He can be too focused on working to take care of his future with you that he ends up leaving you feeling neglected as times.

Suguru Geto

Pros:

Suguru spoils you with praise and affirmations of his love. Enjoys seeing your cheeks redden with each confession of his love he gives you.

He’s protective, not possessive with you. Suguru understands that you need freedom but that doesn't stop him from wrapping his arms around you after seeing a pathetic male ogle you.

Suguru is completely secure with your relationship and knows you are too.

Sex with him is either gentle and poetic or downright nasty and sweaty.

Cons:

A major relationship con I can see with Suguru Geto is his arrogance. He would think he knows more than you do and believes you should just shut up and listen.

His sarcasm can also be something that you struggle with. Even though he doesn't mean to hurt your feelings you can't help but feel upset at his tone and response.

Toji Fushiguro

Pros:

Your relationship with Toji started off as friends-with-benefits that turned into the two of you dating without ever making it official.

Toji loves to grab your ass or tit randomly, leaving a blushing mess and telling him to stop.

He isn't great at communicating how he cares about you so he ends up buying you food and clothes (mostly lingerie) thinking you'll understand his intentions.

Ryomen Sukuna is merciless in bed. You have 3 safe words letting him know if it's okay to keep going or if you need a break.

Cons:

Arrogance. At first, you didn't mind his arrogant attitude but now it pisses you off.

Pros:

Being Choso’s S/O has you feeling adored and appreciated. He truly falls hard for you.

100% loyal to you, Choso barely socializes with anyone besides you and his little brother.

In my opinion, I see Choso as a sub or switch. He prefers to be pegged and taken care of since he always looked after his younger brothers.

Cons:

You are not at the top of his list, his last living younger brother is his number one concern.

Since he isn't a big extrovert, Choso is fine with staying home which can be tiring after the fifth date in a row is a at home movie night.

Alright fic request! (Either reader or named Tav, whatever sparks joy.)

I HC that since Baldurs Gate has such a low population of elves, a lot of Astarion's previous sexual experiences did not involve his ears. They are probably the least "used" (his feelings) part of himself.

Maybe Tav isn't an elf and doesn't know, so they eventually just casually reach out- because they are so cute and Astarion's been OK with casual touches like that now they are in a relationship. But he just flinches away- very uncomfortable and hurt this happened.

Tav is obviously going to apologize and try to accept they hurt Astarion by mistake. Maybe not that night, but sometimes later after Astarion got to see them be sincere about his boundaries (maybe even OK woth him having a "bad" reaction) he puts his head in their lap and asks them to touch his ears in a quiet voice.

Basically a story about navigating rough waters with love.

Pointy Ears

Moon washes the meadow in silver light. As he sits by the campfire, Astarion's skin looks almost marble to you: white and perfect. You glance at him from time to time to detect a hint of disturbance, that his mind has dragged him to some unpleasant place.  

But it seems like he is at peace with himself.

His pointy ears twitch a bit when invisible facial muscles move. They’re probably your favorite part of his body: long and sensitive, with a delightful pinkish hue. The elves, Tel’Quessira, have the most amazing ears. 

But you suddenly realize you’ve never touched them. You often massage his scalp and have kissed almost every inch of his body, but the ears remain untouched.

The scars and the bite mark? It took months for him to relax enough to let his guard down. You still remember him muttering “Tav loves me, Tav won’t hurt me” while you were caressing his back. You pretended you didn’t hear that. As for the more intimate parts of his body, you two agreed on an “ask before putting a hand into the trousers”.

But his ears… You are a non-elf, a lesser being in the eyes of elves, and know nothing about them. But you remember how many years ago someone told you “Never touch their pointy ears, they hate it”.

“Astarion.”

Silence. 

“Astarion, are you with me?”

Silence yet again. He looks somewhere into the woods, mentally far away from your small camp. Suddenly, his eyes squint and you see anxiety on his face.

Nine hells, again. 

It happens to him often. He just sits motionless as if someone has cast a “hold a person” spell on him. He can stay like that for hours oblivious to the world around him. As if his mind shuts itself down. Sometimes he returns, surprised it’s already sunset “I thought it was still morning”, he says.

He describes it as a dark wave that just pulls him under into the nightmare, and he can’t do anything, only to keep drowning.

You approach Astarion and sit behind him. Then you touch his curls, slowly brushing them with your finger.

“I am here. I am not going anywhere,” you whisper. “Return to me, please.”

