When did you know you were going to make a career out of being creative?
I guess it just sort of happened. I didn’t really know what I was signing up for, I thought it would be the cheat code to life; do the thing you love and survive off of it. But at this point there’s not a single passion of mine that hasn’t been monetized or exploited in some way and when art starts having input and rules and perimeters it gets complicated. I would still choose this over any other type of livelihood any day. But the tough parts come when you make something you want to share and it immediately becomes part of the “brand” or the “narrative”. Very high stakes for every little creation because they all color the vast scope of how you are perceived as an artist. Even little things I post on here. To answer your question, I guess I’m still not sure about making a career out of being a creative! Haha. But if I didn’t, it would try to consume and eat every part and hour of my day anyway. At least this way I get to use it for something good. Plus the greatest part, having been on both sides of it as an artist, is that with this growth comes a whole new world of resources and opportunities. Every time I walk into a huge set I designed, or work with a hero producer of mine, I am reminded of the times I walked into an art store and looked at the expensive canvases and though “Wow the things I could make if I only had access to the tools.” It teaches me to never take for granted having the tools, because I remember what it was like to window-shop through it. I guess that was when I decided. When I knew I had to sell art so that I could make money to make more and better art. It all goes back into the pot and the next thing evolves. That’s sorta the best way to do it.

Jus doin' sum random scrollin'. 📱 - r3al' 🐉 #mambamentality🐍
Call it mindless, yet we all (in some sorta way) do it. It'd been a minute since anything had been posted for Azine. Supposing it appeared as though only reviews about Ye, Drake, Billie, or Taylor were worthwhile, it still felt integral to take my time. I'd go as far as to say that my creative nuances were both amusingly and unapologetically unafraid of patience. Cut to what one could curate as chancing upon the profile for Canadian singer, songwriter, and dancer Kallitechnis's Ardene interview on YouTube. While snuggly lotus sedentary in a lounge chair Kassandra (a.k.a Kallitechnis) sorted words on some pretty deep stuff. (See, I'm the type to keen in what artists fr say alongside of winnowing amid whatever it is they craft.) All her talk about authenticity, longevity, and even therapy, backdrops her latest Single releases, to delicately while devoutly dream weave some of the most sensational late night Trap Alt. Soul/R&B that I'd ever heard. After hours of zoning out on Spotify & Apple Music, I'd seemingly stumbled upon a mound of sound designs showcasing that Kallitechnis latest releases, "KALEDISCOPE LOVE" & "SOFT LIFE, are sonic gems worthy of ethereal shine.
"KALEDIOSCOPE LOVE" is the most recent release by Kallietechnis. Lyrically it's the lift off elements of romance dazzled in the depth of the "bedsheet ballets'" that hopefully accompany it. If you tap script Kallie's verses here, it'll literally take your breathe away. This 2024 Soul Over Ego Single release paints a sensual sonata, saturated in the palates of lovemaking by the likes of a Jhene Aiko, Victoria Monet, & fav Kehlani. My cherished over the two songs is the latter 2023 released, "SOFT LIFE", where the copulation carved crooning by Kallitechnics feels more assured in its contour. Lyrics like, "Cocoa butter kisses on the back of your neck...No ones around, go and say it with your chest." sets up a between the sheet session, where direction details desire and more importantly: pleasures for both parties. The hedonism hails heavy here, and when ya place that alongside of Kassnadra's visceral vocal layerings, you're insatiably sedated into this ‘sensational style of life’ she's sojourning.
Both releases mode just a mere of the music you can muse through courtesy of Kallitechnis. For me it's the completeness interwoven in the listening experience of these two tracks. Detailing what it takes to call yourself professional in this or any realm is something I valued early on. The attention to detail, care, production, and most importantly the passion, tentpole sound designing success for any act whether indie or not. On that note, Kassandra does something else, almost effortlessly. She ate, and fanged deep into the fact that there are stars who are not signed. Stars: real artists who are crafting carefree of what seemingly fates, what often lacerates acts who sign with labels. Definitively, I'm the late night type. I'm good either playing the pull while out, or layinlow at the cribbo, playlsitin' on the MacBook with Apple TV or YouTube dressing the backdrop. Either in or out, this pair of indie soul sounds soothe both the mind, as well as those other places the sensations may align.😉

