i don't know how you can seriously ask me a question like that bc i think that after you, the person who's the most unhinged about this fic is me. i agree that it very much does contain some of the best writing you've ever done, and also i'm completely shocked to find out that you were 17 when you first started writing it because that first chapter definitely does not feel like a 17yo wrote it, i would never guess. hell, i've writing fic since like 13-4 and all my writing from age 17-8 is so whiny and bad and annoying there's a reason why i moved to ao3 and left everything else to rot on ffnet forever.

here's a list of scenes that i've reread the most, in no particular order and for no reason whatsoeve

the first chapter

it just. never fails to gut punch me. you're thrown into this scene so abruptly and sharply, with no backstories or preparations whatsoever, and yet somehow you can picture it all perfectly and you can feel exactly whats going on and the severity and intensity of it all. "he's been hurt" - those words, just echoing over and over, setting this horrible sense of dread and urgency. the encounter with remus confirms even further that something is very very wrong, this unusual sense of estrangement between them, and it all twists into a knot and sinks in your gut, setting such an intense fear there. 10/10. absolutely would reread again.

this one is just. ohmyohmyohmyohmy where do i even start. the entire motif of love as violence and violence as love is very very prevalent all throughout the fic, but this is where it absolutely explodes. and honestly, ive been sort of,,, waiting (hoping??) for it, ever since the foreshadowing with what the healer told them, and yet seeing it all laid out in action in front of your eyes is just...... actual chills. shivers down my spine every time i read it. and the fact that its..... ohmygod i cant even talk about this normally without getting all hyped up like im on illegally obtained adderall and 7 energy drinks or something. the metaphor, the fact that its james putting the gun in his hand and telling him shoot me, asking sirius to do it to help him its just....... one of my all time fav lyrics is from a song called dirty by grandson and it goes "Do you have enough love in your heart / To go and get your hands dirty?" and i think anybody can show love in a tender way, in form of warm words and kisses and care, but to love someone so strongly you are willing to turn yourself into a monster for them, you are willing to do the (literally!) unforgivable is the kind of insane love people write books about. okay, you love him - but do you love him enough to hurt him? do you love him enough to take the shot when he's the one putting the gun into your hands? (not even to start talking about the other side of things, the fact that james, even in his not-fully-yet-himself state just naturally trusts sirius enough, trusts him so much with the force of a years old instinct, to give him that power and that authority is just...... bye dont talk to me). and at first sirius doesnt want to, he calls james insane and an idiot for even suggesting it - even when he does let the hypothetical thought cross his mind, he doesn't think it will work because you have to mean it in order to do it and how could he ever mean it, how could he ever want to hurt james? but love and hate are just two sides of the same coin, like tenderness and violence, and its like this metaphor with the pendulum clock, where one side is hate and the other is love - if youre in the middle, maintaining balance, it will be very hard to sway the pendulum into one of the edges, but if youre already at the very edge, it only takes a second for you to tip over to the other extreme. thats why most people get murdered by someone they know, thats why most women are murdered statistically by their partners - because its much easier to drive yourself into murderous insanity by jealousy or frustration when you deeply care for a person, rather than hurt someone you don't know at all. and james keeps pushing, he keeps talking to him, and pressing all the bleeding wounds, reopning them fresh until sirius finally reaches that tipping point and all hell breaks lose - until he's screaming his throat dry with the cruciatus until james can barely take it anymore and is begging him to stop. until he slumps forward, limp and lifeless. and all of that is suddenly gone, replaced by this cold dread, the pendulum back in its original position. sirius' wand drops to the floor. and we get this very very dramatic and emotional scene of him rushing over to hold his lifeless body, all panicked and on the verge of losing it entirely and barely breathing himself, just begging over and over no, no, no, please, please wake up, don't you dare, don't you dare leave me, not again; and then once he does wake up, after sirius has already circled through all five stages of grief at least a dozen times and already ran through all the possible scenarios and possibilities of ending his life that he hasn't tried yet, with this sudden jolt up and gulp of air - it's james. it's james james, his james, james from before, and it's crazy how sirius, and all the readers present in the room, we can all tell that that is it immediately. just from one look, one word,--