No response. 

You keep caressing his head, intensifying your touches as you try to return him to reality.

And then your fingers accidently brush along his left ear.

Astarion flinches, forcing you to take your hands away.

“I am sorry,” you mutter.

Astarion covers his ear with his palm and stares at you in shock. He looks like a person who has been woken up in the middle of the night in some weird and violent way.

“Did I hurt you? I am so sorry!”

“No… you didn’t…” He still looks startled. “I just… Seldarine… How long have I been like that?”

“Since sunset. It’s almost the middle of the night.”

He snatches his shirt from the ground and puts it on. You still feel guilty.

“Sorry… I won’t touch your ears again.”

“Darling, you’ve touched me in much more intimate places and done much more lewd things to my body than this.”

You blush.

“It’s just… unexpected.”

“I am sorry.”

“Stop it! I hate it when you apologize. You’ve done nothing wrong. It’s just… Fuck it. I want to take a walk.”

You nod. “Take a walk” means “I want to wander the woods on my own''. Sometimes he hunts small animals and drains them dry. More often he just walks enjoying the freedom of being in nature. Even a person who loves cities would go insane, forced to spend 200 years within its walls.

You are still embarrassed by your actions, so you return to the tent. You are feeling sleepy and doze off on your bedroll hugging a pillow. 

You wake up a few hours later when Astarion returns to the tent. His shirt is bloodstained and his trousers are dirty, but he looks happy.

“Good morning, darling”, he kisses you. “It’s sunrise, time for the mortals.”

“Unless they travel with vampires,” you mumble as you sit up, feeling more or less rested. “I see you are in a good mood.”

“I am always in a good mood when I see your face, my dear.”

You scoot over, making more room for him. The tent is small but enchanted with darkness which fully protects Astarion from the sunlight. You would love to spend a couple of days in the inn, but the nearest town has no such place and you have to stay at the camp.

“Listen… about what happened…” He stumbles over his words. “Could you touch my ears?”

You giggle and invite him to sit between your legs. He presses his back against your chest and you wrap your arms around his body.

“You have leaves in your hair,” you say, brushing his curls with your fingers before kissing the crown of his head. “How sensitive are your ears?”

“Very sensitive, he admits. “That’s why… I… we… don’t like unwelcome touches.”

You carefully touch the tip of his left ear, then move your finger along the edge of the shell. 

He closes his eyes and smiles.

You get braver and use your other hand to caress his right ear. You lean forward and kiss the tips, and as you do you feel an electric impulse coarse through Astarion's body.

“Why don’t you wear any adornments? You like rings and necklaces, but all the elves I have ever seen wear something on their ears. I mean, I understand why Tel’Quessir don’t pierce them…”

“Darling, never suggest to pierce the ears of the elf, it’s fucking painful.”

“But are there other ways? Without damaging the skin?”

He shrugs. “Never found anything proper I guess.”

He softly touches your finger and you understand he’s signaling you to stop. You press Astarion tighter. 

You sit like that for a while in silence before you make yourself return to reality.

“I need to go to the town to see if they have some job for us.”

“I doubt it. We’d better return to the road at sunset,"he said.

“Yeah, this place is unbelievably peaceful.”

“I would say boring”, he takes out a book from his sack and you recognize Gnim, the language of the gnomes. Noticing your stare, he chuckles. “I prefer to know the enemy.”

You kiss Astarion’s cheek and leave the tent.

The town looks sleepy as if its residents exist in some weird world without troubles and worries. The townsfolk look at you with suspicion. Adventurers are rarely guests since there's almost nothing to do. 

You ask here and there about a job, but as Astarion said there is nothing to be found. No troubles. No dangers. No reward. 

Suddenly something catches your eye: a small building different in style from the rest of the houses. It is more elegant, with intricate runes on the wooden door.

Elven. 

You enter carefully, opening the door as if you are afraid you may break it, 

It’s a Jewelry store.

There are dozens of rings, necklaces, and bracelets. They are simple and delicate, but you just can’t take your eyes off them. 

“Do you want anything?” A golden-haired elven woman waves her hand over the adornments. “Maybe for yourself?”

You shake your head. “I wouldn’t want to wear such things on the road. I will either break them or lose them.”

“Pity. Maybe for someone you care about?”

Astarion would love something like that. No matter what happened to him, he is still an elf. Nothing will ever change it.

“Yes...” You say with some hesitation. “What do elves put on their ears?”