Not related to lore Olympus but this discussion seems a bit uhh strange. Some of the comments are calling Mattie bites a right woman hater. If you don't believe me,check this out.
https://www.reddit.com/r/webtoons/s/4zaDi6fWos
god okay I feel like I'm opening Pandora's Box with this shit but I have lots to say about it so... yeah fuck it, let's do this, I'm brave-
So I can absolutely agree with OP's sentiment that BlackLightJack's content has become uh... more aggressive and mean-spirited , and don't get me wrong, that was always sort of his vibe, but now it feels like he's straight up just weaponizing his fanbase and like... y'all know how curt I get about LO here, I can be a real asshole about it, even I think what BLJ is doing feels really shitty, immature, and frankly just uninformed? Because most of his videos are just him pout-screaming profanities into the microphone, like I know this is gonna sound nitpicky and petty but I can literally hear it in his voice that he's enunciating his words the same way an 8 year old would so that spit would land on the person they're yelling at ("STOOOOOOOOO-PPP-UHHHHH") and lately his content just feels like what it used to feel like being in CoD lobbies back in the day. Him having the name 'webtoon killer' just gives me such a sour taste in my mouth. Like... this feels like some kind of Batman villain in the making LMAO
But maybe no one wants to hear that opinion from someone like me who's literally called themselves the "far superior off brand" as a gag LMAO and that's fine honestly if you think I'm full of shit, this is also just my opinion!
But like... and I know I'm being an asshole going 'b-but-!' but... BLJ is also building an entire ass monetized platform off his vibe and using that platform to specifically go after Canvas series and creators. And let me tell you, while many would argue "well it's just the webtoons that are grossly negligent / breaking Webtoons' ToS / etc.", his fanbase is also constantly just sending him new comics to read and trash on and I feel like it's only a matter of time before he goes after a completely innocent creator whose only crime was being not great at webcomics which... shouldn't be viewed as a default crime punishable by pitchforks. That sorta already happened with the Fulcagay situation, I don't know Fulcagay and he almost definitely wouldn't know me, but he's a fellow Canvas creator who I've run into and shared a space with, and BLJ's original comments about him just felt incredibly off-base and volatile without giving even a shred of benefit of the doubt. I get the sense BLJ doesn't know about Hanlon's razor ("Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity") because EVERY video he does about every comic and creator he's addressing assumes maliciousness always.
This is the same shit we got with Youtube creators like Leafy who became infamous for just taking the piss out of everyone until they took it too far. Like, take it from me, it can be VERY easy to get so entrenched in being an asshole and taking the piss out of everything that completely innocent people get hit with splash damage, and if you're not willing to take responsibility for that, then you're gonna look like a bigger dick than the people you were aiming for. This pee analogy working for y'all? 😆
As for what Matty Bites has to do with that, I don't really get it? Like maybe I'm just misinformed here, maybe I haven't watched enough of her stuff, but she's never given me anywhere near the amount of red flags I get off listening to even one episode of BLJ. Matty feels like someone who actually reads and analyzes and researches the stuff she's criticizing in a way that's relatively harmless with her own flair sprinkled in (and her humor is hilarious btw, her opening skits are great LOL); BLJ meanwhile feels like he's constantly one opinion away from starting a #victimofcancelculture campaign because he's just trying to be as edgy and angry as possible LMAO (and ironically they're both often criticizing the same thing, but it goes to show how delivery makes a hell of a difference when it comes to dishing out criticism)
All that said, if there is something with Matty Bites that I'm missing here, I'm fully open to being informed because I haven't watched many of her videos and there could just as well be something that I've missed. But I don't think she's anywhere near as hostile as BLJ tends to be, I don't think Matty Bites' comedic video editing and sassy commentary has ever resulted in creators actually being attacked and bullied like BLJ's have.
Overall I think anyone who builds a platform or audience off criticizing content (and this includes me!) needs to practice responsibility and accountability in what they put out and what they choose to focus on and criticize. It can be really easy to accidentally use "criticism" as a get-out-of-jail-free card to just be a bully. It can be really easy to wind up leaving your criticism so unrefined and surface level without any deeper reflection that you never actually open your mind to anything and you just end up echoing out hate speech without even intending to. And it can be really, really easy to ruin your own palate from willingly consuming nothing but shit all day.
Just to quote some very famous words from a fictional character that absolutely apply here:

I feel weird giving out unprompted permission statements because I'm making a big assumption that anyone's going to want to use my work. That said I also know people do like to build on other people's art and can't always work up the nerve to ask, so: Anyone is free to use this design if they want to for any reason- I don't own this character anyway. (Although I am hopeful that you do not, you know, monetize it, because i cant do that and if you do that its not fair ;_; ) Feel free to remix, improve, use as basic inspiration, etc. I would appreciate a tag/mention if you use it so I can see what you did!
This design has evolved a little since I first started drawing it, and I will see people reblogging the original design notes and think 'oh no! those are out of date and I don't have new/accurate ones!'
Reblogging the old one is still an honor- and the first take on a design just sometimes has a different appeal because it's less refined and more chaotic (especially with a character that should be chaotic), so I suspect some people will just prefer the older drawings & they'll still get shared, which is great! But I felt as if the project was a little bit incomplete without an update, since I think I've reached the point where if you see that old post & then come to my blog and look at my current content, there's a noticeable difference.
Also I kind of like making design notes.
If anyone's wondering why things changed, the answer's really simple- 90% of it is just the result of him settling into having more consistent anatomy and facial structure so that I can keep him looking accurate across different angles and poses. If you look at the old drawings you may notice that Gollum has an inconsistently shaped squishy head. That's fine for a concept post but doesn't work as well for maintaining him across different comic panels or in an animatic, at least not the way I work.
In the same vein, while my art is still & will always be heavily stylized, I started giving him more structured semi-sorta-realistic anatomy so that he wouldn't look entirely out of place next to less bizarre-looking characters such as Aragorn. (I feel that's also helpful in nudging Gollum into the uncanny valley where he ought to be, rather than leaving him so abstractified that there's a risk you won't see anything wrong with him having noodle arms.) He also acquired the new-style 'garbage bag' outfit because I found a reference in LOTR to his arms and legs being bare/exposed (it's in one of my favorite passages, the 'an eagle would think Gollum was dead if it came by right now' passage in The Two Towers):
Not even an eagle poised against the sun would have marked the hobbits sitting there, under the weight of doom, silent, not moving, shrouded in their thin grey cloaks. For a moment he might have paused to consider Gollum, a tiny figure sprawling on the ground: there perhaps lay the famished skeleton of some child of Men, its ragged garment still clinging to it, its long arms and legs almost bone-white and bone-thin: no flesh worth a peck.
#long post#blobart#lotr#lotr gollum#lotr fan redesign#i really do love that passage because it says so much and implies more#sam and frodo are sitting there invisible because they are being protected by the gift of love and honor galadriel gave them#gollum who has been busting his butt to hide all of his life#issplatted out there like a frog entirely exposed. he has nowhere to hide and no protection- not even proper clothing#and even a carrion bird would think he was 1) dead 2) of no value#...and then we have tolkien drawing the allusion to a starved/abandoned child#it's eerie and deeply empathetic at the same time#It's also funny. why would there be an eagle here pondering gollum#same energy as 'a fox wondered why these hobbits were bobbling around in the woods' and then the fox disappears forever#also same energy as 'there was a thrush nearby. bilbo was in such a bad mood that he tried to kill it'#body horror#eye horror#unsanitary/#bones?....#tw: gollum#there#I will be doing a morning reblog of this because i only do this once every two years so postblock it if once was enough

He's got the whole world in his hands 💙
"Little Bear, just know you are so loved." 🧸
As we get a little sneaky peaky into Carmelo's camera roll, you'll notice quite a bit has changed. Monet's no longer pregnant and there is a new bundle of joy in the Giordano-Hollingsworth family. 🥺
Due to unforeseen circumstances their plans of a baby shower and baby moon were cut short. . .
Monet spent several weeks in the hospital leading up to babygirl's arrival and of course her big cuddle bear was there with her every step of the way.
Alleia Marsai (Uh-Lay-Yuh • Mar-Sigh) Hollingsworth aka Leia Bear aka Little Bear was born prematurely (27 weeks) at Terra Amorosa County Medical Center in Tartosa.
Shortly after giving birth Monet had a few postpartum complications which prevented her from visiting babygirl in the NICU for the first couple of weeks. Those weeks months were stressful nonetheless but He managed to stay by both his girl's sides until it was time for him to bring his babies home. 🥺
Fast forward to present day...and they've been inseparable...
He's an Early Bird (morning sim) and Leia LOVES wake up time. While Monet gets a few extra minutes hours of sleep, Papa makes sure little bear is fed, clean, and happy before heading off to work (or the gym, if it's his off day). Daddy sings to her all the time, just like he used to when she was in her mama's belly. Although he's got a bit of a deep raspy voice, it's calming enough to relax you and put you to sleep.
If he's not singing, he's definitely playing R&B or Soul. Somehow he managed to get "Blue" to play on Leia's crib mobile...and she's finally started sleeping through the night. Such a spoiled little stinker!
📌 The real story of why there was no celebratory baby moments: In a non-theatric series of events there was no baby shower or baby moon because I sorta-kinda-maybe forgot that I unpaused her pregnancy while I was playing with Penny's household. Came back in my game and boop, Melo was holding a newborn baby. After punching the air for several minutes, I decided to age lil miss up and test out some infant CC (because this was a "back up save")...Long story short, I sorta-kinda-most definitely fell in love with little bear and couldn't turn back the hands of time. Especially after seeing Mel autonomously care for her. Like He's literally such a W Dad, for real. 🥺
And after all that...girl now this man has THIS whim and I-
😩 Mama better watch out! It's officially Spring in game...so we're prepping for Love Day AND Mother's Day...I hope sis is back on birth control.