THE Smut Scene

i was going to have at least 5 different scenes here but i got ridiculously carried away with the previous one ajkshfsg so. just because i can not skip it, ever. a honorary mention of that one smut scene that lives in my head rent free from chapter 15. i love absolutely everything about it, i love how you can't tell apart where the love ends and the violence begins - or maybe it doesn't, maybe its just different shades of that same passion. the way sirius is so upset and frustrated and he wants it so badly but he wont, refuses to, just to see james suffer until he is literally begging for it - just touch me already, please, i missed you, i need you - all the words sirius yearns to hear, just not like this, not in this context, not as a dirty little secret once more. he's so hurt and in so much pain and none of it is even acknowledged because to james he's just "acting like a baby" and so when it finally snaps in him, it snaps fully, and he just shoves himself inside with no warning-- and the pain is there but its not enough to drown the desire, and its all just mixing together in this messed up mix of "what the fuck--" and "dont ruin it by talking" and the "you have no idea how much i miss you" together with "shit slow down you fucking sadist" because it's all there - the pain and the hurt and the love and the passion until you literally can not tell them apart - there is no concept of consent or kink negotiation with these two like there would be with any other sex scene, there isn't even a warning for dubious consent or anything like that bc it doesnt work like that with them, all those stupid rules apply to regular mortals in regular mortal relationships and their regular boring mortal sex - but james and sirius are part of each other's souls, its irrelevant when it comes to them. and its all so insane and overwhelming when its sirius trying to physically hurt him (by giving james what he actually wants, giving it brutally but giving it regardless), and all he gets in response to that violence is just james saying i love you, and then he's crying, he's the one who was meant to hurt james but he's the one who ends up crying - and when james sees that he has all the right in the world to make fun of him (bc who the hell cries during sex? thats just embarassing and pathetic come on), but he doesn't, instead he leans into the tender side of it even more, hes encouraging him, (yes, you feel so good, keep going, just like that) (i'm yours, you feel amazing) and it's all just---- its too much for my little heart to bear.

i think you severely underestimate me saying that i'm just as unhinged about this fic because i am, i could write novels about it, and i swear to you on my firstborn's life that if you ever finish it (even if its in 8 more years, we are in no rush here), im gonna get it bookbound into a beautiful beautiful cover and annotate the hell out of it and send you a copy. i need to be able to hold it and be able to draw hearts around my fav lines and see the stains that my tears leave when i reach the most emotional parts.

you are playing a dangerous game dani i am sooo unhinged about that fic. it's my magnum opus. my brain child. my baby. it contains some of the finest writing i've ever done and i love the way the story evolved along with my characters over the years. for a long time before i was really active on tumblr/fandom again, writing that fic was my only real connection to the hp world (other than rereading the books themselves); i started the first chapter when i was around 17 ... and i'm 25 now lol.

i'm not the kind of person who outlines stories, i kind of just sit down and write and let my brain take things where they want to go. so when i wrote that first chapter all those years ago, i still hadn't worked out a lot of later plot points, like what sirius did to cause the fallout between him and james, james' relationship with lily, etc. i like to think that this story was as much of a wild ride for me as for the readers because i literally did not know what to expect until i sat down to write it.

also i adore the themes of love and violence the story touches on. i wanted to make readers think about love as a destructive force, love with carnivorous teeth, love that burns everything in its path. love as a kind of devotion that borders on religion. all-consuming, devastating, and uncontrollable. the kind of love written about in wuthering heights, macbeth, anna karenina. love tinged with obsession and lust. love resembling psychological torment.

i just think sirius and james, with their natural codependency, and this intrinsic idea that they're each other's soulmates, make the perfect pairing for a story like that. i wanted to know: what would it take to break down a relationship between two characters who would die for each other? how deep the wound, how sharp the blade? i wanted readers to be both horrified and unable to look away from all of it, to be made to feel uncomfortable but still root for james and sirius to be together at the end.

people always say: write the story you want to read. on fire, but we can't feel a thing is that story for me. it contains elements of all my favourite books growing up, the exact characterisations of james and sirius that i hold most dear, and honestly i'm still surprised that my brain was able to come up with something like it. i don't know that it ever will again, tbh :')

I’ve mentioned before her being a sports mom but like can u imagine.

She walks up to the lunch table and stands beside Eddie with a hand on his shoulder, clearly about to announce something.

“Lucas, I heard someone is on the starting lineup for tonight’s game.” She smiled brightly at him, clearly very proud of the boy.

She may or may not have had her parents bribe the coach to let him (a freshman) start for the championship game

“Oh yeah it’s not a big deal, you guys have hellfire right?” Lucas asks, trying to brush it off so Eddie doesn’t get mad about basketball being brought up at his lunch table.

