One Rod and Finn, two Lightnings and Francescos, and three Dustys. Most are still in the box cause I haven’t cleared out a display shelf for them yet ^^

Definitely hoping to build it up in the future!

Went to Walmart yesterday and look what I found!!!!

I almost cried when I got Lightning out of his packaging, it’s the Radiator Springs paint job!!! My brother has one of those from when the movie first came out and I’ve always been a little jealous lol, but now I have one of my own and I’m super excited about it!!!!! He’s so pretty and shiny

And right next to him was Rusteze Dinoco Cruz Ramirez looking all pretty and since they were about four bucks each I snatched her up too, it took me forever to find a regular paint job Cruz Ramirez so I figured I oughta grab the special version while I could

I so wish I could give you closure on whether he achieved his future occupational ambitions - but there were a surprisingly large number of little boys with the last name Tassone in the Republic, PA area in 1937. And I unfortunately have not been able to figure out which one was "Foots".

ok so remember the troc series.

recap iirc: TROC started at the end of cars 2 the race in RS they had to make up for the way the WGP went to shit. and they canonically kept it up every year. each racer hosts in their home country on a rotation. just a for funsies thing? its their 'i survived the oil conspiracy assassination attempts of 2011' badge. there was a mini comic series and everything i have a thick book of them

so it looks like the TROC series evolved into the GRC... and cruz and jackson have joined them.

this could mean several things... cruz has several championship titles by 2024 now... and! jackson is now friends with everyone. both are likely and adorable and i love this. jackson and cruz are hanging out with the WGP crew :D
