Greetings & Salutations from the Atypical Challenge!~

Are you bored with league gym challenges? How samey they all are, focusing on one type and easily beaten with one move used over and over? So are we! That’s why we’ve made our own challenge with leaders that use key aspects of pokémon and battle culture~

Below are some brief intros to our 10 leaders. The first 8 are main leaders, the last 2 minor ones due to other occupational priorities~

Heya! I’m Buddy, they/them, and I focus on friendship and all the joys it brings!!

I’m Caprice, she/they, my team are known to be a bit… Loud.

Name’s Evie, any pronouns. My squad train to be our strongest versions of ourselves! 💪💪

I am Meriwether, he/him, and I utilise weather & terrains to my advantage.

I’m gimma, she/they, I use the powers I’ve gained across many regions in my battles!!! XD

Hecate, it/its. My pokémon are known to change, as am I.

Hi, I’m Julienne, he/she. I own a diner in Nimabsa, so it should be no surprise I love food-like pokémon!

My name is Archie, he/they. I am a historian and as such my team is comprised of pokémon of the past.

The main leaders active on here will be Buddy, Gimma, Meriwether and Sully by virtue of them having their phones on them at all times. If posts are directed to a specific leader, we will pester them into responding!~

hi, i just want to let everyone know, if any of you are frustrated with the state of TS4, i've compiled several different tutorials and made an all-in-one guide for playing TS2 on modern computers. it has all the fixes necessary to prevent crashes + pink flashing, and tips to make the game look just as nice as TS4, if not better!

please let me know if this guide is useful for you, or if anything needs to be changed/added/removed. i've tested it myself on multiple computers, and, while it works for me, there are many possibilities for error, considering that everyone's computer is different.

taken me ages but behold archive karecktors

adolin and maya beloved but also the most time consuming because i had to figure out how the hell i was going to do adolin's hair and not hate looking at it, and maya took me forever to figure out the colours lol. looked at so many references trying to figure out what dead vines should look like and what i would like it to look and i couldnt really find what i wanted lol. but what i went for was like really dried out and very very dead looking fibre. that wasnt too bad but trying to figure out her clothes that would look decent before and after she becomes a deadeye was hell for me an amateur colour theory understander lmao

i have drawn shallan before so she wasn't too difficult but i was truly torn about which version of pattern i wanted to show?? so i did a few of them hahah. i did a canon compliant version, alluding a bit to BE NOT AFRAID angel vibes. but im pretty passionate about ferrofluid-looking pattern as thats what i picture in my head (but i couldnt really find a good reference so i couldnt really do it well. it's also like, about the way it moves more than a still frame so extra challenge). and if you've seen my shallan art you know i. asdlkfjh. i originally pictured pattern as a QR code so i was compelled to continue it. @mistbjorn this one's for you because youre so right <3

syl i usually picture similar to kida in disney's atlantis when she merges with the crystal and you can see her scalp beneath her transparent hair, so thats the inspo for her. for the sylspear i designed it to look a bit like a caduceus as homage to kaladin's medical training and his dad, and like it's not that deep but i guess the swirly glowy bits are his duality and being torn between two worlds etc etc or you can just picture spren zipping about if you want lol like i definitely pictured syl was one but the other makes no sense

the kholins i dont have much to say since they were not part of my original plan hahaha but i couldn't help adding them too. i lowkey struggled to make them unique but also similar because family alksdjfhs i was sketching this around a time i did a lot of face studies so it was so whack and the colouring absolutely killed me so it is what it is asldkjaklsdjf

OUAT vs. Descendants🖤

I’m sure I’m not the only one who notices this but I just have point it out…

I know that the original concept was that the descendant’s character designs were based of the original Disney animated characters, but let’s be forreal the characters didn’t really look like their parents…

Besides similar (sometimes barely) colour pallets Mal doesn’t really look like the Disney animated Maleficent.

But she does look like…

And it keeps going…

For crying allowed both Belle (OUAT) and Ben are played by Australians… coincidence! I think not🖤

You already read my pinned into, you know the basics, you just want MORE knowledge, respect! I am 19 years young from Dewford in Hoenn. I do a lot of exercise, mainly boxing tho Meriwether’s promised to join me if I do chess boxing. His ass is going DOWN. I can play guitar too but mine got smashed so Caprice let’s me use hers ❤️❤️

My challenge is probably the most out there in theme compared to the others — EV training! Me and my squad love them gains so when Bud asked about us joining and representing that part of battling it was a no brainer 🧠🥊

The squad that’ll beat your ass in my challenge are
