This was really fun to write. Reader is a vampire that's been with him for decades. Edward isn't moody and broody, he's in a happy relationship.

One thing that always managed to bring a smile to Edwards cold undead face was you. His mate. Decades into your relationship you somehow make the centuries old man still feel like a giddy teenager in his first relationship.

Even now, as he pulls into the garage at the Cullen house, you act as if its the first time you've ever seen him

"Hey hottie," your grin is teasing and although you're only just started, he's fighting back a laugh. "your should take me on a date sometime" you wink and spread your palm over his shoulder,biting your lip.

"maybe I should" he tries to sound cocky, like he usually is, but fails miserably. Grabbing your chin, he pulls you in for a big smooch and feels all warm and gooey inside.

You hand him a card. One with your number on it, he recognises, given that it's the one he uses most often, the one saved on his speed dial. He looks at you, only to be met with the sight on you walking away with a sway to your hips. Turning to the side, you gesture a phone with your hand and whisper a "call me"

It genuinely takes him a moment to compose himself, head down to hide the sunshine smile he's got right now.

Giggling like a school girl, he dials your number even though he knows youre upstairs in your shared room.

"hey hottie" he says this time when you pick up, listening to your laugh on the other side of the line and upstairs using his vampire hearing. "so when should I take you on this date, huh?"

You two watched game of thrones as you were working on pie. it turned out to be a lovely evening watching your favorite show, baking, and spending time with Esme it was perfect.

Jasper Hale:

You were watching your favorite episode of Game of Thrones...again. But you couldn't help it, it was your comfort show. You pulled out your cupcakes from the oven as you peaked at the episode from afar. You moved the cupcakes to the counter and iced them. You smiled to yourself as you took a bite of one of the fresh cupcakes. They were so good. You snuggled down on the couch and stuffed your face with some sweets. A figure slid their arms around your waist, you looked over at the culprit. Jasper. "Hi, Darlin'," He said with a cheeky smile. "Hi," You muffled out as you stuffed your face with delicious cupcakes. "Your on a sweet kick, ain't ya?" He remarked and you nodded. He snuggled closer to you. "I'm sure they're delicious!" You beam and rest your head on his.

Alice Cullen:

Alice jumped excitedly as she waited for the strawberry cake to be done. "It's really, going to be wonderful!" She said, enthusiastically. You smiled warmly at her. "Really?" You asked. "Yes." She said, "Matter of fact, it'll be wonderful." You both beamed. Alice then said, "I'll put on your favorite episode on, okay?" "of game of thrones?" She nodded as you pulled the cake out. You let it cool and then decorated it. You moved to the living room and plopped down next to Alice with a piece of cake in hand. "See told you I'd be wonderful!" You laughed as the two of you watched your all-time-favorite episode.

Emmett Cullen:

The cookies you had made were finally done. It took way longer than you had hoped. Chocolate chip cookies were supposed to be easy! Not! You waited impatiently for the cookies to be done. As you waited you heard Emmett's booming laughter. You walked to the living room met by Emmett watching your favorite show without you. Game of Thrones. "How dare you!" "Huh?" Emmett turned round and looked at you. You had your hands on your hips as you said, "your watching my favorite show without me!" You pouted. He laughed, "Sorry, babe." He then continued, "What can I do to make it up to you?" You pretended to think about it as you said, "Hmm maybe you can let me watch it with you and cuddle with me. And then maybe your forgiven." "Maybe!" he pretended to be hurt." "You will be forgiven." "Good." He smiled. You walked into the kitchen and grabbed your cookies as you cuddled with him.

Rosalie Hale:

Rosalie helped out bake some macaroons and to say the least they were wonderful. They were amazing! You plopped a pink one in your mouth as the two of you watched another episode pf game of thrones yet again. You smiled to yourself as you clung to her side. She looked over at you and smiled. sweetly and with a loving expression on her face.

