Position (Marjariasana)
The Wild Relieving Position, also known as Marjariasana or the Cat-Cow pose, is a yoga posture that can contribute to hair regrowth through its effects on blood circulation and stress reduction. In this pose, practitioners alternate between arching their back (Cow pose) and rounding it (Cat pose), creating a rhythmic motion that stimulates the spine and engages various muscle groups.
Marjariasana promotes flexibility in the spine and stretches the neck and back muscles. As the spine is gently manipulated, blood circulation to the scalp is enhanced. Improved blood flow means better delivery of nutrients and oxygen to hair follicles, providing them with the essential elements they need for optimal growth.
Moreover, the Cat-Cow pose is particularly effective in relieving stress and tension in the spine and back. Stress is a known factor contributing to hair loss, making stress reduction an important aspect of any hair regrowth strategy. By practicing Marjariasana, individuals can help mitigate the adverse effects of stress on hair health.
Neck Exercises
Neck exercises, often overlooked in their potential impact, can significantly promote hair regrowth. These exercises focus on stretching and strengthening the neck muscles, indirectly influencing blood circulation to the scalp. As the neck muscles are engaged and manipulated, blood vessels in the area dilate, allowing for improved blood flow to the scalp and hair follicles.
Enhanced blood circulation means that hair follicles receive a more excellent supply of oxygen and nutrients, essential for promoting hair growth and overall follicle health. Furthermore, neck exercises help alleviate tension and stiffness in the upper body, reducing stress levels and creating a more favorable environment for hair regrowth.
Incorporating neck exercises into your daily routine reduces stress and optimizes physiological functions that directly impact hair health. These exercises can be easily performed through simple stretches, rotations, and movements, making them accessible and manageable for individuals seeking support for their hair regrowth goals.
Ustrasana
Ustrasana, or the Camel Pose, is a yoga posture that offers potential benefits for hair regrowth by positively impacting blood circulation, hormonal balance, and stress reduction. This back-bending pose involves arching the back and lifting the chest, creating a stretch in the front of the body and opening up the heart space.
Ustrasana enhances blood circulation by stretching the chest and spine, promoting a more robust blood flow to the scalp and hair follicles. Improved circulation ensures that hair follicles receive ample nutrients and oxygen, which are essential for hair regrowth.
Furthermore, Ustrasana stimulates the endocrine system, including the thyroid gland. A well-functioning thyroid is vital for hormonal balance, which plays a significant role in hair health and growth. Balanced hormones contribute to maintain the health of hair follicles and supporting regrowth.
Ustrasana aids in reducing stress and tension by decongesting the chest and promoting deep breathing. Stress is a known contributor to hair loss, so by engaging in this pose, you can create a more conducive environment for hair regrowth by reducing stress levels.
Head Inversion
Head inversion, a practice involving positioning the head lower than the heart, offers potential benefits for hair regrowth by enhancing blood circulation to the scalp and stimulating hair follicles. Whether through yoga poses like Sirsasana (headstand) or simply by hanging the head upside down, this inversion encourages blood flow towards the scalp, delivering vital nutrients and oxygen to support hair follicle health.
By reversing the effects of gravity, head inversion promotes increased blood circulation and nourishment to hair follicles. This heightened blood flow can awaken dormant follicles and encourage the growth of stronger, thicker hair. You can visit Dr. Arvind Poswal to know more about the ways in which head inversion can help you effectively in hair regrowth.
Furthermore, head inversion has a positive impact on stress reduction. Stress and tension are alleviated as the body relaxes in this position, which can indirectly contribute to hair regrowth. High-stress levels are linked to hair loss, so reducing stress through head inversion creates a more favorable environment for healthy hair growth.
Side-to-side Hops
Side-to-side hops, a simple yet effective exercise, can improve hair regrowth by enhancing blood circulation and promoting scalp health. This low-impact exercise involves hopping from side to side, engaging the lower body, and encouraging increased blood flow to the scalp.
The rhythmic movement of side-to-side hops stimulates blood vessels, ensuring that hair follicles receive more excellent oxygen and nutrients. Improved blood circulation nourishes the follicles and creates an environment conducive to hair regrowth.
