They're also grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and lower in sugar. - LEMON RICOTTA BLUEBERRY PANCAKES (serves 1-2). 1 egg + 2 egg whites 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (dairy-free or regular) 3 tablespoons��coconut flour (no substitutions) 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 tablespoons milk (almond, cashew, dairy) 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest 1 tablespoons granulated sweetener  1/2 cup blueberries Mix all ingredients except blueberries in a blender or food processor, until smooth. GRAIN-FREE GARLIC-PARMESAN KNOTS by sara.haven . What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio @ketochallenge55) . 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 4 tablespoons cream cheese (dairy or dairy-free) 1 1/4 cups fine-ground almond flour 2 tablespoons fine-ground coconut flour (no substitutions) 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 large eggs . Garlic topping 3 cloves garlic minced 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 1.5 tablespoons butter or ghee 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 2-4 tablespoons parmesan . 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. 2) In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder and baking powder. 3) In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between to combine, until melted and uniform. 4) Add cheese mixture, eggs and flour mixture to a food processor. Pulse on high speed until the dough is uniform. The dough will be sticky. 5) Scoop dough onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and knead a few times with the dough inside the plastic wrap until you have a uniform dough ball. Lightly coat your hands with oil and divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each dough between your palms until it forms a smooth round ball. 6) Roll each portion into a 5-inch log and tie gently into a knot. Place on prepared baking sheet a few inches apart. 7) GARLIC BUTTER: combine all garlic butter ingredients, except parmesan, and using a pastry brush, spread evenly over the tops of the knots. Sprinkle with parmesan. Ingredients (4 servings) - 700g broccoli - 4 eggs - 150g cheese (grated) - 50g almond flour - 250g low-fat quark - 2 handfuls of cashew nuts - 1 onion - 2 cloves of garlic - 1 bunch of chives - 4 tablespoons of carbonated water - 4 tablespoons of olive oil - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp pepper preparation . Divide the broccoli into florets and chop or chop with a grater on the lowest level. Whisk 100g cheese, eggs, almond flour, quark and water in a bowl. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and add. Recipe: ⁣⁣ • Preheat a skillet to medium heat with avocado oil. ⁣⁣ • Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper. Put into the preheated pan and sear both sides for a few minutes. Turn the heat down to low-medium and cook to preference. ⁣⁣ •Put the asparagus and broccoli into the skillet at the same time as the steak and sauté with salt and black pepper. Ingredients: Crust * 1/2 cup almond meal * 2 tbsp butter Cheesecake * 8 oz. cream cheese * 1 large egg * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 1/2 tsp lemon juice * 1 pinch salt * 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. To make the crust, melt some butter until liquid and mix in your almond meal until you have some that feels like crumbly play dough. 2. Take about a teaspoon at a time and press the dough into the bottom of a muffin tin. Tip: line your pan with cupcake liners for easy removal. Cheesecake is very soft and if hard to scoop out without causing damage! Bake these crusts for about 5 minutes. They’ll come out slightly brown and crispy. 3. Then take your room temperature cream cheese and beat it with an electric hand mixer or standing mixer until creamy. Then add vanilla extract, lemon, an egg and your sugar substitute, erythritol in our case. Beat until all combined. 4. Use an ice cream scooper to fill all the crust-bottomed muffin tin cups evenly almost to the top (the mini cheesecakes will rise while in the oven but will flatten while refrigerating). You can also line each cup with a cupcake liner to make removing the mini cheesecakes easier. 5. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. The mini cheesecakes should be slightly jiggly. Let them cool in the refrigerator for ideally 24 hours. But if you’re strapped for time, try putting them in the freezer for as long as you can. 6. Once the mini cheesecakes are done cooling, slide a knife around the edges of each muffin cup to loosen them up. Then use a fork and your hands to help them out cleanly. As a delicious bonus, slice up some strawberries and arrange them however you like on top of the mini cheesecakes. . . .