Edward Cullen:

Edward laughed as he watched you bake. He couldn't help it he said he thought you were just too cute. You couldn't help but giggle. You had finally finished baking some sugar cookies and you thought they were going to be the best. He was on the counter but then jumped off when you finished. You placed the cookies on a plate and moved to the living room. You turned on the first episode of Game of Thrones. You were rewatching it again, it was your favorite after all. You couldn't help yourself. Edward laughed when he realized what the two of you were going to watch. "Again?" He asked. "Of course." You stated, with a giggle as you leaned on his shoulder, with a content expression on both of your faces.

"Watching more game of thrones, again?" "Well of course." Bella was about to walk away when you grabbed her wrist. "Don't go." "Alright come here." She moved to your side and hugged your waist. • Emmett’s the only one out of the Cullen’s that doesn’t think to ask you. You’re his already, surely you already know you’re each other valentine. Know that he has the best damn date of your life planned, filled with all your favourite things (which really was him and wherever he was) and a healthy dose of his thick arms locking over your shoulders as he forces you back into his chest.

• Rosalie’s a hard woman to romance — you love a good chase, you’re no better than a man really and maybe it’s the fact that your mother never approved of any of your achievements or that you grew in a cold house with sparse affection but she’s sweet honey to your gaping wound. Soothing you with every drip drip drip of soft she is. So you do the romancing, plan the trip to the local volunteer centre with young children in need of external socialisation and after ask her to show you how the engine of her favourite car works and all its parts. She rolls her eyes but you see the soft twitch of her lips and the fondness in her gaze.

You’re both clumsy on your feet when you start the night off but he gains his footing quick and honestly, you kinda just wanna watch him dance and drool in the corner as though he wasn’t taking you home tonight and was a mere fever dream, lost to the winds. • Esme, the little sweetheart, asks if you want to bake with her and then binge medically realistic hospital shows. You’re about to propose something a little more inclusive, without food and coughing patients but she looks so hopeful and honestly, you don’t care what you do if it’s with her. So you bake, she enjoys the sweet aroma of fresh baked cookies and you eat your (her, really) masterpiece. The show is paused and unpaused between on topic banter or questions, you cuddled under her arm with her head under your chin and it’s a perfect representation of your relationship all around. also no friends. your family has jealousy issues loves you to much to let you spend time with anyone but them. They convince you that a friend well only hurt you and it's better to just stay with them.

most likely carlisle and esme adopted you as a baby so that they could raise you to keep their secret from a young age. but no matter how old you get esme still well treat you like her baby, so prepare to never go to any party or dates ever. even if you beg carlise to talk to her about it, he probably won't since he loves seeing his wife happy.

once, you snuck out to a party that you heard someone at school talking about after your parents told you no. they sent emmett and jasper to drag you back home and you got in trouble with every member of your family. plus got grounded for a month

like said in another yandere twilight oneshot of mine, they want you to live a human life but their selfish desires well overcome them. although, you would probably have to have gotten hurt in some way for them to think about it.

they well ask you first. and if you say yes then they'll be thrilled and plan a day to do it where they can all be there to comfort you.

if you say no then they would probably do it unexpectedly, one of them would distract you while carlise or edward does it.

if that was the case then the second you wake up and feed they well shower you in apologys. seriously for the next few months they well get you whatever you want to earn your forgiveness

Some mature themes

• He doesn’t care too much about body image. Of course there’s a certain point where he’ll become worried for your safety, but other than that, he doesn’t really judge. He cares a lot about personality, loyalty, and true love. He dates to marry, and he marries for a life time. And if you’re the right person for him, no matter your body type, he will love you endlessly.

• There may be times where he puts work over you, but that’s just part of being with a super villain, y’know? He will always appreciate your support and efforts.

• You can still absolutely have your own job if you want to. Small business? Scientist? Doctor? Whatever you want! He may even ask for your expertise in a few projects.

