"Thank you." Did he not compliment you earlier? You were busy with multiple coworkers at once, so you weren't keeping track of who exactly came up to you after you distributed cookies to everyone. Perhaps Sigma had been waiting for your shift together to start so he could compliment you without anyone else around.

"The next time you bake, you can sell whatever you made to the shop to resell. You'll get some money at least," he says lightheartedly, leaning his elbows on the counter.

You laugh off his joke. "No, no. The stuff I bake doesn't normally come out this good."

He turns to smile at you. "Really? I find that hard to believe."

"Are you calling me a liar?" You quirk an eyebrow.

"Maybe you'll get better at baking after a while, good enough to sell your stuff."

"That sounds nice." You don't have that much time to bake, but it is a nice thought. "Do you know how to bake? If you're good, you could teach me."

He looks away, almost sheepish. "Haha. I've never tried."

"You should! It's fun!" You smile encouragingly.

Your lighthearted joke is turned against you. "Well, you're the more experienced one out of the two us. You should teach me."

"Sure." You shrug one shoulder. You don't see why not.

"How about at your place?"

"Okay. Wait what?" You hadn't thought about it, how or where you would teach him. You didn't even think he was being serious.

He stares at you, eyes shining with hope and anticipation. "Um. Sure." You agree after thinking about it for a bit. Sigma is a nice guy, you both have been on friendly terms for months now. You're sure having him at your house to bake won't be such a bad experience. It's mostly the potential embarrassment you'll go through if your creation comes out bad that's making you hesitant.

"Yes! Tell me when you're free and we can sort out a date." His excitement is contagious. Yeah, maybe this won't be so bad.

I’m a bit of a walking encyclopaedia when it comes to art, books and pop culture references, and I get very excited at an intellectual challenge, but I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve and feel things really deeply. Let’s begin with your personality: Reading this, I saw a few similarities between you two! As a first: Some of your likings that some of your peers may not understand. I know I may not be making much sense here, but the two of you might initially bond over struggling to fit in with crowds/making new friends. Since we know how much he’s struggled as a kid, being picked on for his appearance and whatnot, the two of you might be able to connect on a level where a mutual understanding of each other grows.

The reason why I specify not to include a physical description is because it usually affects my choice and makes it a little biased. In this case however, I read the rest of your matchup, taking your appearance into consideration after I had matched you. So this once, I’ll be including it in my ‘analysis’ or whatever you want to call it!

Some people say that friends and those who are close tend to look similar, and I think the neutral tones in your shared colour palette fits the mould i was thinking of (especially since you said you have freckles) I don’t want to spend too much time on the physical descriptions, so i’ll leave that for the aesthetics and pictures at the end.

I’m not exactly sure, but I know some girls who like to be very girly, not like a Barbie doll, but they like pinks, soft designs, delicate things, some of the general things you imagine when you think ‘girly’. Stepping outside the door to your house, a picnic basket gripped in one hand while the other locked the door.

A ring sounded from your phone, and you held it up to your ear.

“I’m outside now, where are we meeting?”

Following the location sent to your number, it'd be a short walk from your house. After the two of you discussed an outing yesterday, he continuously asked to meet you at the door to your home and walk with you, holding the basket of food. Though, you insisted that you'd be fine on your own.

You knew how he felt; always doing the most to make sure you. weren’t having trouble with anything he could help with. School bag? He’d offer to carry it. Forget your mechanical pencil? No worries, he carries a spare. Convenience store? He’d pay, and when he did, he carried the bag. You couldn’t help but break out into a smile each time he was there for you, knowing how much he cared.

Stepping into the vibrant field, you took notice of the various kinds of flowers sprouting out in between the blades of grass, sprinkled all over the tops of shrubs. Just when you were about to reach into your pocket to notify Yamaguchi that you’d arrived, a panicked voice rose from behind.

“Sorry I’m late!” He panted, hands on his kneecaps as he paused to catch his breath. “Did you wait long?”

Laying the picnic blanket on the grass, you brought out each item, explaining what they were as he watched in awe.

He’d reach out and wipe your cheek with a napkin if sauce or frosting happened to reach there, and you’d put something new in his plate whenever he finished what he was eating, until he genuinely insisted that he was about to fall into a ‘food coma’.

“They’re just snacks though!”

“They turn into meals once you eat enough..” He groaned, hand on his belly.

After a few sips of water and iced tea, the remainders of the picnic were placed into plastic containers including some that he could take home to his family. This time, he let you carry the basket as the two of you took a stroll through the park.

There's nothing inherently wrong with new crossbreed projects and I do think it's a bit uncouth to use "designer dog" as a blanket pejorative because folks set out on breeding new crosses for an array of different reasons. Like if you wanna argue semantics the eurasier could have easily been dubbed a designer breed that's just been canonized into the FCI registry, they weren't bred with any specific "work" in mind beyond being a companion animal.

Personally my guidelines for designer dog (negative) are crosses that are planned purely on aesthetics while negating any temperament matchups but most importantly one that's actively being marketed to the normie masses as their new perfect pet and clearly using mill tactics to produce and sell puppies. I think that's what separates doodles from silkens and things like agility borderpaps or lurchers. If a dog nut did their homework and wants to start a little breed project with their circle of dog nut friends it's not really hurting anyone, those aren't the crosses that fill up shelters. It's pretty easy to tell which "designers" are made primarily with monetary gain in mind and which aren't.

As a person who was genuinely made uncomfortable when I discovered Viv does all this crap like 🍇-romantification, I appreciate this blog so far.

For months I've been trying not to interact with hazbin because of viv's actions, which genuinely makes me sad cause I really liked the show (not including episode 4).

These designs are wonderful and very diverse! But out of these characters, the ones that are important are Verosika and Vortex and even then these characters are side characters. And on top of that, technically they’re only really coded as POC since these aren’t their true bodily forms, but hey thats a topic for another time. Let’s just ignore that for now and say they 100% are POC, they’re still side characters. She can draw POC wonderfully, she just has issues… making them important.

For characters like Alastor (who was only made POC to get away with demonising a closed religion) we don’t see him as his human form. I mean to be fair why would we- but also why did he turn white when he died?? Why did his entire hair texture change. This is a problem for Vivzie where she doesn’t want to commit to representation or feels she doesn’t need to. Vivzie could’ve made Alastor’s design look more like his leaked human design or couldve just altered his colours a bit, but she didn’t do this because she feels so connected to her original high school OC design that she cant bring herself to change him. Like look at this.

Yeah it’s got a different style, but this is the same guy; he’s just weirdly marketable now. It’s incredibly easy to tell that Vivzie didn’t want to change him if she didn’t 100% have to. Lets take a look at Alastor’s old human design.

This guy definitely looks like he could be Alastor! He’s got the same sort of hair but shorter in the back and a little more combed, but looking at this you can still tell it’s Alastor. However this guy doesn’t exactly seem mixed, right? That’s because he isn’t! Back way way in ye olden days when Alastor went from race ambiguous to white, he just kind of looked like that! And there’s no problem with him being white! Good for him on doing that! I guess!? But when you look his design now, things start to come off as a bit odd.

This is an entirely different person now. Not just race wise, but personality, the way he presents himself in the arts pose, and just overall the actual look of the character. He looks conniving yes, but he doesn’t look like Alastor. This is not a face matchup.

Now, you definitely can have your ugly little red thing design and still use that human one! You just have to not be too chicken to actually change your character so it makes sense. Let me demonstrate.

Shocking how easily this design can fit the human one while still maintaining the original aesthetic of the base design isn’t it! This Alastor looks like the provided new human design. If you don’t want the character to change, don’t change them physically. And if you do, follow through on it and don’t be a wimp. I don’t see whats so hard to grasp about that to this lady. If you want to keep that same ugly fucking bob then just keep him white. She literally only changed his race so she can use it as an excuse to appropriate vodou. Vivzie can draw POC, she just doesn’t want to when it comes to actually having to change a character. Anyway, good day!

I’ll be straightforward, but this ship just hit me as I was reading your information — I venture moments like these have happened to you before since you write matchups of your own for others. On some levels you are similar such as your constant bluntness and preferred independence, but I think your opinionated mind and humorous demeanour can certainly open a softer part in his heart.

The soft smiles and quick glances are something that is unnoticed at first by many, but it became far too obvious as time went on and when someone confronted him, he didn’t even bother to come up with a simple lie. Instead he was direct as ever and told the simple truth. 

This is more of a random thing, but while searching more about Rin, I discovered he was an Aquarius and wouldn’t you know it! Sagittarius and Aquarius are incredibly compatible signs. In one website, it quotes ‘When it comes to compatibility, Sagittarius and Aquarius are quite an energetic match. These two zodiac signs share a lot of things: a zest for life, a desire to act on any passing whim, strong opinions, and a rebellious streak’! Rin is a person who isn’t incredibly keen on physical affection, but knowing your preference for it, he does try. And when I mean try, I mean that he is incredible at it. Once Rin decides on something, he makes sure that he will forever be the best at it and this ‘challenge’ was no exception. He isn’t the best at telling people how he feels about them, but you would be a fool to not see how much he loves you with how hard he is trying to make you happy and fulfil all your needs,
