I finished reading Remember the Dust by Jade E. Lomax yesterday and I still think about the charaters and their found family a lot

2. I can hear children laughing and shouting from the open window at work (the weather is shit but kids will be kids) (yes i'm at work sue me)

3. During lunch break I found a bumblebee on the street and picked it up so it wouldnt be driven over. It was so very cute and let me carry it for a few hundred meters

4. I found some kind of book collection nearby that the owners are trying to get rid of cheap so i'll check that out soon and get some nice copies of classics

5. I just stumbled upon the phrase love is stored in the peanut from last year again, which is about my dad peeling lots of nuts for me as a child because I loved eating them but hated the peeling

phew I think I really needed this today! :)

Random thing that just hit me — wouldn’t Peri’s birth year actually be 2002 in universe, not 2001?

(Not to apply a coherent timeline to a franchise that literally has two of its main characters go on a ten thousand year long vacation, casually has dinosaurs be electricians, and had that one seemingly controversial episode dedicated to using magic to hand wave the floating timeline in universe, but the ANW did it first by having Cosmo canonize 2001 as when he and Wanda became Timmy’s fairies)

There was that entire special in the original series where the entire plot was kicked off by Timmy having Cosmo and Wanda for an entire year — Abra-Catastrophe. If Timmy got them in 2001, had a fairy-versary, and a hand wavey amount of time later wished Cosmo and Wanda could have a baby, that would logically put Peri’s birth in 2002, even with the timeline breaking/fixing magic the from later in the series

Putting aside the in universe weird ways fairies age and time passes in Fairy World and going off in universe birth year to in universe current year, that means Peri is 22, not 23. Not a big difference at all, but still neat to think about

Today I have no pain. For the first time in six months I am completely pain free. I have so many big feelings about this, but the biggest is relief. Relief that I have returned to myself again. I completely lost myself in the pain, because that is what pain demands. It takes over your entire life, every movement, every thought is enveloped by pain. Today I feel free. And it’s so fucking good.

Not to get mushy but. Have you thought about how lucky we all are for being here right now? Like, how many of us struggled so hard before, to the point of nearly giving up? And yet we're here??

What are the odds of a bunch of random weirdos all over the world happen to get into the same bands, and be active in a equally weird, supposedly "dead" social media, at the same time? And just happen to be "just" brave enough to talk to someone, and another one, and another one?

I mean really. Have you thought about it? This just doesn't really happen like that. There's so many of you I consider genuine friends. So many of us that have or will meet irl. Like??? Hello ???