A study in media fabrication: the Metro interview
I was on a late, self-prescribed ☕ break at the office and lo and behold, mindlessly scrolling @bat-cat-reader's page, what do I see? S's last 'interview' to Metro UK. Rarely have I seen such a poorly cobbled fabrication, so I thought I might share a couple of quick thoughts about it.
A word about the newspaper, first. This is not, as you might think, a part of the Swedish-owned and worldwide present Metro conglomerate of free commuter tabloids, that usually end up littering the carriage, by the end of the day. Nope, and I had no idea. Metro UK is owned by DMG Media (The Daily Fail people, in other words) since 1999 and uses a different logo, to avoid being sued on what is, in my opinion a blatant trademark infringement (remember, S was the culprit the EUIPO punished for way less than that!). More interestingly, though, the print and web editions have totally different content, which means that you'd look in vain for the James Bondesque pic while commuting from Wimbledon to London, for example. The relevance of this interview is nearing 0, in my humble opinion: if anything, it just served to check a box of the PR's current media plan and justify the retainers a couple of people cashed in, as a result.
Quotes and references like the one below abound:
Now, if you imagine S talked face to face to Ms. Josie Copson for the sake of this article, you couldn't be more wrong. In fact, I doubt he knows her name or (when questioned) even if he ever gave an interview to Metro.co.uk. In plain English, he didn't "tell" Josie anything: PR probably sent her some formulaic 'answers' by email and let her add some fill-in material, then revised and greenlit the whole for release.
How do I know it? Easy: no photos. No specifics (random example: 'seated at the counter of Soho's BAFTA Bar, in London, SRH' this and that). And the almost scrupulous rehashing of the talking points we have already seen (and it did break my heart to see so many upset people for literally nothing, in here). Give or take some last minute inserts, some of which are quite dubious, to he honest.
This one, for example:
How odd. A Zoom call apparently happened, of which - again- we have no evidence at all. It's not impossible, but it is improbable. What is interesting, though, is the 'related' discreet surfing suggestion at the end of the article, which sheds new light on that Gen Z. joke - which yes, now sorta makes sense:
Why? For more (monetized) clicks and traffic. Remember the tiny detail that Metro's business model is based on a free offer. So, they have to make it viable somehow: in print, it's the ads. Online, it's all about the ads and the clicks.
The only interesting thing I could take out of this would be a very peculiar choice of words:
Being spied on... By all means, please clarify and thank you. I can think of one or two people in this fandom, regularly and almost obsessively dueling for the position of best informed in town. Using very different methods, to be sure, but still qualifying for this spying position, in my book. Both of them completely lack perspective and offer very little context, but that is of no particular import, when it's all about feeding your captive audience with nonsense.
If these two people wanted to come clean, they'd only need to write two very simple phrases:
This is a gossip blog exclusively focused on SRH.
and
This is a social media monitoring blog exclusively focused on SRH.
Not gonna happen anytime soon. Cue in the mystique of 'sources' and repeatedly absurd 'lucky strikes'. It certainly makes things way sexier than they really are. Because when you know things, you don't brag about it. Easy as 1, 2, 3.
Oh, and mark me: it's always been about SRH. No wonder the boundaries feel 'blurred'.

Helldivers 2 is so good. Like- not just in the "it's fun to play and well-designed" sense, though that applies absolutely, but in the sense that it's the first Live Service Sorta Game that doesn't immediately strike me as predatory and gross. The "premium currency" is easily attainable through regular play with a minimum of effort and time, the battle passes are generous, not time-limited, and really just stand in for progression- with mostly sidegrades, the most important stuff like new strategems and such just tied to regular ol' experience gain- and you can also just pick them up with said ingame-earned premium currency.
It's so refreshing to play a game that feels like it hits all the expected "modern gaming trends" but does it in a way that isn't odious. And the game's developers have gone on record saying they don't like monetization, that value is earned, and then backing up those words in every bit of design. It's absolutely an outlier from the norm, and while I think the overall trends are utter garbage that are going to kill the industry like a slow poison, this is at least proof you can hit the checkboxes without being a ghoul.
....now if they could sort out the servers, that'd be great, but if "the game is so successful that it's literally got Too Many Players" is your only problem, you're doing all right.