• (Just don’t expect him to allow you to do sex work or stripping 😭 his partner is his partner only, not for anyone else to see unless it’s anonymous online work 😭😭)

• Whilst you may not see eye to eye politically or morally, he is still willing to work it out with you. So if your occupation does happen to work against him or his ideals, he won’t stop you, he just might be a sly shit stirrer about it lol

No matter what disorders or disabilities you have, he will help you take care of it! Medications, therapy, etc

• If you are a wheelchair or crutch user, he will immediately have more ramps and elevators installed in the lair to make every room accessible for you.

• If you tics, he will never laugh unless you allow him to. He doesn’t even pay attention to them. They are apart of you. If there is a certain trigger that is causing you to tic a lot in that moment, he will do his best to get rid of it for you.

• He doesn’t totally understand the entirety of the LGBTQ+ community. So if you are attracted to more genders outside of male, he may take some time to sort of process what that means. He refuses polyamory, but he will understand that being attracted to more than one gender doesn’t automatically make you a cheater.

• He understands what depression and anxiety are, but he’s never really been around people that have them. Or at least, all the people he knows that have it don’t like to show it. If you have depressive or anxiety disorders, he sort of goes into a panic mode and is constantly worrying about you. Are they okay? What are they not telling me? Am I doing everything right? How can I help? Just tell him what you do and don’t need, and he will lovingly oblige 😊

• He loves watching you wake up in the morning. Not in a creepy Edward Cullen way, in a sort of admirable way. He’ll lay next to you in bed and smile at your soft facial expression. He loves watching you wake yourself up, like yawning, tying up your hair, stretching, etc.

• Ever since you came into their lives, Karai was able to sort of bond with Shredder a bit more. She had a much better bond with you though <3

Few stupid and less stupid headcanons of the Twilight universe. 

A/N: These are my own opinions and I realized that I had a lot less to say about the Twilight universe than I had with TVDU. @sarahelizabeth_talks on TikTok is amazing and I pretty much agree with her every Twilight take. The stupid ones are more like they don’t have any canon content behind them so they are just what I think of.

Jane and Alec view Aro as their dad and on the other hand Aro is super protective of them (especially with Jane). More than once over the centuries the twins have called Aro their father as an accident and Aro respectfully ignores it because he knows that if the twins had realized it they would have been mortified with shame. 

All of the higher Volturi guards have movie nights where they talk shit and talk about any drama that’s happening with the lower guards. They also get jealous when Aro is trying to make a vampire join the coven because of their powers. 

Carlisle and Aro were dating when Carlisle was a part of the coven. (Fight with the wall.) (I feel like I want to write a gothic, dark academia, religious undertones fic about them!!) 

Carlisle was born in the 1700s so he is quite religious and he goes to church with Esme on major holidays. It makes him feel more human and helps him to remember how he doesn’t want to hurt people. 

Rosalie and Emmett get married again every once in a while, that’s a fact. But I think Rosalie’s dresses are never pure, stark white. She likes to be a bit out of the box with stuff like this. 

Jessica will be a successful woman who takes no shit from anyone. She and Angela will stay as really good friends their whole life. (Justice for the human characters!!)

The stupid ones…

After a few years of happy family life, Bella will break up with Edward and they try to co parent Rigatoni (Renesmee) but both of them are really bad at it. (After that Bella will start to drink human blood and Edward will be disgusted by it.)

Renaissance (Renesmee) will be weirded out when she realizes that her parents were so okay with the whole imprinting thing. For a while she doesn’t speak to anyone of the coven + Jacob. 

If you read the similar post about the TVDU, in that one I said that all vampires are some sort of queer and I would like to say the same shit with this universe too but fuck Twilight vampires are so heteronormative. 

All of the Cullens have so many unpaid speeding tickets and that's one reason why they have to move around. They also owe millions to the tax department. 

Caius is a fashion nerd. The man loves expensive and luxurious clothing. 

Jacob in his wolf form once slipped while running next to a river. He fell into the water being drenched. Later, all of the pack members laughed at him and he is still a bit embarrassed about it but it’s all in good fun. 

Bella was really grossed out when in New Moon Edward states that he is like 109 and for a moment Bella was ready to break up with him.