The woman smiles. “We wear ear cuffs. Like these”, she points at her own ear, showing a golden adornment that looks like flowers. “You want a gift for an elf, don’t you?”

You nod.

“Can I ask what kind of bond you share?”

You blush a bit and the elf smiles again. “It’s not an idle question. Elven culture is very complicated”.

“He is my… love.”

She points at the ear cuffs. “Then, this. Only lovers can give such things to each other. Received from a friend or, worse, a stranger, would be considered an insult.”

“Why so?”

“Oh, poor N'Tel'Quess. So bad of him not to tell you such important things.”

You pretend not to understand that the word she’s used is an insult. You speak some Elven.

“And how important is that?”

“Have you wondered why elves don’t like their ears being touched?”

“Because it hurts?”

Her laughter sounds like bells chiming. “The same way lovemaking hurts when nonconsensual.”

Fuck.

“It’s intimate. Even lovers sometimes don’t do it because they don’t fully trust each other. We allow this only to our aestara, our thiramina.For us, it’s a form of sex. But even regular sex might be less intimate. So, tell me, does he allow you to do that?”

“He did let me do this… today. For the first time. ”

“Then, give him an ear cuff. Choose.”

They all look equally beautiful and you try to picture Astarion wearing them but nothing is quite him. There are smaller and larger ones, golden and silver. Some resemble flowers, and some are more like stars.

Noticing your confusion, the shopkeeper sighs.

“Tell me about him.”

“He… is very kind. To me, at least. Very brave, but never admits it even to himself. He is smart, can learn a whole new language within a week, and can persuade people to do anything he needs. He can do a lot of things with his hands – embroidery, lock picking, you name it. But… he’s been through a lot. His past is very dark and he is still overcoming it, learning how to be with people, how to live this life.”

You carefully avoid details, trying to sound as vague as possible.

“It’s called srinna. The one who tests limits and establishes new boundaries.”

“Yes, it does sound like him”

The woman hands you a metallic ear cuff. It is simpler than the others but you notice small details like crescents and birds. It will look nice with his curls, you think.

You pay and as you leave the elf laughs again. “If I were you, I would scold him!”

You return to the camp at sunset. Astarion is still inside the tent engrossed in the book. He hasn’t been through too many pages. Gnim is difficult for someone who can’t stand its speakers.

Astarion smiles joyfully as he notices you. He always looks like this when you return. Pure happiness.

“So was I right about these peaceful people?”

“Yes. Why didn’t you tell me?”

“Why didn’t I tell you what?”

“About your ears! The elven jeweler gave me a lecture about them! You could have at least explained this to me before I embarrassed myself!”

He disarms you with his puppy eyes. They say: ‘Oh, darling, you can’t be really angry with me, can you?’

“Stop making that face. You know I can’t resist it!”

Astarion sighs. “My apologies. Never really took it into account. But yes, touching ears is a form of showing affection.”

You take out the ear cuff and hold it out to him “I’ve brought a gift for you.”

Astarion puts the book away and takes the cuff. He is silent and you are afraid he doesn’t like it.

“Srinna”, he says. “The one who establishes boundaries. Thank you”, Astarion doesn’t try to laugh it away or mask his emotions. His smile is goofy and sincere; he rarely shows it even to you.

“Put it on!” you encourage him. “I want to see how it looks!”

“You’ve given it to me. You must put it on, not me.”

You lean to Astarion and carefully adjust the adornment to his left ear. To your surprise, it fits perfectly and doesn’t show any indication it can fall off. You think it must be easier to lose regular earrings than elven cuffs. 

“How does it look?” he asks.

“Gorgeous.”

He cups your cheeks and kisses you. You feel like floating, forgetting about everything. You touch his ears and caress them with your fingers. Then he lets you go and presses his forehead against yours. “Salen arivae.”

“Salen means ‘my’, what does “arivae” mean?”

“Sunshine”, he answers after a short pause.

-Natsu is zerefs biggest weakness if that weakness was he just doesn’t wanna hurt Natsu emotionally or physically at all like Natsu is his baby. I also believe this town had there own customs and beliefs and coexist with dragons just didn’t care for them which is why they knew draconic but so jumbled with some other language Natsu and zerefs culture and language is just incomprehensible to anyone. This town celebrated life and death which is why zeref is named after death and Natsu is the summer it’s like after a volcano erupts new life begins.

i realize i've done some korea, amekor, and turkuzbek hcs but i've never actually done one of my blorbo uzbekistan. so thats changing right now

- she's of average uzbek woman height(167cm) and her hair is that shade of brown that looks almost black, but when the sunlight hits just right it looks like a faint shade of auburn. you know, that kind of hair shade.