Sorry if this is a bit long but my brain is made of sand
Under the circumstance of being transformed into one of your characters, would you rather:
- stay in the human world as it is, with all possible ramifications (the rammys)
- be transported to a world where everything is roughly the same (the same sorta people talk to you, everything important still exists), but everyone is furries and furry-specific technology exists
- be transported to like, pokemon world with humans but also pokemon, maybe anthropomorphic. Most things are very different but there is an equivalent to the people closest to you
- be transported to pokemon world without humans, only pokemon
Pokemon-only world seems like mega complicated and honestly I feel like fights in school would be way more dramatic if instead of girls pulling each other’s hair one of them had fuckin hydro pump, and the other was like an actual ghost. Though I assume when you say only pokemon you mean like mystery dungeon type very sparse “tribes” of pokemon that’s like very far from the modern world we have irl, and in that case I’m not sure if I would go so far as to wish everyone was like,, regular (albeit humanly intelligent) animals. Anthropomorphic is typically preferred.
Pokemon normal world also seems wild cuz like instead of businesses just kinda being dicks with rights and wages and shit, they would be taming legendary pokemon and monetizing the weather or time or some shit like that… or some ten year old has the power to do that. OR the pokemon that can do that is like,, anthropomorphic and a celebrity or something and that still seems very concerning. Either way though pokemon world seems frightening.
I’d be fine with either staying in the regular world or the furry regular world. Though in the furry world I’m not sure whether or not I would want to keep my memory of the old regular one, I feel like it would just make things confusing for me and me alone.

Texas. Observation #1173
Today is June 1. Pride Month! I love pride month, because so many of my friends, my colleagues, my students, my family, fandom people, workers, and others get the chance to have the loud, clear, (hopefully) joyful voice they deserve.
They don't always get that voice the rest of the year. I know some folk think otherwise, but LGBTQ+ folks don't get heard the way they deserve most of the time. I don't live it, but I reckon Pride Month is just better - not the real voice they need.
But there are moments, living in the south (southern US), particularly Texas, and specifically the part of Texas I live in when I realize, with stark and frightening clarity, why Pride Month and events are still so fucking important.
I live in Austin. To be clear, Austin.
Austin is the gaudy, sparkly, blue rhinestone on the bible belt. Proudly. It's an openly LGBTQ+ friendly city.
I live just north of it. I had to go to the grocery store today. (Not one of my preferred activities.) But I went, because cat food. My kittens would be very irate if they ran out of food. And it was on sale. I'm cheap. And broke.
I went to HEB. Local chain. Amazing company. Great products. Store brands are often better (by a wide margin) than national brands.
And Pride was everywhere. Posters on the walls. Ads in the aisles. Products. Because why bother with LGBTQ+ people if we can't monetize them, right?
But there were pins on employee shirts and nametags. Some had rainbow work shirts on. Wristbands. Headbands. Necklaces. It was awesome.
And then, I saw other people. Wearing 'Let's Go Brandon' t-shirts with Trump's face. Wearing 'The ATF is Gay' shirts. Wearing other, worse shirts. Maga was as prevalent as Pride. (If you don't think the two are opposed, what in the holy name of fuck are you doing reading my blog?)
There was (apparent) peace. No one was hurling slurs (that I could hear.) No one was grumping at each other (that I could hear.) People were going about their business, flying their colors, and shopping like civilized humans. And while I am sure there is someone out there getting misty-eyed at the idea of bigots and LGBTQ+ people shopping together at their local chain. Supporting a local business. Etc.
They might even be sorta right. I don't know. I am not qualified to say that.
I just know that - occasional reminders of why Pride is important matter. Because all those people wearing slogans and symbols proclaiming things anti LGBTQ+ - things they wear often around these parts - on the first day of Pride...
They are the people who would be very happy to silence LGBTQ+ people. Forever.

