I’m feeling very optimistic about a 911 Halloween episode I know I have seen others think it’s going to a be a skip week especially with ABC if they don’t want to air an episode on a holiday per say, but again with the way episodes 5 and 6 are being talked about in interviews recently and how each episode is important to Buck and Eddie’s character storylines I don’t think they would skip a week in between episode 5 to then wait a week and air episode 6 like yk what I mean if that makes sense like to me it makes sense to skip the following week after episode 6 if they are going to do a week break of airing the episodes if they leave episode 6 on a cliffhanger and ABC has aired episodes on Halloween before like with Grey’s Anatomy with prior seasons and yes rankings do go down on a holiday completely understand that, but 911 has been doing a lot better ranking wise since changing networks to ABC and even doing so well ranking wise compared to the shows that have been on the network for years so that’s just what I have been thinking. Again it would be very cool to get that Halloween episode on Halloween it would be very cool and the 911 holiday themed episodes always leave us with amaizng scenes that are very special so I’m excited

In that episode with Red, Chimney said he only called Tommy once since he left the 118 to ask for that favor (flying over the house fire). That’s the only interaction they’ve had since Tommy left until they (I assume Chimney) called in that other favor to fly into the hurricane. I think it’s safe to say Chimney and Tommy, while friendly, aren’t close.

I think Buck inviting Tommy to the wedding is weird not necessarily because they’ve only been on two dates but because Buck is then essentially coming out to the rest of the 118 and his family. Like I’m all for him being open and having his moment, but doing it at your sister’s wedding feels a bit… oof to me

But there really is something kind of extra dystopian (not in a "super dystopian" but just "basic dystopia but with a little bit of spice on top") about watching a big YouTuber buy multiple art prints from Temu, that're a single stock cartoon drawing of a black cat slapped on top of famous public domain paintings, and then sing praises for these prints for being "high quality" and how they're so happy to decorate their home with them

i just had the slowest slow burn idea to write where knockout is secretly in love with starscream but he never tells him. they make up after the war and they live together for some time and knockout wants to tell starscream, but it's hard. he never gets the chance because he just cherishes the relationship they've made. starscream is different. he isn't cruel or abusive toward knockout anymore, un fact he's gone great lenghts to apologize.

plus, when starscream isn't being attacked by autobots or smacked around the place, and when he isn't fearing for his life, he is actually kind to knockout. and the war changed him, and at this point he's just tired. he doesn't trust a lot of people but he certainly trusts knockout. and he does a lot to make up to knockout.

knockout on the other hand just falls deeply in love with this new starscream but never knows how to tell him. and eventually starscream moves out.

they remain friends, but starscream also figures out how knockout feels. he and knockout had been living with each other for years and none had entered other relationships; the people they both loved first are with others. so starscream just asks knockout if he has feelings for him, and that catches knockout off guard but he says yes and they get together. starscream eventually falls for knockout as well because knockout is one of the few people who cared about the abuse he faced and who takes care of him.

since knockout is an autobot now absolutely no one trust starscream around knockout and thinks he's going to hurt/harm knockout again. but knockout has changed. starscream is kept to himself and doesn't really venture out to mingle , but he likes when knockout comes home.

if i wrote this it would be slow burn and since im not good at it, i'd just write drabbles.