- her name is "nargiza" which translates to "narcissus flower" or "daffodil." her close friends and family(and turkey too ig 🙄) call her nargiz for short.

- her hobbies are embroidery and quiltmaking with tajikistan, trying out new desserts to bake, reading, gossiping, piano playing and knitting(she picked up both from russia), drinking hot black tea in even hotter weather(she's a tea elitist and Will Not Consider iced tea to be part of the tea category)

- best cook. she's the best cook out of the central asians and they always try to have her cook dinner("it just hits different when you cook food for us apa")

- she has a resting scary/angry face. she looks like she's about to kill someone. but when you ask her a question she'll immediately smile and won't hesitate to help you in whatever way she can.

- has the best relationship with kazakhstan and tajikistan. though sometimes she has a habit of babying kazakhstan as an older sister. old habits from the uzbek khanate die hard i guess...

- has a weird relationship with uyghurstan, and they have a few very awkward phone calls per year. if you heard the minutes of silence sandwiched in between their conversations you'd experience second hand embarrassment.

- her relations with iran are interesting. she adopted persian as the official and court language of the bukharan khanate. but she's also tried to take parts of iran's land a few times. for a while iran even exerted control over the bukharan khanate for a few years by persian ruler nader shah until he died. there's been a lot of cultural exchange from iran to uzbekistan historically, and uzbekistan is also considered a part of the greater iran region(maybe i should give her the ahoge...). nowruz, for example, is a holiday that came from persia and is celebrated in the central asian countries, especially tajikistan and uzbekistan.

- she...doesn't like russia. not at all. it's one of the few things she and kyrgyzstan both agree on, and they've both fantasized about throwing themselves at him like rabid dogs for a while(kyrgyzstan was more serious about it, and uzbekistan had to stop him) but after her independence she had to suck up to him due to her economic reliance on him. recently, though, she's been moving away from russia in favor of spotting economic opportunities within uzbekistan that will help with self-growth(and also reaching out to turkey and china for mutual trading)

- she's not the most developed nation out there, but is still very prissy about her overall appearance. she knows how to clean up. don't even get me started on the things she wears to weddings. she isn't worried about competition because she IS the competition.

- at home, she'll wear the usual stuff you'd see an uzbek mom wear, a matching dress and pants cut from atlas fabric. she'll have a small scarf wrapped around her hair to pull it back, and has her hair up in a ponytail, bun, or braids.

- when she's out, she wears perfectly coordinated outfits every single time, hair and makeup perfectly done.

- dont be fooled though. she Will wear the definitely fake chanel sweaters and slippers with pride.

- she fake smiles a lot and tries to stop her habit of having a resting scary face. even though that's her default, she's gotten a lot of flack from old ladies throughout the centuries for it.

- generally, she's not a super expressive, bubbly person(that's her sister tajikistan). she's fine with small talk(and DEFINITELY gossiping) but depending on who it is and whether they're in her social circle or not, she'll either enjoy it or hate every agonizing second of it. When you ask about her house though, she'll tell you everything with a certain sparkle in her eyes.

- if you want her to go through all 44 feelings at once and watch her freak out and overheat like an old gaming PC just bring up turkey i guess

- to get into her social circle takes a lot of time and a lot of waiting for her to open up and talk about personal things. Think maybe...20 years at the very least.

- leading into the other headcanon of her being a little insecure. throughout the years, the uber-collectivist society of uzbekistan caused her to become more and more hyperaware of her actions and how others will think about them. the one exception is that she can't hide her disappointment.

- her predecessors are the khwarazmian empire and timurid empire. she barely knew the khwarazmian empire as uzbekistan was born as one of the few tribes to emerge after khwarazmi was engulfed by the mongols.

- she was old enough to remember timurid, however. he was like her older brother, albeit one with...skewed moral values. he'd always insist that this was all to rekindle the empire that the great genghis khan left behind, and to spread islam as a religion.

"besides," he'd add, "isn't samarqand looking absolutely beautiful lately?"

"yes, because you kidnapped the best artisans and craftsmen after looting their cities." she deadpanned.

