Okay let's try this again, third time's a charm.
Weekly Goals:
12 minute workout daily: Monday is legs, Wednesday is arms, Friday is core. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are cardio. Sunday is yoga.
Stretch after working out.
Drink at least one bottle (32oz) of water.
Shower and brush teeth.
Read before sleep.
Haven't kept my goals these past few weeks, so I'm gonna keep 12 minute workouts and 32oz of water as my goals until I hit them for a whole week. "Health goals" are the ones on my Samsung Watch: steps, active calories, and active minutes. I'm gonna try to hit all of those this week too. As usual, I'll try to keep yall updated though it's easier to do that when I accomplish something than when I fuckup and fail. So yeah. See yall later ✌🏻

Help Disabled Lesbians of Color Eat!!!
My partner and I have food allergies and digestive/immune issues, and due to my partner only finding this out recently we havent been able to buy all the food we both need to eat! My partner is basically loosing a lot of weight and starving at work because we dont have any food shes not allergic to for her to eat. I just need $200 to get us some foods that dont make us sick, it has been really hard for my partner so if you can pls show us some support.

I wonder if I can save money on food when moving out by just getting a 30 day supply of “just add water” MREs and cutting the portions in half? The only other food items I’d get would be flour and rice (in bulk), and maybe eggs, so I could pay only around 200 dollars in food for a supply of two months or potentially longer. It would work wonders for my executive dysfunction, not having to cook much. Plus, I could save money on gas by not having to drive to the store very often. I could also grow food indoors.

I love behind the scenes content for shows and movies but imo it’s gone so downhill in the past decade or so.
DVD was amazing for this stuff when it was a new. Entire documentaries on a whole separate disc! Filled with interviews and storyboards from “regular” people delighted to share how they create props and design sets and where they pull inspiration from!
Now you get content that more than anything has a vibe of “we got some of the celebrity cast to come in for a day to pal around and be quirky in hopes we get a good 7 second Twitter ad out of it”. No authenticity allowed, even if the content originated as a way to show the difficulties and passion that come with getting something to a screen. Just an opportunity more marketing fodder, baby!

keeping a strict budget of everything is deeply unserious behavior. whether its money or calories or sleep or whatever. like maybe you do that every once in a while in order to build a better intuition for your inputs and outputs. but if you need to stick to it 100% of the time to make it work, you're either wasting your one time on earth forcing yourself into a lifestyle you arent suited to, or you're a pervert who likes spreadsheets and should feel more shame for your iniquity

The Realities Of Immobility Getting so fat you are physically incapable of standing is of course possible but very few have achieved true immobility as in being truly stuck to the bed, their are several reasons why the gap between partial immobility and real immobility is so large. The main one is once you become actually immobile there is very little chance you're ever getting up that's why hospitals keep the massively obese under 1000 pounds below that size you are still movable in a way that doesn't require a forklift and wall being torn down.
If you're choosing to be immobile and have a feeder who looks after you're health care needs the next difficult step is the sheer amount of food that has to be consumed for you to matain an immobile body and then grow it even larger. Finically this becomes an issue you're talking 20000-30000 calories a day that's not easy to budget. As well as this eating will have to be done literally every waking moment, and you'll have to rely on the easiest food high calorie food to keep getting bigger, pizza, burgers, ice creams, general sugary goodies weight gain shakes will fill you up too much unfortunately. Manuel uribe the 2nd heaviest man who ever lived reportedly eat 30 burgers a day and around 20 large pizzas, that is hours upon hours of eating the same food. Any sense of meals or snacks is gone, you will have to constantly eat full size meals and snacks at the same time 8+ hours. At that size staying awake for over a few hours without dozing off also becomes a challenge.A true glutton will always be able to push themselves to eat more the next issue bathing, your enormous fat rolls will get infected if there not washed vigorously at least twice a day, an infection that goes bad could easily kill you at that size or force you to be hospitalised at the very least.
Toilet stuff is where things get hard-core, you will constantly smell of rancid piss and shit, getting under to clean is going to be extremely hard task, at a certain size you won't be able to roll over enough for pads. The toilet issue at a certain size will have to involve some type of pully system to get your leg up to wipe you, this solves a lot of issues but getting something like that made for 200+ pound leg will be tricky.The final issue is one no ones faced yet really but at a certain size your weight will make it extremely difficult to breathe even with an oxygen mask. If a person who weighed a metric ton existed its very possible there airway would be entirely crushed by fat in any position, there may be some solution, an air through the neck, maybe there is a position where you could still breathe. At a certain size your neck would probably snap but were probably talking a weight beyond anything possible
