fell into a "naruto characters sent into jjk" rabbithole. and thinking specifically of the tiny window of time where Kakashi was in Minato's anbu before the Kyuubi Incident.

So Gojo is experimenting with Limitless, ends up accidentally teleporting into the Hokage building, and causing mass panic at what's presumed to be an enemy attack. Kakashi moves to attack him, only to end up being dragged along when Gojo decides to nope out of the situation.

Now there's a very hostile twelve year old tied up in one of those seal-covered rooms, and no one knows how to get him back to his world.

Some are even conflicted about whether they should send him back bc Kakashi is clearly a traumatized child soldier who has been drinking the propaganda juice unquestioningly. This offends Kakashi a lot bc he is FINE. WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP LOOKING AT HIM LIKE THAT??? (currently rigging wires and knives around the window to stab intruders)

Also he's very reticent on sensitive information. Or personal information. Basically he'll only share things if the most isolationist village across the continent have a good chance of knowing that info already. But after getting used to them, he eases up a little.

That's how they find out the Hokage he's been ranting from day one about being forever loyal to is actually his teacher.
