Had a really nice morning. The planner app I use helps a lot, so maybe I can finally grow up and get used to to-do lists...If I do, it will be really helpful in the future when I'm studying or even working ( ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ)

I also started saying affirmations in the morning for 5 minutes...seems weird, but apperantly they really help?

Enjoyed the cookies my mom bought (yum)

Got a haircut and it looks soooo nice, I love it.

Started a new book which so far is pretty interesting, and the chapters are short so it's easier to read. I also practiced some piano.

Meals

Breakfast: yogurt with granola and banana slices ; plain bun

Lunch: homemade toasted sandwitch with ham ; one cookie & a cup of tea for dessert right after

Dinner: pasta with chicken and fried vegetables ; fresh vegetables ; tea

Snacks: the cookie + another one later ; an apple after dinner

Thoughts & Feelings

I have apples in the evening literally everday, I wanna buy grapes tomorrow, so I hope I'll find some not-rotten ones :')

Overall today was great! I had a fun time walking to and from the hairdresser, it was cold and snowy, but not freezing.

Reflections

This is the most I've read in a while, so I believe I'm finally out of my reading slump.

I get really bored in the mornings and I can't play the piano early in the day as my neighbours will complain, so tomorrow I want to try out an old hobby I dropped - drawing. Hopefully it's fun and I can get my spark back (•̀ᴗ•́ )و

Last day before my week long break!!!

School went by quick, but after it my mood was really down due to being ditched by someone :((

I started a new quick posture workout, that's supposed to give results in two weeks...Not sure how much of that is true, but I'll try to stay consistent and hopefully by the start of spring my posture will be atleast slightly better and I'll be more confident.

Meals

Breakfast: pearl barley groats

Lunch: lavash with ham and vegetables ; tea

Dinner: chicken tortilla wrap with vegetables ; tea

Snacks: cookies after lunch ; a banana and an apple after dinner

Thoughts & Feelings

I was exited for break to start, but then I got really really sad because someone ditched me last minute. I didnt even feel jealous for the person they left me for, I was just dissapointed and felt a bit betrayed? Maybe its a bit selfish of me, but I'll work on it.

I even feel bad talking about my problems on here :')

Reflections

I think I need to buy an actual physical diary apart from this digital one. Writing my expiriences and feelings helps a lot, so I believe I have found a way to deal with big emotions, hooray for me^^

Apart from the workout, my other goal for the week is to learn my piano pieces fully, and to also heal the skin around my fingernails!!!

I also want to start a glow-up/better-me journey? But I'm not too sure where to start haha

I kind of compartmentalize him into the same category as Tina and Foolish in my brain and treat all three of them like they're from a different fandom that sometimes crosses over with the dteam one :P

Every time I have a knee-jerk reaction to clarify "oh I think this is cool but I'm not ~one of them~" I have to stop and think for a moment about why. What about being perceived as part of that group bothers me? Why does it bother me? What would clarification acheive, other than alienating a group I'm trying to say is interesting? It's very informative