- she was quite surprised(and impressed, by a sliver) when her brother managed to successfully siege ankara and cause a civil war in the ottoman empire. she knew timurid was growing, but she had no idea he got this strong. it almost didn't seem surprising when he announced his plans to go after china, before he died(and then respawned as the mughal empire, but that's another story.)

- she has a house in tashkent and bukhara, but mostly lives in tashkent now that it's the capital. since she's literally the center of central asia and borders everyone including afghanistan, they all stay at her house when traveling(turkey is stuck at a hotel whenever he visits tho...)

- her spice tolerance? dont even ask. its not there. completely gone. give her a little heinz chili sauce and she's scrambling to find water.

- once korea took her out on a date to a korean restaurant. one bite of the kimchi and it was over for her

when the kids are out for the day, he sits in the barn and regresses. acting like a sparkling, playing with the little human tools, drawing in the dirt, fluttering his wings in ways that are natural but that he was eventually taught was rude/distracting, and chewing on scrap metal (i hc that sparklings eat a lot of metal, and adult cybertronians still can, its just not necessary to eat as much) (dottie wonders why there are tin sheets with bite marks in them on their property. is one of the terrans alien-teething or something?)

bee being found by alex while regressed and panicking because he thinks alex is gonna judge him, especially because alex looks up to him and primus there are so many people who look up to him all of a sudden--

he's trying to become big again but he cant do it super suddenly, so he just starts to cry, the sparkling in his mind getting overwhelmed. hides his helm in his hands and rotates his wings down to look small, a subconscious "please dont be mad at me" in his body language

and alex isnt 100% sure what's happening but what he does know is that he doesnt want bee to be upset, so he starts trying to calm him down. he picks up on his childlike state and starts using methods that used to calm his kids down when they were smaller. he uses his softest voice, gives him a gentle pat on the knee (because he cant reach his shoulder, even when bee is trying to be small) and helps him take deep breaths. maybe he has a funny little routine he used to do to distract the kids from whatever was making them hurt, or a uniquely terrible dad joke that always made the kids snort and giggle through their tears.

once bee is a little more present, no longer crying, and somewhere in between big and little, alex asks him whats going on and bumblebee tries to explain but some of his big-kid words are still difficult so he starts and stops a couple times trying to find the words. he finally says "acting like a sparkling helps me. when im sad. please dont be mad. i dont do it around the kids."

he's worried that alex will think he's being irresponsible, or weird, or weird and irresponsible. but alex just listens to him ramble about why it helps and what he does when he's little. he slowly starts to use bigger and more "mature" words until he's finally out of littlespace entirely.

alex assures him that he doesnt have a problem with bumblebee doing this, and he's sure dottie wont either, and its actually a really creative way to deal with stress. and he says he doesnt have to hide out here in the barn, he can always hang out with alex while little. alex "what's one more kid, i already have seven" malto

Malleus wasn't surprised nor he felt intimidated after finding out about your friend's feelings.

After all, it only was a matter of time before one of your friends eventually fell for you, since they spend so much time around you. Actually, he was actually surprised about Deuce being the only one with feelings for you.

But Malleus does not think this is a problem, instead it's an opportunity to show how capable he is above all your other classmates. It's clear he doesn't think of Deuce as a rival.

It's so obvious he tries to one-up Deuce with his big gestures. Constantly giving you expensive gifts. Honestly I have no idea how you still haven't noticed how down bad he is for you.

Deuce on the other hand is oblivious to Malleus liking you, until Ace points it out.

He greatly respects Malleus, but this makes him feel awkward around Malleus, and the prince's attitude towards him doesn't make it any better… He's seen Malleus ominously staring at him more than once and it unnerves him a lot.

He won't make any advances on you, that's not his thing. Even if Ace tried to force him (until he found out about Malleus) he literally CAN'T be smooth and confident like Malleus. His endearingly awkward attitude is his forte, since he constantly makes you laugh (in a good way) and Deuce can't help but go simp mode every time he sees you smile.

Both of them are… incredibly obvious, and you've noticed how every time those two are in the same room everything feels tense. Not Deuce's fault though, he's mostly nervous trying to act tough—

You see, he trusts his friends greatly, even though they're awful at giving dating tips.

They constantly try to teach him how to be 'attractive' and 'cool' and he tries his best— but it just never works!

He had this cool and romantic cheesy confession planned. But he got nervous and forgot every single thing he was supposed to say. His only option was to improvise, it didn't matter how hard it was going to be, he just needed to tell you about how he truly felt.