“It’s a huge deal! We’re all so proud of you.” Her hand on Eddie’s shoulder creeps up to the back of his neck, her thumb brushing over his pulse in a way that she knows drives him crazy. “No hellfire tonight, we’re all going to be there to support you. Isn’t that right Eddie?”

She stills her motion for a second as she waits for his response. His brain is fuzzy with need and he would say just about anything for her to keep touching him so he mumbles out a weak “yep.”

And to his credit he does postpone hellfire and order the whole club to go see Lucas’ game instead. But that has nothing to do with the fact his girlfriend promised him a “special treat” for after.

Before he knows it their in her room getting ready to go pick all the kids up and bring them to the game when she comes out of the bathroom wearing a little robe that barely covers the top of her lace number peaking out.

“What’s this, sugar?“ Eddie mumbles, hands smoothing over her sides to bunch up the fanfic and see what’s underneath.

“That, is a surprise,” she giggled, pushing away from him and securing the robe back over her body. Not before he gets a peak of the lingerie set beneath.

Its his favorite shade of pink, and yes he has a favorite shade because he's decided it's the one that compliments her skin tone the best. "Boo, you're no fun," he grumbled, falling back on to the bed dramatically as she goes to change into her outfit for the night.

He of course can't seem to wait for later for his surprise, pulling her into his arms as soon as she comes back and sitting her in his lap on the bed for a messy makeout session.

"Baaaabe please can I see?" he whines, hands bunching up the fabric of her skirt.

"ok just a peak," she agrees. But before he can make good on his request, they hear loud knocking on their door.

"Who is it?" her cheery voice rings out, hopping off Eddie's lap (much to his dismay) to open the door.

When she opens the door mike is standing there looking furious "you were supposed to pick us up 30 minutes ago," he fumes, angry at the fact they definitely won't have time to stop for snacks.

"It's ok Mikey, I have snacks here. Plus Eddie drives fast, I promise we'll be there on time." She makes her voice even softer if thats possible, giving the boy a pat on the head that he would certainly rebuff if it was from anyone else.

"ok, so I can just like...get snacks from your kitchen."

"Of course sweetie, take whatever you want. Make yourself at home, we'll be down in a minute."

When she turns back around Eddie is gawking and giving her the cutest little heart-eyed expression. "mommy," he mumbles under his breath, getting up to give her a quick but heated kiss and then head downstairs to get the car started.

She stumbles down the stairs after him, wobbling in her high heels. She greeted by the sight of a bunch of freshmen ransacking her kitchen and the foyer.

She just smiles and sighs. Offering them a tote back from the pantry to house all their snacks. As the boys squabble over the last box of toaster strudels, she notices max sitting on the couch alone.

"Hey Maxie! I love the outfit, you look so cute." She of course referred to the beige and green sweater that Max was wearing, courtesy of her closet.

"Couldn't miss it," she grumbled, clearly less than enthusiastic about the game.

"Well, I'm glad you're here. Always nice to have another girl. Aaaand do you think maybe I could do your hair pretty please?" she begs, poking her lip out in a pout and giving the most adorable puppy dog eyes.

"Yeah ok fine." the corners of her lips turned up into a smile despite her best efforts to pull her face into a scowl.

She giggles and sits down on the couch next to her, hands playing in her hair and skillfully twisting it into an intricate formation.

When she's done, she notices Eddie staring at her with that same look from earlier. "What, you goof?" she smiles up at him, grabbing his chin and pulling him down for a quick kiss.

He pulls back to say what he was going to but he gets lost looking into her eyes.

"Oh my god, gross," Max groans, springing up from the couch and going to stand stoically over next to the boys.

Eddie shakes his head, chuckling at his awkwardness. "we gotta get going babe, the kids need a ride."

She couldn't help the way her heart leapt when he said that. Even though they obviously weren't old enough to have kids in Highschool there was something to be said about how much she liked playing house with Eddie.

"mhm, let me just grab my camera. I want to get a picture of my boys." She scurried off to find a camera while Eddie and the freshmen huddled together next to the door, awaiting her return and knowing she'd be grumpy if they weren't in formation when she returned.

She snaps the picture quickly and tucks the camera away in her purse for later.

"How do I look, babe?" Eddie chides, trying to snatch her bag and look at the picture.

