I was gonna make a post saying "If pink and purple are the natural pigments for all Hypnobrai women, would that make Mikloshe and Aspheera transfem?" before getting this specific post in my head, like some insane vision. I am a Lloyd Garmadon from Ninjago and this is my vision.

I’m just saying if we’ve seen three Hypnobrai women who were all somewhere on the pink to purple scale, then it’d be reasonable to assume perhaps that the two blue Hypnobrai women we’ve seen are actually something known as “Transgender.” I don’t know if any of you Tumblr fools know what that means but Transgenderism is- (gets murdered on the spot.)

I think one of the key issues I have with s3p1 stems from the fact that we learn what's going on way sooner than the ninja, and the writers barely put any focus on the ninja trying to figure out what the villains are up to.

By episode 1 we know the Five seek to unleash a dragon named Thunderfang, and by episode 3 we know how they're gonna do it. It takes until episode 6 for the ninja to learn what the Five are planning and how they're gonna carry it out.

By episode 6 we have seen all the Prismatic Blades, one was literally introduced in the first episode, but the ninja do not really dwell on what it is or why it's so powerful until episode 5, when Zarkt tries to take it from them.

Spending most of the Forbidden Five's screentime working towards a goal that the ninja are completely oblivious to/aren't aware of, and are making no efforts to prevent or work against, really does not make for the most compelling story.

The stark difference between the quality of the official YouTube upload of The Missing vs. the quality featured in the DR soundtrack video is genuinely astounding. Like there's an actual 4K version of DR out there that neither Lego nor Netflix seemingly want to provide and that's wild to me.