Deuce always wanted to tell you how grateful he is to have met you. Whenever he feels insecure you're there for him, motivating him to continue even when he doesn't feel like he's good enough. Deuce admires you A LOT, and that admiration is now his strong love for you.

Dallas isn’t too experienced with stuff like this, but he still does his best to help

He immediately assumes you’re non-verbal due to negative stimuli, so he makes sure to offer you anything that might make you feel better

“What do you need? Water? Snacks? A hug?”

If you answer at all in some way he can understand, he’ll fetch it in seconds

If not, he’ll just stay with you and let you do your thing

If you’re crying, he’ll do his best to comfort you. If you’re happy about something, he’ll ask questions about it and let you go on about it as best as you can

He lets you hang out with him in his office while he’s working

Dallas would have a chair pulled up and a cabinet full of fidget toys and gadgets that you can mess around with

He cleaned the toys daily so that when you want to play around with them, they’ll be ready and all spiffied up :D

He also will have you help him with some of his work if you’re up for it

Like the others, he won’t push you to talk if you aren’t ready, and he makes sure you’re feeling safe and comfortable

Chains

Similar to Dallas, he lets you chill out in his workshop, regardless of whether or not you’re happy or not

He’ll keep you preoccupied by letting you tinker his guns a bit if you’re up for it

He’ll let you fidget with some of the parts in case you like one or a few of them

Chains knows a minuscule amount of ASL, but not enough to know how to understand everything

Does his best to accommodate to you whenever you go non-verbal

He’ll ask as to why either for future reference or so that he can keep you from the source, but he won’t pry if you choose not to tell

He’s willing to use practically anything to communicate with you

Sign language, non-verbal cards, text-to-speech, you name it

A contrast from his usual heist behavior, he’s very gentle when you go non-verbal. He’ll make extra careful not to cross any boundaries and make sure that you’re comfortable until you’re able to talk again

If you’re non-verbal because of positive stimuli, he’ll try his best to communicate with you about this thing that made you so happy. Of course, he won’t pry you about it.

He’s overall very sweet and makes sure that you’re okay while you’re in this state

Now, if someone were to make fun of you or try to pull anything weird while you’re non-verbal, he’s already got the drill ready

Mf will literally spend hours trying to learn how to sign so that he can understand you or so that he can make sure he doesn’t overwhelm you with talking

Hoxton sometimes acts ‘nice’ and teaching Houston some signs

ASL aside, if you use non-verbal cards or other means of communication, it’ll click easier for you

He makes sure to keep a notepad and pen on him, so when you need to talk to him, he just pulls it out and hands it to you

Can’t tell whether or not you’re non-verbal because of positive or negative stimuli, so if he thinks that the thing you don’t like is bringing you joy or something, forgive and correct him

Hoxton will often make rude remarks regarding it, resulting in a beat-up Hoxton and you now laughing your ass off

When the two of you reconvene, you end up explaining to him what’s going on with the whole situation

“Ah… n-non… verbal…? So- you’re not doing it on purpose?”

Once it finally clicks, he does his best to try and find ways to communicate with you

Notepads, flash cards, even those silly little buttons that people use to train their dogs how to communicate /ref

He made one attempt to learn ASL, but he immediately gave up because of how frustrating it was

Sokol felt the need to learn how to sign when he really just could’ve learned how to understand it 💀

That aside, he does his best to make sure you’re okay while you can’t communicate

Literally will fetch you anything and is willing to take a look at whatever it is that’s bothering you/making you so happy

Similar to Wolf, she completely understands and does her best to accommodate whenever you’re non-verbal

She doesn’t sign for you, but she’ll get a basic understanding if you sign

Simple gestures might raise some confusion though, but after one or two tries, she usually understands what you’re asking for

Very protective of you, regardless of whether or not you’re mute because of something positive or negative

You don’t even have to try and explain those non-verbal moments. He kinda just knows

He’ll offer up some methods of communication if you don’t have a specific one, the most prominent ones being a tape recorder or a notepad and pen

The both of you use the exact same tapes, sometimes even trading tapes when you want to express something else

