y’all. last night i toasted thick slices of this glorious rosemary sourdough in olive oil and then layered it with porthos solid white tuna, home grown onions and tomatoes, and a cream cheese chive mix and holy shit. beauty. decadence.

GUYSSSSSS I had this like so many hours ago but i suck so bad at soft boiling eggs and peeling them but this one was so perfect it made my whole day it was soooooooo good... there was also cheese and roast beef in it which aren't visible in the picture but it was sooooo tasty believe it

#daydreaming about making it later💭💭💭#side note people get so weird about egg custard as a concept!#I made some for my classmates in 2nd grade when I was star student and everybody smashed it into their napkins without even trying it#and in college I brought it to a friendsgiving and later found untouched slices hidden behind potted plants#it doesn’t hurt my feelings if people don’t like that type of dessert but it mystifies me when people willingly take a piece and#then refuse to even try it#I realize I’m not really selling this recipe..