Hi Lico! Now that you've been playing Star Rail for a while, how do you think it is grind/monetization-wise? Are you still having fun playing it?
Hi! It's been a while since I last played it, but I'd say it was... well... I'm not sure.
Cause, you see, I think I'm in a position to be less affected by it. For starters, I have no money, so I can't speak on the monetization aspect of it. And as for the grinding, I think I play in a sorta weird way that doesn't lead to it?
Like, I don't even max out any characters, I just level them in chunks as needed, so I can go through the story with moderate difficulty. In the sense that even if I lose a battle, I can win on the second try with better strats.
Maybe that's because I started the game "late", so there's a lot of story to catch up to, and way too many resources for the handful of characters that I keep leveled. But yeah, I've mostly been able to do fine with the free stuff without much grinding,
Thank you for the ask!
#the one roadblock i've encountered so far is that Big Beetle™ on that Ruan Mei sidequest#like damn girl cleaning up your science crimes isn't worth the poisoned desserts you force-fed me#ask

So I love the concept of eyes of heaven. A multi part crossover of the Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. But the game is lacking in a lot of departments i should know, I love video games and studying game design after all. Also I platinumed the game on the PlayStation. The UI is a nightmare, all the fighting moves are Jojo references/ quotes, sure the “Ora Ora” that Jotaro has is a given but excuse me for not remembering what “the hell is your problem” does for Josuke 8 in the middle of battle. The button maping is just horrible for some characters, mainly old Joseph he has a whole button that isn’t used and in order to use hamon breathing you need to hold down two other buttons. There are terrible tutorials, an unskipable one always acures when you open the game…
But one of my biggest gripes is with the story. I know that Jjba is mostly focused on fights and the crazy powers, but I would like the story to be more then just: our companions are being revived and being turned against us! Save them using a corpse Time travel to another part! Find and team up with the jojo, fight the characters of that part! Find a new corpse part, get in the Turtle. repeat until all the Jojo’s are here with corpse parts, oops! Have to reclaim them all again! Fight the remaining enemies, free our last allies, fight Dio over heaven, everyone in the Turtle gets brainwashed! Fight your allies again, it’s a trap, Jotaro and Jolyne fight Dio over heaven with des ex machina powers! Finally use the info from Funny Valentine! Win! Everything is better now.
I am oversimplifying the whole thing, it did have some great moments, with Jotaro and Jolyne, old Joseph in part 2, and the part 5 crew reacting to part 3 Polnareff. I do recommend checking it out. But I kinda wanted more….
So I came up with my own reimagining of the story! I would make a whole fan comic about it! But I have collage, other projects, and I keep shifting from thing to thing, I may be into Jojo now but in a few months I’ll be back focusing on something else. But it might happen! For now I have made a bullet point list of stuff I want to happen in the story.
Anyway here have some unorganized bullets on what will probably happen in the story:
An in depth look on what exactly happened in the reality where Dio won
An unclear beginning where no one knows what’s happening and no clear way to travel between time and other realitys, sure they will learn that time space is screwy but they will have a time figuring out how and why
OC’s; will they be new enemies or allies?
Every main jojo having a moment with each other
The world over Heaven redesign, Dio over heaven is cool but his stand is just an alt color palette of his original stand. When Puchi achieved heaven his stand changed to look completely different, why should Dio be spared a stand makeover?
Cameos from other fan works (Jota, Blood sun vendetta, but really really fast, Nathali monet (oc), Crimson Jungle, City living, the 7th stand user, ect)
Characters getting more dellvement/expanded backstory’s
Unlikely friendships
The zeppills bonding
(Mostly) Everyone getting one badass moment
Corpse parts are focused much less on. Seriously since when ever did they help travel though time in the main series? I mean I guess D4C and love train is sorta it. But that doesn’t make sense to work in this situation.
Dual heat attacks
Horror elements
Poses
Talking
Jonathan meeting old erna
Old man Joseph revealing why he had an affair to his younger self
Jotaro(part 3) getting hit by his future selfs (part 4 and part 6)
Josuke being a sweetheart and dealing with all the drama
Giorno not telling anyone about his relationship with Dio. He probably would be suspicious of his relationship with the Jostars after seeing their birthmark. That boy will definitely be skeptical after what he went though with the bio family he grew up with. He probably keep his linage a secret while trying to figure out where he was on the family tree. It will be revealed eventually.

Johnny meeting his future wife.
Johnny singing
Josuke8 doing something (I haven’t fished part 8 just yet…) but mostly being him self and hanging out with part4josuke
Part 9 somehow being involved (not enough story yet for me to make something solid)
More shenanigans
Fun with traveling ✈️
The hero characters will have to fight different opponents from what they already fought. We already saw heroes part 4 vs part 4 villains, swap it up! Put them in new situations. Already I have Old Joseph vs Naracha and Johnny vs wheel of fortune fight in mind, if they are an opponent the hero has fought before, they either have a new trick or in a different circumstance.