Sometimes the two of you will just annoy Sokol with it

Yuuji being oblivious can have two directions; one is that Junpei is trying to hidde all signs that he does have a crush on Yuuji and is failing very badly but literally everyone and their mother knows Junpei has a giant crush on Yuuji. Two is Junpei IS showing his affection, and Yuuji doesn't notice. In the first route, literally no one is having a fun time but Yuuji. Yuuji's like "wow Junpei's so nice, I wonder why he avoids me and acts weird sometimes" and tries to address it but Junpei's like" Me??? WEIRD????? HUH????No I'm not ahahahaha hey anyways wanna talk about this new DVD i got????" In the second, Yuuji has no idea anything is up. He just thinks Junpei is a very near and dear friend who has a lot of consideration for him. And personal hc, if Junpei lived, Yuuji-Junpei would've been the most closest friendship in the group. So now Yuuji's impression of "Best friendship" is Junpei making googly eyes at him, excessive physical contact, cuddling, going on solo hang-outs with the bro(they are basically dates). And everyone else is losing their goddamn minds because these two are practically dating already but Junpei won't CONFESS because he's insecure and scared Yuuji needs to be hit with a rock to figure this out. I think Yuuji, unconsciously, would be doing more romantic gestures and would also FEEL more romantic but he just has not put the label on it. "Oh yeah my heart beats fast around Junpei because I'm usually running to meet him" or "I feel all hot around the collar and blush because he's just so nice when he laughs like wdym you DON'T feel all fluttery too??? Look at him!!" And now Junpei is conflicted because wait is Yuuji....reciprocating? This clown show ends when Nobara and Megumi lock Yuuji and Junpei in their classroom and stage an intervention. Gojo is not helpful at all he keeps staring at them and makes ominous jokes(or threats, no one is sure- it's the Geto trauma getting to him).

2. ZUKKA DATE!!! omg Zuko would be so awkward and shy showing the place to him meanwhile Sokka is like "THE FLUFFIES!!". He's so confused as to why Zuko was acting like he was leading him down the plank just to show this place. It's pretty, it;s cute! Sokka is suffering from a bad case of the butterflies because Zuko's smiling really softly at the ducklings. Sokka is initially a little hesitant about holding them and Zuko thinks its cute how Sokka's like "oh my god, the little dude's nuzzling, they are happy in my hand!!" Zuko probably brought duck feed so they're also feeding them. And maybe it's a chill day so Sokka gets out his brushes and paper to start drawing. It's a terrible drawing but Zuko is on cloud nine because Sokka drew them holding hands and surrounded by the turtleducks. Sokka's trying so hard to make it look good for Zuko because he seems so excited to see it. They'd probably slump against each other under the shade of a tree and watch and relax, Sokka's 100% going to fall asleep on Zuko's shoulder because it's so.....peaceful.....and perfect and he feels safe and warm. Zuko is staying statue-still and admiring Sokka's slack face(literally no one but him thinks its cute, because Sokka sleeps with his mouth wide open and drooling and a little snoring).

How they met :D

In med school, pre RA. Yuu struggled to contain any information so him and Yanov regularly got together to study, leading to very late night conversations about themselves. Even when Yuu decided to drop out they kept in contact, Yanov occasionally sneaking them in to watch his surgeries. They both eventually got bored of their respective lives and wanted to share it ( unfortunately ) as a trauma surgeon and nurse in a bare bones rebellion ( RA ).

Their roles in the RA :>

Yanov is a trauma surgeon, he’s usually on the field or dragged into doing some weird mechanical project Tord wants help with.

Yuu is a nurse but not? I don’t know what else to describe him as, but he’s on the field helping carry soldiers to safety, or at base doing patient care when Yanov needs some extra hands.

Headcannons :3

Yanov is selectively mute, communicating through sign language or very rarely gives a one or two word answer/order/etc. It’s rooted in anxiety and just not talking is better than saying something. Yuu usually helps with shouting orders or asking for things he needs, never to speak over him but to give him a voice.

When there’s zero work to do and no one’s dying they lay back and nap to old ( 60’s-80’s ) love songs

Yuu practically begs Yanov to connect the dots between their freckles because they think it’s a sweet little reminder of him, it’s usually on her hand or arm.

Yanov writes cheesy little poems in a notebook he carries around 24/7. Yuu takes a peek in it and reads it every chance he gets, literally giggles and kicks his feet. No, Yanov has no idea they read what he writes, but he couldn’t care less if he knew that’s what she was giddy over.

Yuu has no interest in doing surgeries, discovered very quickly he can and will need to walk away and puke. They’re perfectly fine just handing over tools or taking care of the patient after it’s over. Meanwhile Yanov is crazy over it ( Cristina Yang core ), he will gently bully another surgeon into giving him a cool surgery he wants.

