The last thing I wanted was a talk with my parents about my weight they literally shamed me for my weight so bad yesterday that I cried myself to sleep. It's all my fault I shouldn't have gained all that weight in the first place. I just realized yesterday that only for a little joy of maybe a few minutes I ruined my body ugh.. this is my message to all my ana girlies out there the joy you get for a few minutes from the food IS NOT WORTH IT literally no. Please don't fool yourself. You'll never be accepted with that big body, get small, and pretty people will like you. Nothing is perfect in me, I am a mess. I NEED TO GET BETTER. I CAN DO THIS. im now at a bmi of 25.0
plus ive lost 7cm from my waist and hips!!

You can gain plenty and still eat healthy !
So don't turn down a deliciously cooked tender broccoli for another candy bar if you haven't had your share of healthy foods. My favorite snack is a mango, and my diet is extremely rich in garlic, onion, and tomato, which are all very good for your heart. Not to mention the carrots and celery I add to my super fattening stews.
You can absolutely meet your gaining goals with veggies incorporated into your diet. Not to mention, when cooked right??? Absolutely detectible. I've got a killer recipe for spinach fried in olive oil and minced garlic. That alone is something I can eat an entire truck load of.
Enjoy eating! It's about new experiences and nutrition, so branch out and try new things, it won't make you lose any of your progress! Not if you eat enough (:
Enjoy flavors, savor them, you can look in the mirror and admire your work later.