"Very handsome, as always. But we're going to be late so hurry your handsome ass to the car please."

"Yes ma'am." Eddie gives her a mock salute and turns on his heels, practically running out to the car with the boys in tow.

"I call shotgun!" Dustin shouted, scrambling to the passenger door of the car.

"No dude. My girlfriend gets to sit shotgun." Eddie was stern, shaking his head and giving her a look like, can u believe this kid?

"Oh that's ok. Dustin you can sit shotgun if you want." Eddie pouts at that, not happy at the idea she won't be sitting next to him.

That is until she gets into the drivers seat after him and sits on his lap (with a little difficulty, but she manages)

"So...Lucas. How does basketball work?" she asked, a bright curiosity in her eyes.

His answers to her question just prompted more questions such as, "what's a point guard?" "There's a point guard and a shooting guard?" "what are they guarding?" "if they're guarding shouldn't they be on defense?" "what is the difference between defense and offense?"

She's just being her sweet self, indulging the boy's interest even though she has no clue what's going on. Eddie can't help but think how she'd be the perfect mother.

He had thoughts about it before obviously, they had sex enough that kids were something he had to think about. But never like this, he had never dreamed about having a family with her like this. It was driving him crazy.

The rest of the night went smoothly, Eddie satiated with his daydreams enough that he wasn't an absolute pain about how bored watching basketball.

He cheered when she cheered and stuttered out a one-liner every once in a while to keep up appearances, but really he was in his own little world.

And his own little world was a bit dirty, imagining fucking her over and over again and filling her with his cum until it stuck. Until she was round with his children. Claiming her as his in a way pretty much nothing else could do.

He never thought he'd want to be a father. But he would give it a try if it meant he would get to have her as the mother to his kids, because motherly was a really good look on her.

Ploy! Lost Boys + michael with s/o who has powers! (fem)

• it started off with it raining whenever you were sad, thundering when you were angry or upset. At first it was very broad things that the boys thought maybe it was just a coincidence. But the other night, it was completely clear outside, not a cloud in the night sky, but after you had finished a sad movie (spoiler the dog died) you were trying to hard not to cry, they could tell, thats when the clouds rolled in, and when you started crying after Paul asked you what was wrong, the rain started.

• David and Dwayne looked at each other but the others didn’t seem to notice, too busy taking care of the crying you. Now, David and Dwayne have heard of witches before, never actually came across one before. They wouldn’t have even thought you were one until tonight.

• The six of you were over on the beach after chasing out a couple of people from their bonfire. It was chilly out due to the up take in wind, you had a shaw to keep you warm, key word is had. Paul and Marko took it from you to hit each other with.

• you were upset because you were cold and instead of asking for one of their jackets, you pouted and stared down Paul and Marko as they went ankle deep into the ocean. You bit the inside of your cheek and stared harder, which David noticed and he was about to hand you his jacket or make Michael do it, but there was a flash in your eyes that made him wait, and he’s glad he did because not a second later, a huge wave came crashing down on Paul and Marko.

• the boys laughed and you smiled before asking if they were okay. When you were asleep on David’s lap that night, he talked to Dwayne about it. Wait— he thinks you what? Made the wave? Sure… ya know David, you should get some rest with y/n

• David wasn’t as sure as he liked, so he brushed it off as a coincidence. Then Dwayne started think about it as well, maybe you were a witch or something without knowing.

• and the next night, they were all in your house and Paul, Marko and Michael has made it their mission to see which one was the better flirt, you wouldn’t give them an answer so they just decided to use their best pick up lines on you. It didn’t help that you were also making some food and at the end of Marko’s line (one of very many) he kissed you. When that happened, the eye you were boiling your water on caught fire. You quickly extinguished it and blamed it on the heat being too high, hiding the real truth.

• A few days later, they talked to you about it, to which you were completely surprised at, but you answered them. You were born human but had abilities, you could control the elements, the only one in your family with that could, and you didn’t know how to control them very well, explaining the fire incident. But you couldn’t control it, and you didn’t mean for the wave to hit Paul and Marko, but you were just so upset that it just happened!

• They all silently took it in, well Paul immediately asked if you could make lighting hit someone to which you shrugged at but Dwayne shut it down immediately. They asked you all sorts of questions about it too. Hey y/n can you light this on fire? Hey y/n, can you make an earthquake? Y/N, could you grow weed? Hey y/n, say someone was in the ocean, and you didn’t like the person could you— No Paul.