Anyway, that’s probably it for now…. I could honestly keep writing on this list, got a lot of story beets and the ending in mind already. I ultimately would love and see this be the ultimate tribute to JJBA and its community. Hope you got some good ideas from this. Feel free to let me know what you think/what you would like to see in something like this. It’s still a big project that I may not even start but I wanted to share this idea with all of you. Have a great day/night or whatever.

so an odd quirk of my dreams is that, while I rarely remember the plots of them while awake, I actually have several long-standing continuous dreams that progress in plot whenever I have them, and are fully memorable as if they were real memories when I’m asleep. Another odd quirk is that my brain has enough anxiety that, when these long-standing dreams occur and I’m slightly* stressed, (*so frikkin stressed I can barely breathe) I can remember them completely, usually because they’ve become unpleasant and for some reason my brain only wants to remember the bad dreams. So, context given, I woke up this morning with the exhumed memories of about three years worth of dreams in which there was a social media platform where songwriters could collaborate, sorta like a combination of Tik Tok, GarageBand, and Substack. They could release whole songs, but each element of the song would be separated into tracks for people to play with or move around in their reblogs/remixes. You also didn’t need to find a chain on which everyone was good: you could mix and match all the collaborators who had already pitched in. The ideal way of working on the app was to release something like the clip of the gal singing to an AC, or a loop of a really cool beat you made, and see what people made of it. You couldn’t make money off the app either: your posts weren’t monetized. BUT, if you got a record deal from the app or a client that’d be cool! Anyway maybe a year back I can vaguely remember having a dream in which I, tired and worn down from working on college with my failing health, wrote a song, sung it, and posted it on there. I then almost immediately did what I always do on social media, and got bored of the site and deleted it from my phone, because I have better things I can do with my time. THEN, just last night, I had a dream where I logged onto the same site and my old account out of boredom, having recently (finally) dropped out of college to fix my rapidly failing health, and found over a million views on the clip and a bunch of record offers. For Anyone Else I’m sure this would have been a good dream. For me? I got hit with the shame lazer for being so disconnected that I missed all the emails and phone calls I must’ve been sent about such a big thing because I was so sick. I have only the vaguest memory about what the song was but tbh I’m kinda upset this social media site doesn’t already exist, I think it would slap.

hellooo I have a question for you that’s been on my mind for a while, and I don’t know who to ask.. so I thought I’d try asking you since you’re the webtoon beef guy/pos
do you know of any way to bypass daily pass? or like.. a piracy site or something (iirc the creators get basically nothing from daily pass anyway so I figure it’s fine, correct me if I’m wrong tho I don’t wanna go around basically taking money from creators) since there’s so many banger series I just can’t read now because no one has the patience for that shit.. I honestly cant fathom wtf they were thinking with the daily pass system bc holy shit
so!! if you do have some sorta way I can read daily pass series without it, that would be very appreciated!! and if this question is unwelcome or annoying I’m very sorry hhrhdhd
oh great apparently i'm the webtoon beef guy
Anyways, I can't offer any sort of workarounds for the DailyPass system here on my front-facing blog, not without potentially getting the paddle from WT, sorryyyy :'0
That said, from what I know, creators DO get money from DailyPass as it's essentially a way to monetize their work after it's already finished similarly to that of FastPass. That said, I do not know how much they make from DailyPass. I do not know if they're subject to the annoying hurdles of the Minimum Revenue Threshold system. I do not know if it's entirely voluntary to go behind DailyPass or not (IIRC there was an ask from a creator a while back on reddit who said that it's optional and completely up to the creator, but I don't know how verifiable that is when every creator's contract can vary in different ways).
So with that in mind, DP does go towards the creators, but how much of it is completely unknown. I'm assuming the free ticket unlocks doesn't do anything for them, so the Ad Pass unlocks and paying with coins is the best way to legally do it (and the latter unlocks episodes permanently so they won't get locked again like they would with DailyPass tickets / Ad Pass). You could also check if these particular series have physical book editions because then that supports the creator while still ensuring you can re-read the work any time without dealing with the DP nonsense.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help! DailyPass is definitely annoying but if there are any series you're really interested in reading, there are at least more ways than ever before to access DP episodes without having to pay out of pocket, like with the Ad Pass system that still benefits creators through ad revenue. It's likely not a lot, but still something at the very least :' )
#honestly if i could just pay a lump sum upfront for an entire series that's mine to download and keep?? i would do it no question#really wish webtoons offered that feature#the coin currency system is such ass#ask me anything#ama#anon ama#anon ask me anything#webtoon critical