Moreover, side-to-side hops can help reduce stress levels. Physical activity triggers the release of endorphins, which are natural stress relievers. By incorporating side-to-side hops into your routine, you can alleviate stress and contribute to a balanced hormonal environment that plays a significant role in hair health.
Additionally, hopping stimulates the scalp, potentially aiding in removing dead skin cells and promoting a cleaner, healthier scalp. A clean scalp is essential for optimal hair growth, as it allows for unobstructed follicle function.
Brushing Hair
Regular hair brushing is a seemingly simple yet crucial practice that can significantly contribute to hair regrowth. Brushing your hair stimulates the scalp and hair follicles, promoting blood circulation to the area. Improved blood flow means better nutrient and oxygen delivery to the hair follicles, creating an environment conducive to regrowth.
Brushing also helps distribute natural oils, known as sebum, from the scalp throughout the length of the hair. Sebum acts as a natural conditioner, moisturizing and nourishing the hair strands. Proper moisture balance prevents hair from becoming brittle, reducing the risk of breakage and promoting healthier, more robust hair growth.
Brushing helps exfoliate the scalp, removing dead skin cells and buildup that might clog hair follicles. Clear follicles can function optimally, supporting the growth of new hair.
Conclusion
Incorporating these 15 practical exercises into your routine can significantly contribute to hair regrowth by promoting blood circulation, reducing stress, and enhancing nutrient delivery to the hair follicles. Remember that hair regrowth takes time and consistency, so be patient and diligent. With dedication and a holistic approach, you can work towards achieving healthier and fuller hair, Best Hair Transplant in Delhi.

Home Made Gourmet Chocolates
A few weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to make some gourmet food for a party I was going to arrange. Well I put on my chefs hat and finished up making some truffles, and wow, my friends thought they were fantastic and actually thought that they were gourmet chocolates that I had bought from a quality gourmet food store.
I would like to point out that making gourmet chocolates for yourself is difficult and will take a lot of time, however to be positive it does give you the opportunity to try out some recipes that you probably could not get from the local store.
The key to making amazing gourmet chocolates:
Choosing and buying the ingredients of your gourmet chocolates is part of the fun. To start with melt excellent quality dark chocolate over a double boiler. Secondly roll some small balls from marzipan and covered them with chocolate. Finally roll the chocolate covered marzipan in ground almonds, also roll chocolate covered peanut butter in more chocolate and then gave them a covering of ground peanuts.
Making Gourmet chocolates opens up your creative juices, and so when making your own gourmet chocolates, you can create many different variations like, chocolate covered candied ginger, chocolate covered citrus peels; even chocolate covered chili peppers, wow.
Sharpen your sculpting talents when making gourmet chocolates:
Start by melting some very good quality chocolate over the double boiler, and add a little honey, this will create a nice glaze. Now get the marzipan and with a paring knife carve some simple shapes like flowers, bunnies or hearts then dip the shaped marzipan carefully into the chocolate and let the chocolate set on the marzipan. Then dust them with confectioner's sugar. The glaze will be a little sticky, so the sugar will stick.
This will make a great gift for all occasions, and is an especially good idea for gourmet chocolates, because you can make the marzipan into any shape to suit the occasion, and finish off by dusting them with the confectioner's sugar.
A Fantastic gift for someone you care about:
It's difficult to find someone who doesn't like chocolate, so as gifts they are an excellent choice to show someone you care. By making gourmet chocolates yourself, you can take your time, and make them look great for that special person in your life. Food and wine followed by some gourmet chocolates will definitely score you some brownie points.
Gourmet chocolates are normally made by master chocolate makers, there's no pressure here, but be sure you don't make something that looks terrible and boring, because this will defeat the object of making them yourself. If the chocolates you create are lumpy, uneven or mis-shaped people will not think much of them. You need to be sure the quality is fantastic when offering your friends some of your gourmet chocolates.

Learning to love yourself 𝜗𝜚˚⋆
Celebrate yourself. Every accomplishment deserves to be acknowledged, no matter how big or small. Stop putting yourself down by thinking that you don't deserve to celebrate your achievements just because others have accomplished "greater things." Also, there is so much fun in hyping small wins; call your girlfriend, bake a cake, and enjoy yourself!!
Invest time in things that you love. Doing what makes you happy is essential for your mental health. It's so important to pursue one's small and simple pleasures without the intention of turning them into profit!!