• they’s definitely try and help you control your powers so there isn’t a hurricane every time you cry over your favorite character dying. Baby, it’s okay, it’s not real, please don’t wipe out the whole western seaboard.

• they wouldn’t know what to do really, they associate controlling your powers like controlling their blood lust or mastering their mind tricks. With David, he tries and get you to master the harder elements like fire, metal or air. Yeah it might suck really bad whenever you don’t get it, or god forbid accidentally get hurt while doing it, (if that happens then you’d be banned from ever using that element) But he’d basically tell you to suck it up and continue and give a really shitty explanation of how to do it, because hey, he doesn’t know either. but you’ll end up getting distracted because he get’s frustrated that you’re not getting it.

• with dwayne, he takes a slow approach, he’d definitely find a book about it (how?), or about learning control and read it so he could teach you. He’d be one of those teachers where he’d put a cup of water in front of you and be like, now do something. Like what do you want her to do sir? SiR? If you want help, definitely go to him, he’s most likely to actually get anything done.

• Michael will try and mimic what Dwayne is doing to help you without the reading portion. He’d end up getting distracted and asking you to do something with your powers for him. Like, hey y/n, can you fill up my water? And you get confused when he spits it out. Y/N this is salt water???? Sorry babes. That would start a lesson on making drinking water and salt water, so at least you can do that now!

• now onto the terror twins. They’d definitely try and teach you together but end up getting absolutely nothing done except terrorizing people on the boardwalk. Like, hey y/n blow that girl’s hat away, she was looking at you funny. Y/N blow up that dude’s drink in his face, he was staring at your boobs earlier. You end up doing half of what they say, minus the more dangerous ones like lighting a girl’s scarf on fire, striking someone with lighting. (Paul >:()

• Paul would definitely ask you to strike Marko, come on y/n, he can take it! Then Marko would be all like, maybe i can take it… no Markie, you cannot take it.

• you’d run into the cave one night, excited, bouncing off the walls and when the boys would ask you what got you all happy, you’d show them. After a few deep breaths and a few moments of concentration, snow started falling inside the cave. When you opened your eyes, you saw the boys standing there dumbfounded, completely surprised that you could do this. You laughed and giggles with joy.

• I headcanon that since Michael went from Phoenix to Cali, he has never seen snow, but he knew from the moment it landed on him what it was and he was genuinely shocked, but he enjoyed it with you as you smiled and laughed in excitement. They loved how joyous you were about this and couldn’t help but smile along with you and your uncontainable excitement.

you look at the message from vinnie and smile.

"what are you so smiley about y/n?" you mom says in a jokingly way

"she met a boy at the ice cream shop" jack says sounding annoyed

"soooo whats his name, is he cute, how old is he, where does he live, i wanna know everything"

your mom has always been a little nosey when it comes to boys, especially ones that make you smile.

"mommmmmm" you say

"oh come on i just wanna know"

"okay fine" you give in "his names vinnie and he lives next door, he came into the ice cream shop while we were waiting and he complimented me on my ice cream choice"

your mom laughs and says; "he seems like a very sweet boy, why dont you invite him and his family over for dinner tomorrow?"

"we arent moved in fully yet mom" jack interrupts

"oh vinnie offered to come over tomorrow and help move stuff in, you can invite him and his family over for dinner when hes here if you want to"

your mom sits and thinks about it for a second. she's never liked asking for help "you know we could use the extra hands, if you want to text him and see if hes willing to come over around 10 and help unload boxes that would be wonderful. i'll make lunch too depending on how long it takes"

"YES!" you scream in excitement, "i'll text him right now and see if he can. love you mom!"

you run upstairs and let out a squeal. you where so excited to see your dream boy again.

you text vinnie and throw your phone on your bed.

"oh shoot!" you yelled. "if he does come over i have to clean my room i can have it look like this." you look down at your floor and see all the laundry scattered everywhere.

"im such a mess"

you put on your favorite playlist and start dancing while you clean your room.

"mom! he said hes coming over tomorrow!"

"sounds good!"

you keep cleaning your room but eventually fall asleep because you had a long day today.

when you woke up you checked the time.

"ITS 10:45??"

your alarm never went off causing you to over sleep.

"i havent showered, i havent gotten ready, i havent done anything! and my room still isnt clean UGHHHH!"

you quickly throw on a pair of pajama bottoms and a crop top you found in your closet, you put dry shampoo in and throw your hair into a bun.

you grabbed your glasses and run down stairs.

