Ok folks, this is a pure keto product my husband found at Dillon's (a Kroger store). It's made with coconut oil, eggs, and vinegar. It's good, definitely not my favorite, not as good as homemade, but good. It's pretty salty and has a strong after taste. I think it's closest to Hellmann's. It was great on hamburger and ok with tuna. It works of you're in a pinch or you just don't want to make your own. It's only a little more affordable than some of the other keto mayos out there. I may or may not buy it again! One of my favorites! Pepper Beef and Basmati Rice😋😋😋
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced
2 cups red and yellow bell peppers,sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, grated
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 1/4 cup water
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp @chosenfoods avocado oil
@jgm_products chili powder (as much as you like)
Chili flakes (as much as you like)
Salt as needed
Chopped chives for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add a pinch of salt and chili powder to beef strips. Set aside.
2. Combine sugar, soy sauce, water, corn starch and sesame oil in a bowl and set aside.
3. Heat oil in wok then sauté the garlic and ginger.
4. Add beef strips and cook until meat is tender.
5. Add the onions, bell peppers along with the sauce created in step 2.
6. Add chili flakes and as much chili powder as you like.
7. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
8. Taste and add salt if necessary.
9. Garnish with chives and serve with rice.

My mother-in-law turned me on to this stuff and now I'm kind of obsessed. #abhdinners . Chopped Sweet potato with avacado oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes, giving them a toss every 15 minutes. . Chicken thighs with avacado oil, salt, pepper, garlic and basil. Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes (until internal temperature of 165F), turning over halfway through. Season that side too! :) . my kind of wake and bake 😂🍑 peach oatmeal bake is where it’s at this morning and I am all over this whole thing. so easy to just throw it together, pop it in the oven, and have breakfast for a few days (maybe only one 😉) here it is: 1/2 cup @bobsredmill old fashioned oats 1 tsp baking powder 1 scoop @furtherfood collagen 1 Tbsp @salbachia chia seeds 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon 1/2 peach diced 1/2 banana mashed 1/3 cup @Cali fiafarms almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 small handful chopped pecans or walnuts heat the oven to 350 and bake in a @chosenfoods greased small dish for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s all together and browned. eat with a the rest of the peaches on top and whatever other toppings sound good to you! https://www.instagram.com/p/BoRcka4HPQR/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=c55bfomyyfd0

Honey sesame salmon with sweet potato fries & avocado INGREDIENTS 🥝🥝🥑🧅 1.5 lbs of salmon (this was fresh, not frozen) 1.5 tbsp @bragg liquid aminos* 2 tbsp @chosenfoods toasted sesame oil* 1 tbsp honey* 1 tsp minced garlic* @spiceislands_ Ground ginger (I just did a couple shakes)* 1 tbsp lime juice* Sweet potato @primalpalate meat & potatoes seasoning (if you don’t have this, it’s pink salt, paprika, onion, garlic, black pepper, oregano) Olive oil . . DIRECTIONS Combine all the * ingredients to make the marinade. Pour on top of the salmon (save a little) in a baking dish & let sit for an hour or more. Pour the rest of the marinade on top before baking for 15 min on 400 then broil for 3 min. Cut up the sweet potato & coat with olive oil & seasoning. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet & cook in the oven for 40 min at 400. Flip halfway through. *These come out slightly crispy on the outside and softer on the inside. Serve with avocado! . .