Boundaries and relationships. Learn to say no, define and set boundaries, question your current relationships and friendships, and distance yourself from people who make you feel unloved or worthless.
Allow yourself to grow. Let go of the notion that you are undeserving of growth. Acknowledge the past for what it is, learn from it, and grow from it.
Refelct. Getting to know yourself deeply is key to self-love; journaling is a great way to reflect. Ask yourself questions, question your habits, observe how you respond in certain situations, etc...
Trust yourself and your intuition. Listen to yourself, and don't dismiss the small cues that your inner voice gives you!!
Care for yourself. It is not selfish to look after yourself. Start exercising, eat balanced and healthy, stay hydrated, educate yourself, read complex literature, consume media mindfully, prioritise your sleep and routines, care for your skin and hair...
Be patient. Self-love takes time; you must slowly unpack and unlearn past habits, confront uncomfortable thoughts and memories, and gain a deep understanding of yourself. Give yourself time and approach this as a journey to enjoy. <3
You guys ALWAYS ask about self-love and confidence, sooo I hope this can be a little helpful to some of you and as always, please feel free to share your own suggestions and tips in the comments!! ♡

My Weight Loss Journey And My Hair
For the past six months (or more) I’ve been on a health and wellness journey. I was tired of being fat and very fearful of my health spiraling out of control that could result in me having all the things I never want to have: diabetes, high blood pressure, or cancer. My husband and I renewed our membership to the gym at the beginning of the year and we’d never go. One of the gyms is located less…

⚠️ Feminization, Misgendering, Forced detrans kink ahead! ⚠️
Today is a scary day for you. As a trans man, finding the right therapist is far more difficult than it is for most people, especially as you weren’t looking for just a new therapist today. You also need someone to write you a top surgery letter. Although you’ve only been on T for 2 months, barely enough to notice anything besides an increased libido and clit growth, your breasts are by far your biggest source of dysphoria. You often wear two binders when you’re going anywhere, and even then, a sizable bump is visible on your chest. You’re hoping they may become easier to bind with hormones, but you already know that you’ll need surgery regardless.
“Milo Brown?” A masculine voice calls your name from across the room. Glancing up, you see a very attractive man, much taller than you, looking to be in good shape under his professional attire, but not overly muscular. His dark shoulder-length wavy hair and stubble complement his gentle, masculine face and warm brown eyes.
Surprised by the man’s beauty, you stumble on your words as you rise from your seat. “I- uh- I’m here.”
“Great! Let’s get back to my office.” He smiles warmly and gestures for you to follow him out of the waiting room and down a hallway, passing mostly empty offices on the way. This doesn’t seem too odd, as there was construction on the lower floor. Maybe some patients didn’t like the noise and cancelled? Or maybe you’re trying to distract yourself from thinking of the exceedingly attractive man that may soon be your therapist. You’ve considered yourself gay since coming out, but starting hormones has certainly made that attraction all the more apparent.
As he opens his office door, you’re surprised by how casual it is. There’s a long couch next to an armchair, with a clipboard set neatly on top. His desk is to the side, seemingly ignored while clients were present in favor of a more personal layout. Thinking of something to say as you sat on the couch, you spit out “I like your office.”
“Thank you Milo, I spent a lot of time thinking of the anatomy of the room and how to make my clients most at ease. I find this works best.” He smiles at you, his eyes gentle and enticing. “I’m Dr. Sterling, I specialize in support for LGBT and FTM clients. Nice to meet you! Tell me a but about yourself and what brings you here.”
“My name is Milo Brown, I’m 19 years old, and I just started testosterone. I’ve been out as trans for a while but finally got access to hormones and I’m hoping to get top surgery as well, but I need a letter for it. I also just need support with my dysphoria and depression.” You cross your arms over your large chest self-consciously.
“Well, that’s nothing I haven’t heard before. Can you tell me more about your dysphoria regarding your chest?”
Shifting uncomfortably in your chair, you hesitantly proceed. “Every day is awful! They’re the first thing I think about when I wake up and I go to sleep trying not to feel or think about them. They’re so big and heavy that I feel them whenever I move and it makes me so dysphoric. It’s also impossible to make myself flat, so I never pass. As a gay man, it’s so hard to find a man who would want a guy with a body like mine!”