One thing for sure, two things for certain...Melo has exquisite taste. I ain't gon' hold you...
Marguerite (ex-wife) // Monet (current girlfriend) // Fatima (collegiate side ting) 🙃
Melo's story ramblings below the cut
Alright, so boom…I was listening to music (when I should’ve been napping) and the playlist was GIVING…
Coco Jones “ICU” came on and it gave me a story idea and I’ve been jotting down notes since. I tend to use my random gameplay moments to guide what happens in Melo’s story and so far it’s just been fun gameplay but it’s been helpful because my ideas end up coming full circle when I press play. It’s like reassurance honestly!
Anywho, I’ve been debating how I want to write Melo’s story for THEE longest. No, seriously...way longer than I should have. I'm a recovering perfectionist and an artist whose sensitive about her shit...or whatever, so this is an ongoing battle. Dialogue is always my biggest challenge because I know exactly how I want the scene to go but I get confuzzled on who should say what and how etc…Issa work in progress and practice makes better. Right? So there’s that! But I am slowly working on his mini series/story. Emphasis on mini series because my brain gets overwhelmed when things don't have an end date. It’s literally been living rent free (with many renditions) in my notebook for damn near 3 years now. 😳
I'm prepping to do my bi-annual cc clean and prepping for the new update (once it's safe to update all the cc tings) but I have a title and have sorta kinda mapped out how many "chapters" this mini series will have. I've had to slowly start a new save for him because of the lag and I want to get into downloading more builds from the gallery and cc-ifying them myself and/or building sets myself. My pinterest board is full of ideas at this point but I'm excited.
#story ramblings...kinda#I went in game to plot & plan...#and ended up staring at Fatima for hours#she's currently married with like 3 kids#who all need makeovers#but I have an idea...#🙃#He used to LOVE him some Fatima#GIRL...#Ya'll know Papa is such a lover boy#Marguerite was giving him HELL...#and he was gonna find a way to be happy#I don't condone it BUT him and Fatima had a time

@fulgur-ater //Are you recording videos?
// I have in the past. I have a long history with content creation in various forms. I was doing the vlog thing back in like 2011 and reviewing stuff back when youtube was still like 144p. But it never really clicked for me.
Mostly because, while I have been in film school for a short time, I hated editing. There are few things I would like to do less than editing. They include things like manual labor. I have worked retail jobs less awful than editing.
Of course, around like, 2014 I think, the company I worked for was being bought out by another company, so they cut everyone's hours, and I was making like $10 an hour back then, so I just switched to doing audio recording full time. Reason being that I had done that as a side hustle, made some good money doing that. Not a ton, but minimum wage. (the fact that I was also transitioning to a full time caregiver for my mother was another factor.)
But that was like a decade ago, and my passion and inspiration for that died like, six years ago. I still do it in various forms from time to time (I recorded a podcast episode for a spotty podcast where I review terrible stories just a few days ago). But overall, I don't do it much. I also don't really have the ability or drive to buckle down and force myself to create the way you need to in the content game.
Because the thing is, I already know how you are successful on various platforms. If it's youtube, it's longform content that you then cut into clips; at least right now. If it's twitch, you stream one game, cut that into clips and post it on youtube and tiktok, because the only way to get traction on twitch is to bring an audience from somewhere else (that's something twitch themselves admits). Tiktok mostly requires an ability to constantly have a sense of what is 'in' at the time; the trends are short, quick, and often niche.
I recently as of like a year ago, had a business where I wrote erotic stories to sell on amazon; but wherever you go, the rules of the content game are the same. Lots of content, and find a need and fill it. Meaning, if you just try to be what someone else is, you'll never gain traction because there's a billion people also doing that. But also, you gotta knuckle down and grind for nothing to get anywhere, and that takes passion.
The thing is, there's also the autism to take into account. And no matter what other people say, autism is a major handicap when creating, because the ability to relate and communicate is harder. Not impossible, but harder. It can be done successfully; the guy who does the marble racing videos is a good example of someone taking his weird obsession and marketing it.
there's one thing that nft bros and content creation have in common, and it's the desire to monetize one's own weird focus; the difference is where they're coming from. nft bros come at it from the finance world, or 'take this thing and make it a speculative commodity, thus theoretically creating value where there otherwise was none.' In the end, what they're minting doesn't matter; they're trying to do the same magic trick people do when exchanging world currencies, just without the regulations. take a thing, change what it's in, make it larger.
content creation does something similar, but it's monetizing one's passion or skills. there are lots of ways to do this, but in the end, it's all about marketing yourself and what you do.
I digress. But I'm sorta in that hole where I see people passing me by, knowing I could do it, but I simply don't for lots of reasons.
