Princess Appreciation Week Day 7: Free Day! AKA Alternate Universe for this one

I was brewing an AU for a while about the Princesses & Voices going on a journey as a terrible RPG party to find the narrator and make him stop being a horrible weenie, but burnout made it so none of those comics ever surfaced. So here's a group shot instead.

Princess Appreciation Week Day 6: Fan Princess! Been watching a lot of Winx Club with my friend which gave birth to the idea of this princess, Ch 2: The Untitled-Magical-Girl-Themed-Princess! I was thinking the way you get her would be by acting really sus during chapter 1, misleading her into thinking it's actually you who is going to end the world, and that it's her job to stop you (but don't worry, she's going to use the power of friendship rather than the power of knife)

Accepting her offer of friendship would end the route. I have not thought it out fully but her equally untitled Chapter 3s might occur if you either insist/prove that she's the one who ends the world or if you try to fight her. Emo Ch 3 Princess feels defeated and resigned to learn that she was the "villain" all along, while happy ch 3 Princess believes that stopping the narrator will save the world (since she believes a world without change is a bad thing)

The accompanying voice is called voice of the rival and he talks and acts like a 4kids dub rival idfk

also here's a bonus Rockstar because I wanted to draw her for the week at some point

Day 3: Post Game Crossover

This is some of the most self indulgent stuff but like this audio reminded me so much of the princess when I first heard it however I also needed a normal person to be reacting to her and who better than my other favorite fictional woman Rosé

Also technically this is post game cause I can’t imagine it taking place anytime during the construct

Day 4: Domestic Life

Had so much with writing this one

It was cleaning time! Damsel and Hero was helping Prisoner to clean her room. Everything was almost done according to Damsel. Only thing was left to rearrange the books.

"I can do this alone, thank you for your help." Prisoner was putting classical Russian literature at top of the shelf. Prisoner had a peciluar way to put her books. Russian literature was top of the shelf, under it was English literature, at the middle of the shelf was science fiction, under it was romance books, at the bottom of the shelf was dictionaries. There were so many so many shelfs Damsel didn't know how Prisoner could do it alone!

"Are you sure you want to do it alone?" Hero asked, he had the same idea as her.

"You already helped so much." Prisoner showed them the rest of her room. "I should do this alone."

"But it will take so long if you do it alone." Damsel chirped. "Let me help you!"

"Don't forget me!" Hero added. Prisoner scowled.

"These books are special to me and I have a certain way I put them." She started to put English literature at their place.

"Then tell us how you put them!" Hero insisted.

"No, you two already tired."

"I am not tired!" Damsel protested. It took Prisoner by suprise how much she insisted that she wanted to help.

"Fine." She said. Hero and Damsel celebrated their victory. Prisoner gave them a faint smile.

The duo helped Prisoner who told them where to put the books. It took hours to them to finish the task. Hero and Prisoner were exhausted by end of it, Damsel looked fine.

"Phew..." Hero sighed, this took *longer* than expected. He was happy that they helped Prisoner. He wasn't sure how long it would take Prisoner to do this alone.

Prisoner leaned on her piano, she just need a minute to rest then she would be okay.

"Are you tired?" Damsel asked.

"How are you not?" Hero asked.

"Should I be tired?"

"No, you are special." Prisoner joined converstation. She looked at Hero, signaling that he was going through a dangerous territory.

"Are you hungry?" Hero changed the converstation.

"I could use a drink." Prisoner nodded. Damsel was thinking.

"Let's go to kitchen, Damsel will you come with us?"

"Huh? Sure."

The trio made their way to kitchen. Prisoner and Damsel's house was smaller than most of the vessel's places. Hero didn't mind this, it made easier to remember where things were. A lot of vessels and voices visited them so it was perfect spot to hang around.

The kitchen was big, it had clashing aesthetics. Soft blues and pinks with blacks. The fridge had photos of Damsel and Prisoner.

"What do you want to eat, my hero?" Damsel asked, it made Hero's heart skip a beat.

"Uhhhhh... I'm fine with anything!"

"I'm fine with anything you want to eat!"

"Don't we have any sarma left? We can eat them. " Prisoner cut the converstation before it got too dangerous. She didn't want to see... Damsel like that.

When they got to kitchen, Prisoner put a bowl full of... Folded leaves?

"Those are grape leaves." Prisoner explained. "Inside there are rice, parsley, onion, gravy, black pepper, chili pepper, cummin, mint and salt."

"Uh huh." Hero didn't care much about the ingredients. He was more suprised that Damsel put a bowl of yougurt.

"What's that?" He pointed at the bowl.

"Yougurt!" Damsel sat next to Hero and started to eat.

"Yes I can see that. Why you put it?"

"You can dip the sarma." Prisoner answered. "It tastes better according to Thorn." She smiled at Hero. "You should try it."

"If you say so." Hero took his helmet of, Damsel and Prisoner looked at the other way. Hero was sensitive about his, he rarely took his helmet off. Prisoner was suprised to see him take it fully off, but didn't mention it.

"This is... Actually good!" Hero took another one. "I didn't expect this turn out to be so good."

Prisoner chuckled. "Told you so." Damsel just nodded.

Soon enough the dinner was over. Hero sheepishly smiled. Prisoner was doing dishes while Hero and Damsel sitting. Hero wasn't sure what to say.

"Dinner was good!" He put his helmet.

"Thank Thorn." Prisoner anwsered. "She is the one who prepared it."

"Would you like to eat cookies?" Damsel suddenly asked.

"I'm full, sorry."

"That's okay!" Damsel was eyeing the cookie jar.

"If you want to eat it, eat it." Prisoner dried the forks. "This is our home. You can do whatever you want. You don't have to get someone's proval."

Damsel hesitately took a cookie. Slowly took a bite. Damsel was a slow eater, but this time she was more slower.

"Will anyone else come today?" Hero asked, it was rare to see no one visited them.

"Maybe Skeptic, but no one else." Prisoner finished the dishes. "Will you stay this night?"

"If you don't mind."

"You're always welcome here." Prisoner smiled. Hero didn't know what to say. "If you tired, I can show you where you will sleep."

"Oh, thank you!"

Prisoner showed the way to guest room. Hero thanked her and she went to kitchen. Hero laid on the bed.

It was a long day, it was time to rest.

Princess Appreciation Week Day 4: Domestic Life!

It was Damsel's turn to cook. Razor and Prisoner are helping (chopping + taste test)

Since Pristine Cut, I've always thought of Cheated as one of the voices who's more willing to help the princess (see: his appearances in Thorn and Cage). Like his anger at his own situation allows him to empathize with the princess, like he recognizes on some level that she's as much a victim as he is.

which is why it's lowkey funny that his spotlight route is the one with Knife Princess who Kills You
