I always loved those old school (and by that I mean circa 2015-2018) planners where everyone did their weekly planning using all the stickers. I think it goes back to sticker collecting being my first ever item I collected as a child. They were housed in a dollar store photo album, cause you could put the sticker on the inserts and peel them off. and the whole point was trying to upgrade your way to better stickers, on the sticker market being run by the older daycare children.

I have to say I upcycled two basic Sandylion stickers all the way to 2 scratch and sniff stickers. One smelt like cola and the other bananas. Those were my prized possessions as a 6 yr old. Sadly they no longer smell, but more shocking is I still have them. definitely need to clear out the basement 🤣

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BESTEST WIDDLE SNAKEY WAKEY.

I can't believe my son is 18!! I estimated a birth date for him to be about a month before I got him in fall of 2006, since he was such a widdle month-old baby sneky. I always try to get a good birthday pic of him - especially after he eats and gets the good yawns in.

Pretty soon, he'll be off to snake college, for snakes. Dunno how we're gonna afford those ssssnudent loans.

Next photo is the same snake, but in a clear, close-up, detail photo. Each scale is clearly defined. He has red eyes and pink cheeks, and pale white patterns on an off-white body. The scales on his head are shaped to follow the different planes of his face. The scales on his neck (and body, not shown) are uniform and scallop-shaped.

The next three photos are sequential. The same snake appears with his mouth barely open. Then, his mouth is wide open in a yawn. His cheeks look so smooshy. His head is shaped the way a snap hairclip opens, curved upwards, and it's funny and cute. His mouth has ridges inside, but no teeth or fangs are visible (because his teeth are too tiny to be photographed politely, and he does not have any fangs). The last photo in the sequence has the snake with his mouth still open, but the top of his head is a normal shape again as he begins to end the yawn.

Tiny reliquary update: not a big update, I just wanted to post a little progress photo now that all the painting is done and I have the couched back plate in. The whole thing should be done on Sunday when I get back from the craft shop with some gold card for the finishing touches! :)

Hi V, I finally received your letter and postcard too. Wow Strangerville, the place looks stunning! I'll be honest I don't know much about it. I searched it up but there's not a lot, but I'd love to hear more from you!

I got too excited there, where is my introduction? You can call me Renee, I'm 18 and from Sulani. You must've heard of it right? The place is great and all but I want to get out of here. My dream is to live the city life!

I'm incredibly close with my parents, my brother? Not so much. He does his own thing, I do mine, that's how it is. The thing is though, it's not as bad when we are with family, especially if Dad is there. There's not much, what's the word? Tension. Like this morning during breakfast. I don't know why.

Anyway moving on! So you are home-schooled? That's so cool! What is it like? Trust me, going to school is just full of chaos. Literally everyone goes to this school in Sulani. Classes are always packed, we wait forever for lunch and I still get lost going to lessons!

And my favourite subject is history! I love learning about the past, it's so interesting. You won't believe this, my auntie is my history teacher! That doesn't mean I get extra hints or anything. What subjects do you enjoy?

after limonada i was feeling very burn out on decorating. i was craving a restart and the early game and i just wanted to fish and catch bugs. it’s been a few months of early game play and i’ve enjoyed it. i started toronja in my switch and even unearthed an old, barely functioning switch wt no nintendo online to start ginham.

but now i wanna decorate again!

it’s been so long. it almost feels like i don’t know how to do it anymore. like… i have the desire to make an island, but i dont have a clear vision. so here’s me, brainstorming.

season: it’s fall, i want fall vibes. if i manage to finish i’m picturing an early fall save when it’s still a little green, but who knows

colors: i want green, yellow, and orange, along with whites and browns. transition colors between summer and fall. they’re also citrus colors, which honors the name toronja.

theme: i want a cozy town feel. an old road, dirt paths, wheat fields, some farming, probably some halloween decorations sprinkled in. quiet, but not devoid of color.

villagers: list of potentials below, along wt the flower color palette. a mix of ppl i’ve had and loved and new guys who i want to try

dreamt that s6 premiered last night and that tim proposed to lucy, and while as far-fetched as it is to get a chenford proposal of all things straight out the gate, i must admit tim bradford circling back to the spot where he first asked out lucy in front of the precinct to pop the big question is so incredibly genius of my brain to come up with during my deep slumber, therefore i have to add it to my never ending list of wips.
