Choose one or two models/content creators and stick with them. Follow their tips, learn from them, and try to think on your own.
Stop liking every post you see "just in case".
Don't get me wrong, having access to information is a good thing, but this is your life and there is so much stuff you have to discover on your own.
Also, how are going to stick to a workout plan when X is telling you to lift weights 4 times a week, but Y is a professional runner who shows you the benefits of cardio and Z is a freaking Pilates instructor that created a new and super efficient program? How???

HAVING AN INTENTIONAL ROOM
Your room is the most important place in your life. You sleep, wake up, heal and experience many emotions just in your room. You have to take care of your room, so it is spiritually the ideal place to grow into the best version of yourself.
KEEPING YOUR ROOM CLEAN
Keeping your room free of mess is an act of mindfulness and self-discipline that supports your overall journey and connects you with your higher self. It helps with promoting clarity, and cultivating inner balance and is an everyday self-care ritual.
Make your bed every day. You have to respect the place in which you sleep and heal.
Hang up clean clothes after the day or put any dirty clothes in your laundry hamper, avoid tossing them on the floor.
Find a place for everything, and know where everything is. If you do not know where each thing in your room is located, you either have too much clutter or you’re disorganised.
Tidy up your room daily, neatly putting everything away in its place. If needed, buy a few organisers.
Don’t leave rubbish for extended periods. Treat your room like a temple, don’t disrespect it, and pick up after yourself.
Try to avoid eating meals in your bedroom. We forget the dirty dishes over time, and it stinks and attracts unwanted bugs.
Change bed sheets regularly. Once a week at the most, for more hygienic reasons though.
Remove unwanted items on your bedside table. Keep it minimal and intentional with anything you want to place on it.
Regularly clean up the dust in your room, using a duster or a damp microfiber cloth on all of the surfaces.
ENCOURAGING GROWTH IN YOUR LIFE
A room designed to encourage inner growth serves as a physical reminder of your commitment to self-improvement, personal development, and overall well-being. It creates an environment helpful to improvement, self-reflection, and positive change.
Keep specific areas of your room designated to one task in your life. For me, my desk is for productivity, my bed is for resting or relaxing and my bedroom floor is for mindful activities.
Throw away any items that do not serve a purpose to you anymore. Avoid keeping items that bring you painful or harmful memories.
Minimise the presence of technology in your room. I suggest having zones in your room which is device-free or having a time of day in which devices are not allowed in your room.
Create a vision board poster in your room that you can see every day, which helps to visualise and motivate you to create your dream life.
Place meaningful quotes, affirmations, mantras or prayers as reminders of the values, mindsets or intentions you wish to cultivate in your life.
Display personal achievements. If you won any awards or certificates, place them in a way in which you can view them every day. If you have done something in your life that you think is an achievement but have no award to display, just simply create your own. Buy some balsawood and glue it together to create your own medal.
Place items that align with the habits or routines you want to cultivate in your life so that they are easily accessible. Put a workout mat in the corner, always have your journal on your desk or have a cold water bottle ready to go when you wake up.
3. DECORATING YOUR ROOM TO REFLECT YOU
Decorating your room in a way that reflects your true self brings a sense of authenticity and comfort. It creates a nurturing environment that allows for self-expression, reflection, and personal growth which ultimately contributes to your journey of inner development.
Make a mood board or vision board of how you would want your room to look, how it supports you and how it makes you feel. Choose a colour scheme in this process as well.
Add candles or incense that you think embodies who you are, or who you want to be. For example, if I want to be a cleaner person, I would choose a candle that smells like fresh linen.
Put up posters of things that you like, people who you look up to or anything that expresses who you are.
Add a canopy to your bed while you sleep. So cute, and I believe it helps protect you from any unwanted energy entering through you while you sleep.
Add a rug, even if you already have carpet, to enhance the cozy ambience of the room.
An ottoman at the end of the bed can elevate your room to look more expensive, if needed, it can also be an organiser for your extra things.
Put life in your room, adding low-maintenance plants or flowers can liven it up. A little extra, research some plants or flowers meaning’s and pick one that resonates with you.
Display any of your favourite jewellery, bags, clothing pieces, or make-up around your room. A nice way to appreciate what you have, without actually using them.