“Oh, Milo, I think that’s very negative thinking. Plenty of men would find you attractive! I thought you were quite beautiful when I saw you myself.”
You’re surprised by his words! That sounded very flirtatious, but maybe he was just trying to boost your ego. Either way, it made the empty space between your legs tingle when he said it. You also didn’t know he was queer, but it definitely makes you more comfortable with him. “Well… that does make me feel better. I still don’t feel comfortable with my chest though.”
“Why don’t we try something? This is an exercise I’ve done with plenty of my transmasuline patients before, and it has always improved their lives and helped with dysphoria. While we do it, I can assess you for top surgery as well! How does that sound?” He smiled at you expectingly.
“Uhhh… yeah, that sounds good. What are we doing?”
“I’m just going to have you answer some questions about your body and dysphoria. This may get uncomfortable, but it’s all part of this process. I’m sure you can trust me, right?”
“Of course!” You answer instinctively.
“Right. First, I want you to take off your shirt and binder.” He instructs casually.
“What!? I thought we were just answering questions. Is that necessary?” You’re again surprised, he wasn’t a surgeon and you had never shown anyone your chest before. You didn’t want to look at it yourself, much less this beautiful man you’re expecting to see regularly!
“I understand this is surprising and uncomfortable, but I want to understand your perspective on your body, as well as assess the size and density for surgery. I need to know this for the letter, and I understand this is very important to you. I’m sorry for the discomfort, Milo.” He looked at you apologetically, his brown eyes sparkling, staring in to your soul and shooting down between your legs.
“I… okay.” What he was saying did make sense, and you would do most anything for this surgery. Resolving to just get this over with, you take off your oversized hoodie and throw it on the couch next to you. Grabbing both binders at once, you exert a herculean force squeezing yourself out, panting as your huge breasts fly out. You blush with embarrassment as a loud clap can be heard from them swinging together.
Dr. Sterling calmly walks closer to you. “Do you know your cup size?”
“Uh… no, sorry.”
“That’s alright, we can measure now.” He smiles warmly and pulls out some measuring tape. Without hesitation, he walks up to you and wraps it around your chest! He first measures your underbust before moving to measure your bust. His hands rest on your breasts as he does so. “Alright… looks like you have J cups.” His hand brushes your nipple as he backs away.
“Mmph!” Involuntarily, you let out a short, feminine moan. Both the dysphoria of knowing your overwhelming cup size and your accidental vocalization leave you embarrassed and blushing harder than ever.
“It doesn’t seem like you’ve experienced any vocal changes from testosterone.” He observes.
“Umm… not yet, no.”
“It also seems like you have quite sensitive nipples?”
“I guess…”
“Well, have you ever considered embracing your breasts?”
“Huh?” You were confused. They made you sad and dysphoric, how could you ever embrace them? He did say whatever he was doing worked for all of his other transmasc patients, but this seemed absurd.
“Your breast are way too big to bind properly. I’ve seen you wearing two binders in here, and that is not healthy. As your therapist, I can’t encourage you to damage your body in such a way, and especially without two binders, you wouldn’t be able to hide them at all anyways. And why go through the trouble of binding if everyone can tell? It might do you some good to just accept your body as it is. It’s not like whether you bind now will affect surgery.”
Unfortunately, everything he was saying made perfect sense. Even when binding, it was very obvious you had breasts. Why go through all the trouble, especially if it was hurting your body? You were dysphoric either way, might as well be more comfortable physically. “I guess… I guess you’re right.”
“Yes… unfortunately it’s also not very possible hormones could reduce them to a bindable size either.”
This devastated you. Even later on testosterone, you would have obvious breasts? How could you expect anyone to take you seriously as a man? You had hoped to begin passing in public soon, and finally begin living comfortably, but you weren’t so sure now. Would it even be safe to live as a non-passing trans man? Why were you going through so much for hormones if there was no hope of passing before surgery anyways? Maybe you should just wait until then for hormones- no one will gender you right as you are now. “Maybe… maybe I should pause testosterone until surgery then.”
“Yes, I can see why. That might be the safest option for you.” He nodded solemnly. “We can practice some exercises to reduce dysphoria until then, if you’d like.” His frown shifted in to a comforting smile.
Still upset, you nodded.
