First day, new start.

So today starts the journey of slimming down and getting back to (or near to) pre baby weight. I tend to achieve this by following the slimming world diet. I managed to lose 10 stone before getting pregnant so I know it works for me. I also want to exercise which isnt going to be easy to fit in around the children but its challenge I will face. I have had 2 children in the space of 18 months and both pregnancies have taken a toll on my body so need to get back to what I worked so hard for. For me, I work towards goals so my ultimate goal is to look good for my friends wedding in 2020.

My first little goal is to start the diet and get back into that. I also will be starting to run. Now, if you ask anyone that knows me I hate running and will not run for anything. Well unless it's my eldest running off 😂. I feel this will be easing myself back into fitness easier than going straight to the gym.

I'll be following advice from professionals to make sure I dont damage my body in anyway.

As it's #MotivationMonday thought I'd post a #MotivationalPost. So for the past months I've been focusing more on building muscle on my ass as I've always wanted a big pert booty. The 1st picture is my ass last year & the 2nd is my ass now. As you can see it has slowly but surely grown & I couldn't be more happier! 😁. It just goes to show that with hard work, grit & determination, you can always achieve your goals! I still have a long way to go before I get my Nicki butt but I'm happy with how it's continually growing!! I'll have my Nicki ass in no time 😜.