Some fluffy and silly Rosalie/Emmett headcanons for @turbulenceseverywhere . (They are going through some hard stuff so please add on to send some comfort their way.)

Many vampires and vampire couples have found a form of "sleep" they find comforting. Rosalie and Emmett's thing is falling fake-asleep together in random places, usually at home. Some of their favorites:

-curled up on the carpet in front of the fireplace

-slumped together on the couch with homework and textbooks strewn over them

-out on the porch swing: one of them sitting up, the other with their whole upper body crammed into the other's lap

-When they're in college, they love to fall asleep on campus. They'll have a late-night study date in the coffee shop and eventually sink lower and lower until they're napping on their laptop keyboards. All just so the barista has to wake them up at closing time. The lounges with the good bean-bag-y chairs are prime real estate too. And of course, falling asleep in class just to annoy the professor.

When Esme is the one to find them "asleep," it makes her mother-heart so happy to tip-toe closer and drape a blanket over them. Sometimes she brushes Rosalie's hair out of her face and Rosalie smiles gently and lets out a relaxed sigh. (They definitely do this sometimes just to cheer Esme up.) Of course if Edward or Jasper finds them, they're either ignored completely or a paper football is launched from across the house at them.

My converted van headcanon is here in case you haven't see that one. Basically it was a time Rosalie gave Emmett a really good surprise :)

They have sooooo many silly tallies running and some are decades old. Emmett will skip a rock across a pond with 37 successful skips and blurt out "That's 10,600 to 7,205!" Rosalie is winning 29,090 to 17,001 in the "Who can guess what Edward's first complaint will be after school today" contest. They're both a little too good at unwrapping a CD without tearing the plastic wrap, so that tends to be roughly a tie. Rosalie is so far ahead in "Who can make the humans do a double take" that Emmett will never catch up.

One time when Rosalie was feeling depressed in the late 50s, Emmett dug out the rifle they'd only used as a prop thus far. He dragged Rosalie outside and proceeded to impress her by hitting a tin can from 500 yards. (I know nothing about guns, somebody tell me if this range isn't suprahuman enough.) She was like...okay so? But then he gave her a cheeky grin and said "That's one to zero." Rosalie tried the rifle out and instantly said "You're on." The contest continues to this day. Last week the target was a tennis ball that had just been served by Jasper with a vampire-strength tennis raquet. That tennis ball was flying. Neither one hit it, so they'll try again next week.

Rosalie and Emmett are the Cullen couple most likely to play First Sight, a prank they play on human classmates in which they "meet" each other there in school and appear to start flirting, start talking, and eventually hook up. They like to drag it out and let the humans think they have a chance, but the problem is... they're not good at dragging it out. They have a teensy problem keeping their hands off each other, so it doesn't usually last more than a few days. Alice and Jasper can drag it out for months, so Rosalie and Emmett become the Supportive Best Friends in that secenario, with Emmett loudly egging Jasper on and Rosalie loudly telling Alice that she can "do better than that edgy weirdo." In this case they have to sit at different girl and guy tables and Edward is just kinda there rolling his eyes.

So first off, I think thst you being Bella's older sister and living with Charlie kinda changes the story a bit. First off there's something special about you, but you living with humans all your life none notices.

You were about two when your parents devorced so when it came to living situations you stayed with your father.

You met the Cullens before Bella even showed up. Like everyone else at Forks High to took notice to the family. You weren't upsets with figuring out their background like everyone else though.

Your first day meeting Jasper was his first day in your history class. The only empty seat left was next to you.

He hesitated as he sat down next you. When he did he tensed up and turned his nose away. You glared at him wanting to know what his problem was. When the bell rang he was out in a flash.

The next few days he didn't show up. When he did he remained silent but didn't turn his nose like you stunk.

Instead of turning his nose away he would silently look at you then turn away before he would get cought. This went on through out the class. You would look at him then look away before he noticed.

The first words you actually exchange words till you had to work on a history project together.

“your name is y/n Swan right?” he asked. You nodded immediately falling for his southern accent. “yeah, and your Jasper”

Your a movie nerd so he'll happily watch any movie with you. He's a history buff and he's was around for most of it so if he wants to talk about something you'll always there to listen.

Speaking of history, it didn't take long for him to open up about him training new borns and Maria using him.

He's very gentle with you at first, he would hate himself if he ever hurt you, but later on in the relationship he's more confident and isn't afraid to touch you as much.

Speaking of which, his kisses are always full of passion and love. His favorite place to kiss you is on your forehead beacuse of how much taller he is than you.

He's always holding your hand. He always needs to be touching you and needs to be close to you. Emmett teases him for being Clingy but it's mostly just an anxiety thing, especially if he's around Humans he needs to ground himself by holding your hand or his arms around you.

If your wondering, Charlie loves him. At first he thought Jasper was weird(much like Edward) but he appreciated how kind and and well mannered he was. He knew he could trust Jasper with you.

Through your relationship with Jasper you had also gained a best friend through Rosalie and Emmett.

Rosalie loved you immediately and took you under her wing. Alice is a loyal friend but your not thst close.

Carlisle and Esme are like your second parents and they love you like your part of the family.

During the events of New Moon Jasper refused to break your heart. He knew that was Edward's plan with Bella, but he's not Edward. Yes they did move but you two stayed in contact. He would call you every day and you'll see each other on weekends.

He came to your graduation during the time the whole family moved then proposed to you a few months later.

Your wedding was unfortunately put on hold due to the who new-born army. It didn't bother you, you understood under the circumstances but Jasper was furious with not only Bella but Edward too. It wasn't their fault, he knew that, but then again Bella made it all about her and ignored the fact the vampires were after you too.

During the battle you were hurt causing Jasper to turn you. He didn't want to and he blamed himself for fighting instead of protecting you.

You loved being a vampire and never once blamed him. And it's a good thing he had experience with New-borns beacuse he was with you every step of the way during your transition.

You had your wedding about four months before Edward and Bella's. You went to Memphis for your honeymoon and stayed out till it was time to go home for the other wedding.

Oh I forgot to mention, Bree survived and since you were now an adult you and Jasper adopted her as your own. Your amazing parents and you three make an adorable family.

Later on in life and when everything was peaceful, no one dying or fighting, you two adpot two twins. They were both infants and needed loving parents.

Jasper is very loving husband and even if being a vampire is hard sometimes you wouldn't change your life for anything.

He gives off girl's dad vibe for me. If you guys have a girl, or with Renesmee. He dresses up in the fairy suits, plays princess with her., the tea parties the whole nine yards.

Hes just generally good with kids, that migtht be bc he had a lot of younger siblings when he was human.

He wears leather jackets everywhere and since hes 6'5 and a jacked guy in general so he looks scary. He was anxious about following you at first (Edawrd gave him that brilliant advice) since he didnt want to spook you or anything. Em generally gave up on that tactic and just went up to you in gym class.

I mentioned in the first part that he can get jealous. He covers it well, until Edward or Jasper tell him someone likes you, then he gets a little posessive.

Hes not big on alcohol, since her cant get drunk, but drinks with you and your friends if you want him to.

Emmett is a dog person, and you can't convince me otherwise- I can imagine him having a border collie or akita, even maybe a smaller dog while he bought you a doberman

Other than honey I can see him calling you "babe'" too, but not that often.

I headcanon his room to be more of a rustic vibe but mixed with modern things. Pine furniture, maybe even wood-boards on the walls, but in general black, dark green (like the trees outside), and other similar colors. He has a queen sized bed. He always had, not just after you got together.

Its canon that he went to college for a lot of things but nevr finished any of his degrees, and I can see him studying interior design.

He's not a neat freak but his room isnt messy either.

I can see him beaing a gamer? I mean he gives off the vibes. GTA, maybe COD, Destiny... but at the same time if you ask him to play Stardew Valley or SIms with him, he will. (or whatever youre into)