He moved closer and, before you could react, placed one hand on each perky, round breast, grabbing you by the boobs.
Surprised, you squeaked.
“This is just to get you used to your breasts. It often helps most when someone else does it, so you’re more comfortable with other people seeing them.” He gently squeezed and pulled, running his fingers along your supple breasts, warm palms pressing your hard nipples.
“Mmmmmm-! Oooh!” You let out a series of feminine wails as the doctor palms at your breasts. They were so sensitive and they felt so heavy- so wrong on your body- and yet they sent waves of pleasure throughout your curvy figure.
“Are you still going to go by Milo? I mean, you’re stopping T until surgery because you won’t be able to pass. It would be weird to only keep the name and pronouns, especially for strangers.” His hands shifted to thumb at your nipples.
Your thoughts were flooded with waves of pleasure shooting from your tits. The importance of this decision didn’t fully register, but what he was saying made sense to you. “You’re right.”
“Good girl.”
“Huhh…”
“People are going to refer to you by what you look like. You know you don’t pass. This is just exposure training, okay?”
“Okay…” You mindlessly agree as he moves his head close to your breast.
“See? You are a good girl.” He starts to suck on your nipple, causing you to throw your head back and wail in pleasure. You don’t know when his own clothes came off, but he’s getting on top of you and pulling your pants off, leaving you in just your boxers with his much larger biologically male body pinning you down, suddenly kissing your lips.
“What… what are you doing now, d-doctor…” he cuts you off as you pant your words out.
“The easiest way to adapt to and accept being seen as a woman is to have sex with a straight man, one who can use you as only male can use female. You need this, Amelia. It’s okay.”
Hearing your deadname makes you cringe with dysphoria. You’ve always felt an aversion towards it, despising the femininity it signaled. You struggle to reconcile your attraction to the doctor and trust in his methods to your current panic. This all felt good and sounded logical but it’s happening too fast to react, and these are all such big decisions, and suddenly he’s pulling your boxers off.
“Your pussy is so perfect. You make such a sexy woman.” He rubs the length of his cock along your clit and hole. The distinction between your pathetic nub and his masculine length is obvious. He gropes your massive jiggling breasts, squeezing them together and lowering his head to kiss and suck your nipples as his dick prods your entrance.
“Doctor Sterling…” You moan his name as his assault on your tits grows heavier. He sloppily makes out with your huge boobs, enjoying every second he can get drowning in your massive breasts.
He momentarily pulls his mouth from your tits. “Yes… fuck, Amelia!” He rams his hard cock all the way inside you, hitting your cervix as he moans your deadname, resuming his assault on your massive wobbling boobs all the while.
You scream and wail, unsure if it’s in pleasure or some mix of dysphoria and grief for your lost ambitions. Whatever male identity you insisted on was currently obstructed by your massive tits and the straight man enjoying them as he pounded in to your soft, tight vagina. Anyone who saw you two would know immediately that this was heterosexual sex- they would never stop to consider you could be anything but a curvy woman being held down and fucked by a handsome man. Suddenly, the doctor’s thrusts sped up. You forgot condoms, and you’re barely on T!
Right as you open your mouth, he interrupts. “I’m gonna cum, Amelia! I’m cumming inside you!” He holds himself against your cervix, comforting you as you begin to scream. “Shhh, good girl, it’s okay.”
You feel his hot cum flood in to your unprotected pussy, tears falling from your eyes. Feeling the sticky cum start to leak out, you manage to speak. “Do… do you have a towel?”
“Uhhh… here!” He grabs your binders and rips them both, turning them in to makeshift towels as he pulls out, along with a flood of cum.
You know you said you wouldn’t bind anymore, but having the option taken away made everything all the more real. You know it was for the best tho. He specializes in helping trans men, and he said this always works. You just have to trust him! As time runs out, you don’t even realize you forgot to finish your top surgery letter.
Still… you couldn’t wait to book your next session.

