I'm not certain yet, but if I have the time, I may re-watch all the Murdoch Mysteries Christmas Specials during the Holidays. And if I do, I shall start with A Merry Murdoch Christmas, the very first one!

Underrated actor spotlight: David Hewlett
I’m so used to seeing him as David Worth in “Cube” that it was so weird seeing him play someone who actually smiled and was having fun, that character being Rodney McKay in “Stargate Atlantis”.
Here he is in Cube:

Murdoch Mysteries (2008- ) The Annoying Red Planet
S1E13
Murdoch and Crabtree investigate the strange murder of Henri Gaston, who is found lying in the upper limbs of a very tall tree. There were no footprints leading up to tree so they have no theories as to how he may have gotten there. Gaston was an avid astronomer with a particular fascination about Mars and Constable Crabtree begins to think that Martians may be responsible. Murdoch however suspects a more human perpetrator, especially when he learns that Gaston was refusing to sell his land to a developer.
However, Crabtree becomes more interested in the victim's belief that aliens from Mars were stalking him.

Oh, how I miss this show!
Perhaps, 'tis the season for a re-watch, eh? (Before finally watching the last season, which I haven't been able to do yet!)

Law & Order (TV Series) S3/E17 ’Conduct Unbecoming’ (1993) - Len Cariou
Len Cariou is one of the finest daddies around. I had a crush on him ever since I first see him in this episode.
