saddest thing that can happen is a cat so delicately and cozy putting their small apple head on your leg like a pillow to sleep while fully unaware that in like five minutes you're going to get up to go eat because they don't know human language or how time works

I think a lot of people who make mpreg jokes do it because they consider pregnancy something that 'tames' a person and 'knocks them down a peg'. They think pregnancy is something that marks a person as inherently submissive. Getting pregnant means being submissed to them.
They also think that male pregnancy is a feminist concept not because it recognises trans and intersex men as men, but because something 'feminine' and 'submissive' is forced upon a man. Because that's what pregnancy is to them - something that is done to a person. They think pregnancy is emasculating. Remember this meme?

To people like this it's a feminist line because a woman dominated a man by impregnating him. This is an incredibly fucked up and misogynistic view of pregnancy, and it also reveals the shallow understanding of feminism a lot of people have: masculinity is dominance and femininity is submission, so the idea of a man in a feminine position is inherently feminist, because he is submissed. Especially if he was put in this position by a woman, because then the switch is complete - the woman is the dominant one by forcing him into something.
And yes, I said the idea of a man in a feminine position is inherently feminist to them, NOT the man himself. The feminine position he is in makes him an object to be viewed and discussed, not a subject with thoughts and beliefs. The pregnant man is not a feminist, he's a feminist concept. That, I think, is the core of the problem with mpreg jokes - to people who make them, a pregnant man is an idea, a symbol, a fictional situation, instead of a real human being. They ignore the existance of actual men that can get pregnant in favour of the idea of them, because the first one has agency, and the second one has no agency (because he exists in their head). To people like that, pregnant men = blorbos jokingly impregnated by defying biology, or blorbos in omegaverse AUs, not the living, breathing trans and intersex men. They imagine pregnant men for many reasons: as a sexual fantasy, to make a joke, to declaw and tame them, but never to actually consider what it's like for real life men with uteruses. Pregnancy is just another situation they can put their blorbos in, not a real thing some men go through. So there's no space in their minds for the discrimination we face in gynecological and prenatal care, or the fear of being forcibly impregnated as a way to detransition us. Pregnant men are theoretical to them, just like catboys, so they get annoyed when we remind them that we exist and shoo us away claiming they're not talking about us.

Recent announcements have me excited, so enjoy a quick Mollymauk 💜 I haven’t drawn him in far too long, and I decided for this one to go with a mix of his original design and his armory of heroes design because I like them both :)

You know what're the fucking odds the second I start feeling nostalgic for BOTW/TOTK I end up looking up the latest Hyrule Warriors trailer and iT ENDS WITH FI'S THEME
#Moon posting#Screaming crying throwing up#You know thinking about it there actually SHOULD BE two Master Swords during the Age of Imprisonment#Like there's the busted Master Sword from the Future yeah but also the past(/present?) Sword that didn't come from Zelda's time#IDK people are speculating the construct at the end of the trailer that we see with Fi's theme could be like Fi pilotting a Zonai construct#To essentially wield herself#Wild concept for sure IDK what else it could be really#But I do feel like if that is the case it'd probably be like. The Past Master Sword and not the Busted Ass Sword#Regardless I hear Fi's theme I go fucking bananas I love my girl I miss my girl Nintendo sold me on Age of Calamity in three musical notes#Or they would've but I ain't buying a Switch 2 lmao

