My new experience in the life was very feelful, useful last time. And my feels were more opened in the real life then before. Some reasons of best changing: 1. Problems with hard, toxic people in the real life. They done wrong things. And I can't organize an communication of problems. 2. Talking with new different people in the real life about this problems change my mood, my emotions. I like it and I feel my confident. I had a barrier: my fear of connection with a new people. But I had a goal to find solution. And I done steps to people and opened my situation. That helped me. And help all you for talk with me here. But a real talk in the real life help me very fast.

I’m not going to lie, I have been struggling to stay motivated whilst in this “lockdown”. I think that my other foe is that I let myself believe that I have all day and can workout later. That never happens then I go to bed feeling unproductive, even more unmotivated, and that then aggravates my anxiety, which then makes me feel even more unmotivated. Today, I decided to break the cycle, workout, and get it done. I feel so much better for it. It’s really not my preferred way of training, but I gotta work with what I have, which are a pair of 3kg dumbbells, booty bands and resistance bands (I have quite the collection). I feel that this has also demotivated me as well because of the equipment that I am lacking for me to get a really good workout in, and then I don’t bother. I just did a few YouTube videos from Pamela Reif, and I am sweating! Once this is over I will definitely be adding in some body weight exercises into my workout when the gyms reopen. The main thing I am trying to say here is that feeling demotivated right now is normal. These are not normal circumstances and there’s a lot of uncertainty about a lot of things that we as individuals can’t control (other than abiding the social distancing measures). We, and myself included, should use this time that we have to really focus on what we can control, and one of them being how we feel about ourselves. We can control what we put into our bodies, taking time to exercises at whatever level is right for us at that time, and resting when our bodies are telling us too. We will come out of this stronger :)

I realized today that for whatever reason, probably partially due to being in a mental funk in the beginning of the week, I’ve been posting less about my daily stats and my workouts this week.
So! Let’s check out how the work week has gone. Sunday was a rest day, and thennnn..

Obviously I didn’t let being in a mental funk affect my activity too much, which is actually really cool to look back and see. I don’t feel like I’m “killing it” or whatever, so looking at the week like this is a nice reminder of all the hard work I’m putting in.
On top of it, today is Friday, and it’s 11:45am, and I’ve already passed the 10,000 step mark. 😁👏🏻
