So I play Dislyte pretty regularly and the design for the Poseidon character is just so... IHAD to do it!

The Hades one had to go through a more extreme makeover to make it feel more Nico-esque though (it has a couple subtle design nods to Velinxi's Young Gods AU too!)

This was supposed to be a take on @percico-nicercy-events 's fest btw, Day 5: Undersea Prince Percy and Underworld Prince Nico but yeah, I'm way behind;;

the irony that i decided to test out yelan in xingqiu's usual spot in this one team (zhl/alb/ht/xq) and my yelan ended up doing so much damage i barely touched any other character, let alone use hu tao....... i think that was my fastest clear in the pale flame/milileth domain... holy shyte. like ik her artifs got pretty lucky but i didn't think that even at 80 she'd be THIS much of a powerhouse... every time i underestimate my yelan she just does it again.... anyway im case you haven't noticed im a /huge/ yelan simp, so this is def not helping my case rn bc ilhsm and now i just wanna use the shit out of her again aaaaaaa mi amor que hago contigo,,

HOKAY.

so a few months ago I went off on a rant about Hellcheer (rant makes it sound so negative...let's go with 'impassioned speech (that if spoken aloud to another person, would probably make that other person start nervously looking for the nearest exit)'--or 'impassioned speech' for short :D. ), and I compared them to 'Agatha and Oliver,' and then I left it at that b/c the post was already INCREDIBLY long, and I didn't think any potential reader had the patience to stick around and listen to me go off on yet another topic that's only somewhat connected to the original subject (i.e., Hellcheer and why I believe that if they'd had even a smidgen more time, they would have loved each other so. fiercely.).

So anyway here's the explanation!

so, there's this writer, who has a channel on YT. Sometimes he makes videos where he's meditating on the human condition, and about science and space and time and relativity, and sometimes he writes and narrates unique and bittersweet original stories.

This is one from the latter category:
