how to get it

during gale's weave scene fail the skill checks and gale will then comment that perhaps he isn't the teacher he fancied himself to be and will wish the protag a good night:

intiate player dialogue with gale and pick 'it was a pity your lesson in the weave ended so soon...' as shown in the video.