They’re both a good bit older than the rest of the guys, closer to their 50’s by the time the RA is well established and settled (Pat/Paul/Tord are around mid 30’s). It’s a common joke between the guys to point it out, it’s not bothersome, and they sometimes play into it. ( Also the ages are just when I think of em’ in my favorite area of the story I got going ) ( Also old man yaoi </3 )

They got into their relationship the first month of being in the RA. The feelings were mutual years before this but Yanov thought he was too busy, he’s still overwhelmed with work, but he’ll squeeze in time to relax with Yuu. In their later years Yanov decided to train more surgeons so he could spend more days with Yuu.

Yuu is :3 and Yanov is ._.

Neither of them EVER expected that zombies would ever be an issue.

Patryck and Paul are considered close and good pals, and Tord is basically the scum of the earth.

I have a few related to his design so I'll explain the way I draw him and add some extra headcannons in as a bonus :) [Also read as: I can't pick a favorite HFHFHDKSKI]

The drawing I made for this but forgot about KJHHGDJHVJHG

Design HC:

His hair is a slightly darker and more red version of Time's hair :D

His eyes also glow sometimes. He thinks it's a Twili thing he got somehow.

He has a tattoo on his right arm(Left arm from our pov) that resembles the Twili markings. It took ages to get it done but he's very happy with it :]

On his left arm(right arm to us) he has a few things that not everyone might notice. On his upper arm/shoulder is a scar from where his arm was cut off [inspired by the manga] and on his wrist is a semi-bloody bandage. The bandage is from the metal cuff on Wolfie. The cuff is a little too tight on him and anytime he's tried to take it of has failed. So even while Hylian, the injury acts up and he has to wrap it to prevent infections on the regular. (This will come up later)

He actually only wears one earing(on his right ear, our left) he put the other one on his wolf pelt because he's a nerd and it makes him laugh.

His wolf pelt is made from his own fur actually! He had a few people help him actually get the fur and put it together but now he has a fluffy hoddie with ears!! It also has a tail and he loves it.

He does have the heroes tunic in his pack but he rarely wears it because he thinks he can only wear it when doing proper Hero stuff. When he met the Chain he was still wearing his usual farm outfit and it just stuck. The tunic is still there but he hasn't brought himself to wear it just yet. (He doesn't really want this journey to end and he thinks that wearing the Hero’s getup will make the journey thing official. And Hero’s Journeys always end)

Yes his gloves are two different sizes. He needs the smaller one so he can see how the bandages are easily. The dark blue fabric wasn't doing him any favors at indicating when he should change them.

Extra HC:

Twi tends to use his crossbow a lot more than he uses his sword. He still uses both a lot but he favors the crossbow anyway.

He's ambidextrous! He started learning how to use his sword with his left hand but learned with the right hand so he'd get better with his balance. After his arm was fucked up (and healed) his left arm was much weaker than before so he tended to switch what arm he was using. Left arm for easier, more predictable fights. Right arm for the more difficult, and large fights(bosses). He finished off Ganondorf with both.

He is the embodiment of a puppy. Not entirely, he is still one of the most responsible and adult of the adult Links. He's just- big on the retriever energy and tends to mimic dog/wolf noises/body language on accident.

His full name is Link Falon. A mix of my person hc for Time, who is Link Goldenfall and Molon Lon. He actually doesn’t know, actively, that Falon is his last name. He knows it subconsciously, (forest spirits are talkative like that) but he hasnt heard it since he showed up in Ordon so it hasn’t stuck with him in a while.

He actually found the Shadow Crystal after Midna shattered the mirror. It was found in the castle throne room, where she fought Ganondorf and was given to him by Zelda/Dusk since he knew how to use it safely. The first time he used it again though, he was stuck as a wolf for three days and kept the strange facial markings on his Hylian form after.

Ever since Wild showed up, he’s felt a weird connection to him. He gets a very strange set of deja vu around him and has these random memories of Wild that he knows he shouldn't remember. Wild’s strange reaction to Wolfie set it off originally; so who knows what will happen if Wild lets him reveal the truth of the matter? He isn’t sure if he wants the answer.

I love the Hylian Ambassador Twilight headcannon too so that's also a thing.

He can also kinda understand animals while Hylian. Not as clearly as while a wolf, but still noticeable. He's befriended every animal in Ordon and Castletown and can understand the cats and dogs the easiest.(mainly because goats are little shits and don't like talking to him at all)