How to Build Self Discipline
Cultivating self-discipline is the way towards personal growth and achieving long-term goals. To me, it’s really all about making choices that honor your well-being and identity.
Understand that self-discipline is about self love and respect
It’s not about punishment or deprivation, but rather caring for yourself enough to make choices that align with your long-term well-being and goals.
You’re showing yourself the respect you deserve by honoring and committing to changes you want to make.
It’s all about recognizing your worth and having the motivation and courage to pursue what’s really best for you, even when it requires a lot of effort and decision-making.
Frame your identity in a way that includes discipline
How we act directly ties to our identities and how we believe we are. If you believe you’re a successful individual, you’ll live a life framed by confidence and determination. If you believe you’re someone who is lazy and unmotivated, you’ll struggle to find the drive to pursue your goals and aspirations.
Gaining discipline is all about acting as the person you believe you are and moving through life in a way that’s consistent with your determined identity. The key here is to try to imagine who you are at your highest self in a disciplined state of mind.
To start this, ask yourself these questions and slowly arrange your life in a way so there’s no distance between who you are now and your highest self:
What does your day look like
What do you eat
What do you wear
What does your week look like
What does your work day look like
What hobbies do you have
What’s your morning and night routine
Who are you surrounded by
What do you say yes and no to
Have systems in your life
I recently wrote a post about habits and mentioned the idea of systems versus goals. Here, I want to delve a bit deeper into that concept within the context of self-discipline.
To me, another way to truly live a disciplined life is to establish starting systems, something that will propel you past hurdles and reduce the friction that accompanies change.
Let’s say you want to improve your eating habits and cultivate discipline in consuming less sugar while incorporating more whole foods into your diet. You could begin by implementing a system of prepping healthy snacks or meals in advance at the start of each week, or however you see fit. By having these snacks readily available, you eliminate the need for decision-making, making it easier to adhere to your goal.
Anything that serves as a reminder or facilitates consistent action toward your desired outcome is a valuable system in your life.
Be okay with not doing something and embrace the mindset of small wins
This may seem paradoxical in the context of developing self-discipline, but being okay with not doing something is crucial. There are times in life when we need tough love and motivation, but there are also moments when compassion is the driving force that propels us forward.
When you don’t follow through with something, whether it’s going for a run or preparing a healthy dinner, it’s important to be okay with it. You don’t need to shame yourself or feel guilty for not taking action because that will only reinforce negative thought patterns, making it harder to create the change you desire.
Consider this: if you miss a planned run and spiral into self-criticism, you’re more likely to avoid running altogether. However, if you approach the situation with understanding and compassion, you’ll be more inclined to try again next time.
This is where small daily victories come into play. Sometimes, all we need is one small step forward to develop a new habit and maintain consistency. Whatever you're striving to improve or change, if it feels daunting, tell yourself, "Just for today, I'll do a 15-minute workout instead of the full hour," or "Just for today, I'll read 5 pages instead of the entire chapter," and celebrate these as small victories. Doing so not only helps you establish new habits but also allows you to acknowledge the progress you've made and the trust you've built within yourself.

building confidence is something that we have to build and choose for ourselves. you need to understand you can literally wake up and decide you're confident.
the thing that helped me with confidence was knowing that everyone can tell if you're insecure. from the way you walk, to the way you carry yourself. so I just decided that I did not wanna give off insecure energy. who does?
now, if that doesn't work for you, don't worry, I have additional tips to help you become the most confident version of yourself.
fake it till it becomes real- if you're not confident, act like it. the more you pretend you are, the more natural and real it'll become.
step outside your comfort zone- try something new, talk to someone new. yeah sure, its nerve racking and uncomfortable but that's where growth happens. the more you do this, the more confidence you develop not only in yourself but in your ability to try new things.
take care of yourself- do your nails, find your style, have a nice workout. whatever helps you feel better and the most attractive version of yourself, do it. feel good physically=feeling good mentally.
your aura- the way you carry yourself is so so important. don't walk into a room with your head down, avoiding eye contact from everyone, its not the aura you want to give off.
accept validation from yourself- don't determine your self worth off of what other people think about you, it'll only make you a people pleaser. the only person's opinion on you that matters is yours.
be authentic- authenticity is attractive. don't try to be someone you're not, its a waste of time and energy. own your weirdness, your quirks, your everything.
who cares?- believe it or not, people aren't paying as much attention to you as you think. no one's making fun of you because of that pimple, or chipped tooth, or whatever else you're criticizing yourself over. and if they are, they're honestly losers cause why are they wasting their energy on making fun of someone else?
- confidence isn't about being perfect, it's about accepting that nothing is. it's about embracing your flaws, knowing you're doing your best. you're not everyone's cup of tea, and that's perfectly fine. It's about being yourself, unapologetically.

Jays pits
It was a typical day at the gym, the smell of sweat and testosterone filled the air as men grunted and lifted weights. Among them were two men, Jay and Finlay, who couldn't be more different.
Jay was the epitome of a jock, tall and muscled with a shaven head. His body was chiseled and he exuded a musky, manly scent. Finlay, on the other hand, was smaller and not as muscular. He had very little hair and was known for being extremely hygienic.
The two men had a long-standing rivalry, constantly trying to one-up each other in the gym. Jay couldn't stand Finlay's clean and polished appearance, while Finlay was envious of Jay's muscular physique.
As they both finished their workouts, they headed to the locker room to shower. The atmosphere in the locker room was musky and stale, with the smell of sweat lingering in the air. It was empty except for Jay and Finlay, who were both eager to get to the showers.
But little did Finlay know, Jay had an unusual power that he had been keeping secret. His armpits, full of hair that was almost supernaturally long, had the ability to change any man into his own musky best friend.
As Jay caught sight of Finlay's glistening body, he couldn't resist the urge to use his power on him. Finlay was sweating profusely from his intense workout, his clean appearance now marred by sweat and grime.
Without hesitation, Jay grabbed Finlay from behind and pulled him close, his musky armpits enveloping Finlay's senses. In that moment, Finlay's mind was filled with a euphoric feeling, his hatred towards Jay instantly turning into admiration.
As Jay forced Finlay deeper into the forest of pit hair, the musk became overwhelming. Finlay's mind was warping, his body beginning to change. His muscles grew, his face taking on a similar appearance to Jay's.
But the most noticeable change was in Finlay's armpits. They began to sprout with hair, longer and thicker than Jay's. The musk poured out of them, filling the locker room with its intoxicating scent.
Finlay begged Jay to stop, but it was too late. His mind had warped once again, his love for Jay as a best friend now sealed. His armpits continued to pour with musk, his body pulsing with growth.
As Finlay emerged from the transformation, he was no longer the clean and hygienic man he once was. He was now a musky jock, combined with Jay in a powerful bond of musk and sweat.
Together, they left the locker room, ready to spread their musky influence to more men. And as they made their way through the gym, they couldn't help but notice the men around them, their noses twitching as they caught a whiff of the two musky jocks.