There's never going to be a BOTW3, which is fine, we don't really need one and let's be real if there ever was a BOTW3 it could never live up to whatever hopes and dreams we all have for what that game could be. Like the expectations are impossible to reach
So let me just throw my ideal, dream BOTW3 concept into the void of Tumblr, where it can become kind of immortal in whatever horrible way Tumblr can offer
Sometime after blasting off again in TOTK, Master Kohga has stumbled face first into finding a way to travel in time. And he has done what Master Kohga would do with that power; kidnapped Link and taken him somewhere into the distant future, where certain doom awaits Link. This is where you can tell this is obviously dreamed up by a fan, because if Nintendo were to make a Zelda-game with this setting you KNOW we'd be playing as Link in that distant future. But no, this is MY Dream BOTW3, and in MY Dream Version of the game we instead play as Zelda in the present day. Where she is also accompanied by her fellow sages if only because ain't nobody gonna let soon-to-be-crowned Zelda go roam mostly-rebuilt Hyrule all alone, not when Link has suddenly gone missing. Nah, the gang's coming with her
But more importantly, the voice of the Master Sword that has spoken to her a few times alerts Zelda of what has happened to Link. But Zelda doesn't have the power to travel in time to bring Link back, not yet at least. But much to everyone's shock, the Goddess Hylia herself has ordered Fi to fully awaken from her eternal slumber in the sword so she can guide Zelda on a certain mission;
They must set up temples/treasures/etc in secret places so Link can find them in the distant future
They need to figure out how the FUCK Master Kohga managed to travel through time and like, seize that method because it shouldn't be available to just anybody
Zelda needs to learn to actually control her time magic by praying at the Goddess Statues, but like, this time she'll get instruction and guidance from Fi (/the Goddess sending Zelda messages that Fi translates to her)
Those last two points are both so that Zelda can find a way to bring Link back to his time and/or maybe go to the future herself to deliver the Master Sword to Link (instead of just leaving the Master Sword somewhere waiting and hoping Link ends up finding her)
Maybe we sometimes get to see glimpses of what may happen in the future based on whatever preparations Zelda manages to do in their time- y'know, we get the beloved BOTW memory flashbacks, but instead we're seeing potential futures for Link and how we're altering Link's fate/potential to survive
During her travels Zelda slowly, bit by bit, ends up learning about Fi's creation, her incomprehensible age, and horrifyingly, the curse of Demise. How many times Fi was picked up by her master to defeat a great evil, how many times they succeeded and how many times they failed. How much time Fi spent sleeping between those encounters, how many times she sensed a great evil but nobody came to fetch her to fight it. How many Masters has Fi had, and how is that answer only one. Etc etc, it's a horrifying thing for Zelda to come to undestand (she was just excited to learn about Hyrule's history from the oldest being in Hyrule </3) Even if Zelda and Fi manage to save Link and stop Kohga from whatever the fuck he's planning, this is all going to happen all over again. And again, and again- even if it won't be during this Zelda's time, her descendant(s) are still doomed to history repeating itself. It makes Zelda wonder what the point of it all even is, if peace can not truly last.
Oh hey by the way a baby boy has been born to the Gerudo just now. The sages end up having a great time trying to decide amongst themselves if the baby is going to be another reincarnation of Ganondorf. Because if so, should the baby be slain before it is even given a chance to become a danger to Hyrule? I'm sure the baby's mom won't mind, it'll be for the greater good after all! She won't try to fight back or flee, right hahahaha Jokes aside I'm sure Zelda would find the thought of killing a newborn baby horrifying, even putting aside the morality of deeming someone guilty from the moment the were born, there's no quarantee the child is already consumed by malice, doomed to become a threat to peace, and surely there must be a way to break the cycle and end Demise's curse (<- logical argument Zelda totally would use to argue her case, which wouldn't be wrong)
Fortunately for Zelda, her guide may know of a way to end the curse. Perhaps this is why the Goddess had Fi awaken from her sleep, as Fi knows full well what one can do with the power of the Triforce. Though, of course, they need the missing piece from Link to recomplete it first
#Moon posting#I'm sorry if this is incomprehensible I have covid and I'm really really eepy#I just kinda miss BOTW/TOTK rn and I wanted to channel that energy into something so. Brain vomit be upon ye#You could also probably do something interesting with the Sages finding out Zelda literally does have the blood of a god in her#The god given right of kings is to be questioned but-- what do you do when you find out the right truly came from god?#I do want to emphasise that Fi would not just loredump everything on Zelda all that once#She'd only tell Zelda small bits and pieces of whatever relevant information she'd have to share at the moment#You'd be like halfway through the game before Zelda would realize that oh she's been cursed to be reborn time and time again to fight#And I 100% would emphasise the horror of that fate. Like Zelda would be MORTIFIED#No I don't know how I'd want this game to end though. Part of me would want multiple endings but also Nintendo doesn't do those#But also why the fuck do I care what Nintendo would do this is MY Dream BOTW3 it's not real#I guess I love the Illusion of it being Plausible? IDK#In that vein I totally feel like at the end Zelda somehow travels to the future to find Link to save him#And at that point you switch from playing Zelda to playing as Link (with whatever power-ups you built for him in the past)#And you fight the final boss whee#Having multiple endings/storypaths could make it cool though because you could have one version of the game#Where Zelda makes Horrible Decisions about what to do with Babydorf and ends up driving into becoming a new demon king#Where in another timeline Zelda demands the baby to be treated with love and kindness etc and Ganondorf grows up into a great guy#And so the final boss ends up being somekinda horrible juiced up Master Kohga who isn't a total clown#Also IDK man. I feel like to end Demise's curse you have to destroy the Master Sword as his essence was sealed away in Fi#So to truly end the cycle Fi must die. And by extension Zelda and Link too. The never ending cycle of rebirth will end#But at least Fi got to see Link one more time. I'm sure she would be delighted about that#IDK man I have entertained this hypothetical game in my head for too long lmao