di leon kennedy doing pushups ;) inspired by this (suggestive) art by @bunnivievve because i think artists have too much power. lowkey im typing this out so fast rn im tweaking i have exams tomorrow NOOOOOOOO-
<><><><>
your husband joined the police force. great. awesome. what a wonderful sight, at least it is for all the people watching on the outside. the picture perfect couple; a loving wife and a valiant husband to match.
what they never saw were the late nights up, studying the same textbook about a trillion times over, pretty much memorizing the goddamn contents of it before stumbling into your bed.
his body might be warm but that warmth always abandons you in what seems like a second, the snap of his fingers, because it's become a recurring instance that he's left early to train.
always making good impressions, that man. and you're proud of him, you have to be and you're not ashamed to show it. you've seen his growth, his courage that he displays, the hurt he has to suffer through all to keep the city safe. his city, where you are. his heart.
which is why it comes as a surprised when your husband, a man you've been married to for seven years, comes up to you with a bashful expression, eyes darting left and right, grazing all the corners of the world.
"do you... uhm... think... i'm strong?" you blink, dazed.
"why? what's wrong?"
"well, some of my higher ups had some concerns about... strength. they wanted me to 'strengthen my core'." he chuckles. "whatever that means."
"and you came to me for that," you drone.
"i've seen you do all those exercises around the house!" he protests. "can't you just teach me a few?"
"first of all, those are to help with cramps, and second, no." it seems like he's given up, but you know him well enough to know that that will never be the case.
"aw, c'mon, please?" he murmurs, taking your hand into his, caressing the bottom of your knuckles, rubbing soothing circles into your fingers. "just once?"
so you find yourself relenting to the man who always knows what to say to get you to crack. maybe next time you should be more demanding, hm?
needless to say, it's all made up for when you stretch out into the first pose, a simple sitting position with your legs extended fully, fingertips reaching the tips of your toes.
leon nods, and he gets the sitting part right. but when he tries to copy your movements, he hisses and leans back, groaning with the effort.
"what's wrong, officer kennedy?" you tease. "scared you'll break a hip bone?"
"quiet," he grumbles. "i'm just a little sore from yesterday."
"of course, of course, a very busy day running errands, such as picking up doughnuts, might i add?"
he scowls at you and tries again, and again, but every time he can't seem to cope with the fact your flexibility, even at your maturing age, is better than his, even with all his rigorous training.
"looks like you couldn't do it," you say smugly, smirking directly at him, angling your body to face him. "told you so."
"i think it's my turn now," he says, creeping towards you. and this time he seems to have the prowess of a panther, easily slotting himself into place above you.
"your turn for what?" you ask, somewhat suggestively. he grins.
"how 'bout i show you what i've learned?"
fuck, you'll never doubt him again, will you? his sweet, submissive girl, arching beneath him, one hand pressed on the floor near your head, keeping him supported. the other is clasped behind his back, in an ethereal tilt that has his chest hair hitting all the right angles of the dying sun.
your knee is thrown over his shoulder, and the position should be awkward, you think, yet it feels as natural as anything. he pistons his hips further into you, and he's been mumbling something in your ear since he started.
now that you can hear him better through his rough, sloppy pants, you hear a steady rhythm. "twenty-five... twenty-six..."
he's counting, you realize after your mind-shattering orgasm, whimpering underneath him as he finishes, muscles flexing in a manner you'd never thought to admire until you realize why.
he's counting the pushups, god, that's all he's been doing this whole time. and you'd be damned if you didn't send a silent prayer of thanks back to the academy, where they trained him to do this.
but you're sure this isn't how they expected him to apply it in real life. hey, what can you say? seems like you're finally enjoying your husband's career and all the perks it comes with.
"my pretty wife, going around doing all those stretches, driving me fucking crazy bending over like that," he rambles, lowering himself to shower your face in messy kisses before tilting his head back to the side with a hiss, lifting himself back up.
back up and back down, a slower pace with his upper body while his lower half rails into you, and all you can do is lie there, helpless to what he gives you, craving more yet somehow satiated at the same time.
"yeah, mmm, fuck, just like that-" he breaks off his counting to whisper sweet nothings in your ear for the second time that evening, pushing his spend back in while you grasp for purchase on his biceps, feeling the hardened muscle lurch back towards you as you dig your nails deep into his skin.
"needed that, didn't you?" you whisper breathlessly after he collapses onto the hard wooden floor next to you. his eyes shine with effort and pride, and after a low exhale, he immediately scoops you up.
he carries you back to the bedroom, where he lies you down onto the comforters, making sure you're comfortable before trailing up and down your neck with soft, carefully measured kisses once again.
