(I'm not 100% sure about Alucard, but he is canonically still alive in 2000 so he has to have been alive during WWII and I'm sure the dude would've offed some fascists just on general principles. Meanwhile, I'm 99% sure Blade has offed some Nazi vampires in a comic at some point, so, absolutely canonically.)
