Ingredients:
4 large apples, cored and cut into quarters
1 cup vegan caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Dip each apple quarter into the caramel sauce, coating evenly.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill until the caramel is set.

This vegan dish is good for you and easy to make. It has rotini pasta and a creamy, flavorful tomato sauce. You don't need dairy to make something rich and creamy when you mix nutritional yeast with coconut milk. Easy to make during the week for dinner or to store for later.
Ingredients: 8 oz rotini pasta. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 small onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup canned coconut milk. 2 tbsp nutritional yeast. 1/2 tsp dried basil. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook rotini pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Cut up the onion and garlic and add them. Cook the onion until it turns clear. Put diced tomatoes into the pan with their juices. Let the tomatoes soften for 5 minutes while you cook. Coconut milk, nutritional yeast, dried basil, and dried oregano should all be mixed in. Add pepper and salt to taste. Let the sauce cook on low heat for five more minutes to make it a little thicker. When you add the cooked rotini pasta to the pan, gently toss it to cover it with the sauce. If you want, you can serve it hot with fresh basil leaves on top.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Die österreichische Manufaktur EasyVegan hat kürzlich die ersten drei Produkte aus Biertreber vorgestellt. Neben dem klassischen Burger gibt es auch einen Miniburger sowie Hack-Bällchen - natürlich alles aus Pflanzenfleisch und 100% vegan. Laut Hersteller sind die Produkte unter anderem bei Metro, BillaPlus und Interspar zu bekommen! 👍😎🌱 Vegconomist dazu: "Der Treber, der (bei Stiegl) bei der Bierherstellung als Brau-Nebenprodukt anfällt, wird ab sofort in seiner naturbelassenen Form als Hauptzutat für pflanzenbasierte Burger und Bällchen von easyVEGAN verarbeitet. Weitere Produktentwicklungen sind in Vorbereitung. Als Treber bezeichnet man konkret die Rückstände des Braumalzes, die im Bierbrauprozess anfallen. "Tomato pasta is a classic and simple dish that can be made in minutes. Cook your pasta of choice (spaghetti, linguine, etc.) according to package instructions. In a separate pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add canned or fresh diced tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the tomato sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Add some grated parmesan cheese on top, and enjoy your delicious and easy homemade tomato pasta. Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
