im not sure how much longer I can keep doing this. every word that comes out of my mouth I regret saying and every thought i keep close i resent not sharing. i know my gf and I are on a time limit now and I feel like it’s only a matter of time before we implode and it’s all my fault. probably could be avoided if I could articulate my feelings ever. but whenever we talk now i just shut down and say ‘fine’ because i give up on reaching any real understanding.

I wanted nothing more than a relationship and had no idea how much it would trigger all of my childhood trauma responses and i’m not doing good.
