For the first time, I was given the chance for full artistic freedom within a commission, from its start to its very end. I got a bit intimidated by the wide selection of choices you could make with a single idea. 😂

But I kept seeing the same image appear in my mind, over and over again. So I decided to let that vision pour onto a digital canvas.

Our eyes are temped to seek, but the glow of our own struggles and darkness blinds us... It consumes. Let your soul listen, and let your heart seek in stead. It's easier to see, when you walk in the light.

I decided to do a fan art of my farmer and Sebastian, is the first time than I try to do even a background (I decided, why not? It is time to leave my comfort zone and experiment a bit).

Three Years. No other games/mediums/ books made me create so many than The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, and specifically Emhyr and his Nilfgaardian Empire.

Eventually I will branch out and create portraits outside of Nilfgaard. But I will always return to the empire. It's what created this channel.

Look, if I have to skip her for now I might as well just draw her to fill that hole in my heart 🥲 I quite like how this one turned out, the rendering and style is different from what I normally do so this was fun! ... I'm not doing this again any time soon, the details were difficult to work with.
