Here is the scene isolated so you can hear how different Doflamingo's voice gets.

Especially the "Get it treated, okay?" His voice and tone softens quite a bit, it gets so soft it took me by surprise when I heard it the first time I was like "aww". He's a worried older brother 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭

The sentence "That's good, then." is also delivered in a sort of relieved tone. Like "oh thank fckn god you're okay" except it's Doffy so he doesn't use those words 🤣

The "Get it treated, okay?" THAT's The one that is full of softness and gentleness and worry from Doflamingo. It's so 🥺🥺 soft. I had no idea Doflamingo's voice could get that soft and sorta quieter until this scene, it's so 🥺🥺

And I have to say, they have audio directors/voice actors directors, so Doflamingo's VA was either directed to say it like this, was told to do it, or it was even written (Doflamingo's voice softens) in the SCRIPT.

Addition: it also could be that Doflamingo's VA improvised the shift in tone, as it seems they're allowed freedom to improvise (it's just one of the possibilities, not any official fact)

In short, I love this, Doffy sounds so soft and gentle especially that last sentence my heart melted I —

He was worried for his brother. HE LOVED HIS BROTHER.

ANYWAY, YEAH. I LOVE THIS SCENE.