"w-what're you doing?" you murmur, twitching under the overstimulation. leon's eyes have shifted to a deeper color, a darker lilt to his eyes when he reaches your gaze.
"i can do better than that, sweetheart."
"better?" you ask jokingly, because what could make him better? anything better than that is a menace to society, you decide.
he sighs, shaking his head before cupping your body with his hand again, rubbing your skin in such a doting gesture that you don't expect his next words.
"i said a hundred, sweetheart. i didn't even make it to fifty."

organize your week like this to be closer to the best version of yourself
i interpret the process of becoming our best version as climbing a ladder, on each step, we learn something new that serves us, and the next we complement it with something new, and so on until we reach the end and after many small habits we have become that version we wanted to be. little by little we are learning and although sometimes it is complicated to climb because of the adversities that may arise we can always take up the path again and put into practice what we have learned. that said, today i want to share a method that i have created to organize our habits and thus fulfill them more effectively and feel motivated. in this post i will only present some examples, you have to apply it to your own situation and my recommendation is to start now even with small habits that will be the ones that will lead you to success. i recommend that you try it for this week and write down your results, if it has worked for you keep using this "organization method" and adding new habits or increasing its time.
organize by categories.
create groups to categorize the habits you want to implement in your life, for example like this (the habits are examples, use your own)
🌿 health (body and nutrition)
10 minutes of exercise every day
30 minutes of walking every day
drink a lot more water
start eating consciously
one self-care day a week, for example on friday. we can take this day more relaxed and take more care of ourselves, dedicate more time to our personal and mental care.
do massage with the quartz roller and gua sha
make an appointment for nails, hairdresser, spa, eyelashes or even go to a coffee shop with yourself.
use a face mask and hair mask
🌿 personal growth
read 10 pages a day
listen to personal growth podcasts or audiobooks (choose one and listen to it all week long)
choose an affirmation and write it down every day
record in a diary or an app your mood and what you did during the day.
create a to-do list of what you will do for the day (the night before)
choose a video of affirmations and listen to it every day at a time that suits you best
🌿 studies
study about what you are studying or training for.
dedicate e.g. 20-30 minutes each day to study or review.
study a new language, 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
🌿 hobbies
1 - 2 hours to what you enjoy doing (depends on the day and your schedule)
you can write down in a notebook the groups you want to choose for yourself and then the habits you are going to implement, even if they are very small, for example 5 minutes of daily exercise, that is a good start.
to stay focused and not fall into old habits we can also replace the old habits with new ones that we want to implement in this way.
old habit: too much time on instagram new habit: reading or listening to an audiobook while i take a walk. or even just 15 minutes of social media a day.
other examples:
drinking soda or alcoholic beverages > drinking a lot more water and starting to drink natural juices.
watch a lot of series on netflix (or any streaming platform) > read or listen to podcasts/audiobooks that nourish my mind.
overthinking, worrying > meditating for about 5 minutes
lying in bed without doing anything > organizing my room
think in negative > think about the things you would like to happen to you
other tips to connect with your best version
write in your diary how you would act, be and what habits your best version would have. this will give you clarity about what you want and you will feel closer to that because you will know how to act.
establish small habits to start with and take it as a kind of game or test during this week. don't push yourself too hard.
at times when you don't know how to act or react, think about how your best version would act and what it would do.
write down things you are proud of or would like to be proud of.
if you are easily distracted or do not know what to do at any given moment, set alarms to know what to do at that moment.
if you use social media a lot, set a limit of use.
choose habits that you know you will be able to do easily, that will make you gain confidence and little by little establish those habits in which you have procrastinated or which are more difficult for you.
think big, open yourself to the possibilities that life offers you every day and keep a positive attitude towards any situation.
apps i recommend: habit: it serves to keep track of your habits and also get organized, it's a kind of to-do list. daylio: you can record your mood, what you did during the day and your habits, it also allows you to write and add photos. it is very complete, it can be used as a digital diary. notion: to get organized.
duolingo: if you want to learn a language a few minutes a day will be enough. i learned a lot of grammar in english thanks to this, which works if you practice daily.
and as always my blog is about this and there will be many more related posts in addition to the existing ones, all to be our best version 🤍 in fact if you try it i would love to know your results.