"well good morning sleeping beauty" vinnie says to you staring at you.

"OMG YOU'RE HERE!"

"yeah you told me to come over... your mom is an amazing lady i must say, i also didnt know you wore glasses"

"MY GLASSES NOOOO!" you panic realizing you didnt have time to put your contacts in

"calm down its okay y/n. i like them." vinnie smiles at you.

"his smile is so pretty, and his eyes, wow." you think to yourself.

"y/n?" your mom says

"huh?"

"you okay? you zoned out for a second"

"OH yeah no im great." you realize you zoned out while staring at vinnie who was in a white tank top and is wearing a baseball cap. you couldnt stop yourself from starring.

"hey mom.." jack says "i found this in with the books"

you look at jack and realize hes holding your old bra

"JACK THATS MINE STOP" you gasp. oh boy that's embarrassing.

vinnie starts laughing and looks at you.

"stop laughing"

you're so embarrassed that he just saw that.

"dont worry y/n its okay. my dog had my boxers on her head after she went snooping in my room."

you can't help but to laugh a little.

the thought of seeing his dog with his boxers on her head is something you would pay to see.

"alright so is there anything else you would like me to move Mrs. Anderson?" vinnie asks your mom

"i dont believe so unless y/n or jack has anything to move" your mom looks at you and your brother waiting for a response.

jack breaks the silence and goes "nope, i think everything is in my room already."

"y/n do you have anything you need help unpacking or anything?" he looks at you and his eyes are this beautiful chocolate brown color.

"yeah i do actually."

vinnie and you head up to your room

"im sorry its such a mess i was trying to clean it last night but i must have fell asleep."

"don't worry about it, my room is way worse than this"

he reaches for a magazine he sees and giggles

"whats so funny? HEY PUT THAT DOWN!"

he laughs and sets it back down

"you know i think its cute."

"whats cute?'

"you, everything about you."

you roll your eyes and smile

"you're dumb Mr. Hacker, but you're cute as well"

"thank you Ms. Hacker."

"what did you say?"

"huh? nothing, anyways is that all you wanted me to help with?"

"yeah thats it thank you."

vinnie walks downstairs and you follow.

your mom is in the kitchen with your brother.

"oh vinnie before you leave, would you and your family like to come over for dinner tonight?" vinnie looks at you and then at your mom.

"i think they would be delighted to come over for dinner tonight Mrs. Anderson, i'll text them right now."

you go into the living room to watch some tv. vinnie follows and sits next to you.

vinnies phone goes off

"they said they would love to come over, do you have a time in mind on when they should come over?"

"does 7:30 work?"

"that will work just fine."

looking at the time you realize you and vinnie have spent 5 hours together already.

"i should probably get heading home, i have to shower and get ready for dinner tonight, see you then everyone!" he kisses your cheek and heads out the door.

"bye vinnie see you tonight!" your mom and brother exclaim

"what a sweet boy" mom says

*4 hours later, 7:00 PM*

"Vinnie and his family will be over in 30 mins please make sure everything is ready and make sure you guys are ready aswell"

your mom has always been one to make sure everything and everyone looks good before any guest come over.

the door bell rings.

"y/n!! can you please get the door?"

you rush downstairs and open the door.

"hey y/n, wow you look good"

you curled your hair, put makeup on, and are wearing your nice fancy dress.

"hey vin i could say the same thing about you."

both of you are dressed up very nicely. he's wearing his blue suit and has his shirt buttoned down showing chest tattoo.

something about his tattoos drive you insane. you love them.

he introduces his family to yours

"i never knew you had a twin brothers." you say as your brother and his run off to the backyard.

"yeah they are a real pain in the ass"

"i know what that's like"

the two of you laugh

"this is a beautiful house you have jackie and you have 2 beautiful children as well" vinnies mom says to yours

"well thank you sandy im very blessed with what i have gotten in life, your 3 boys are such angels especially vinnie here. hes been very helpful today and i really appreciate it."

he smiles at your mom and then at you

"dinner was amazing, thank you for inviting us over and introducing us to your family, we are going to have a bbq here this weekend if you guys want to join." vinnies dad offers

"we will be there"

"awesome, well we best get going its late and we both have work in the morning, thank you again."

"yeah anytime! thank you guys for coming."

you say goodnight to vinnie and his family and head upstairs.
