Note
I had this idea, because I was doing some crochet.
A reader who had made a lot of crochet stuff for all the X-MEN (most of it was requested from them to the reader) and Logan noticed everyone had something handmade except him. His bratty side kicks in and he wants something from the reader. (though the reader can make him a cardigan cause he is a grandpa or like a glove that has holes for his claws so he doesn't reap them apart) you can go feral with it 👀
Scott Summers, Kurt Wagner, Remy LeBeau, Robert “Bobby” Drake, Logan Howlett
Headcanons
Tumblr media
Theres too many x-men, so I just,,,added my faves *blush blush* I also decided to write a little thing for everybody, like my CoD posts.
Crochet was your passion, something to do in your free time when mutant-kind wasn’t in danger. And with online shopping, it was so easy to get all the yarn and different hooks, patterns and recipes you might need.
So, of course you also feel the need to make stuff for all the people you care about. After filling your own room and wardrobe with all the stuff you could crochet, your yarn empire started to fill your friends closets and rooms too.
Scott Summers
For Scott you end up crocheting a couple of hats, and multiple pairs of gloves. Some you already had laying around, and just decided to throw into the pile.
What could you say? You were scared he was gonna freeze his ears when he went around in his visor. This meant you crocheted different hats depending on if he wore his visor or his shades, hats that wouldn’t get too in the way.
It was a little hard for Scott to be a leader in the colorful creations you made, but everyone knew it was just your way of showing you cared. So, it made sense for the leader of the team to get the first gifts.
After a while Scott will wear the things, you make even if it isn’t too cold outside, even working it into his everyday outfits if he needs a little bit of accessories. Sometimes a hat really helps with the look, you know?
Kurt Wagner
For Kurt you make a scarf. It was a crochet of the moment. You two were on a stakeout, which took way longer than planned, in a pretty cold place. So, you pulled out your crochet stuff and started going at it.
Before you knew it, there was a comfortable scarf in your hands. You had been smart enough to dress correctly for the mission, but Kurt hadn’t, so of course the scarf when around his neck. You may also have scolded him a bit for not dressing right for the mission.
Kurt absolutely loves the scarf, and will wear it whenever its even just a little chilly outside. It makes you want to make him even more, especially when he starts getting sad about the first one fraying apart.
In the end he has as many scarfs as Scott has hats. One for every weather, in different colors, so he can match them with whatever he’s wearing.
Remy LeBeau(and Anna Marie)
For Remy you end up making him a hoodie, in his usual colors. It had mainly been a spur of the moment creation on your end, since you just had a lot of yarn in that color laying around.
It hadn’t even really been made with Remy in mind, but our beloved Cajun was quick to swoop in and take it off your hands when you weren’t sure what to do with it. and you, just wanting to make stuff for others, are more than happy to let him.
He wouldn’t wear it every day, but you do see him snuggle up in the warm yarn hoodie whenever it starts to get chilly. Hes also more than happy to use it as an excuse to snuggle with Anna Marie, using it as some kind of silly flirt.
In the end you make Anna Marie a matching hoodie, making it a little too big for her, as well as making it the same colors as Remy, so they can switch hoodies whenever they want. Its kinda like getting to hug Remy, in a way, so Anna Marie enjoys it.
Robert “Bobby” Drake
You make Bobby a blanket, it’s as easy as that. You actually end up making him multiple blankets. You didn’t really have an understanding if his mutation made him even able to feel cold, or if it made him feel extra cold?
So, the first blanket was placed by the door to his room, since you didn’t wanna invade his privacy. Bobby may not feel cold, but he loves the blanket anyways, especially since you try your best to make it in his favorite colors, or featuring different stuff he likes.
Its actually Bobby that asks if you can make him a second blanket, since he needs to wash the first one and has gotten so used to having the heavy yarn blanket on top of his other blankets at night. And you, being the great person you are, immediately get to work.
He ends up with a bit of a collection of blankets over the years, though most of them stay in his closet since he can’t really use all of them at once. He does pull them out when the x-men are doing movie nights and stuff like that though.
Logan Howlett
It took a while for Logan to realize he was the only one who hadn’t been given anything you crocheted. And… He’s not mad obviously, why would he be, it’s just crochet. He’s maybe a little jealous though, somewhere under all that gruffness.
He wouldn’t say anything, Logans way too proud for that, but he does start hovering around a bit whenever you crochet, just to look… nothing else.
There are also of course some jokes from the others about how he hasn’t been given anything, so you must not like him, or it’s because he’s always coming and going as he pleases so he’s never there at the right time to swoop in for the kill (whatever you made).
Of course, he denies hating you, or wanting anything you make. But the jokes just reach you, and it horrifies you somewhat. What if Logan really thinks you hate him? That would be the worst, because of course you don’t. the only reason you hadn’t made anything for him was because he wasn’t in front of your face, and you were a little scatterbrained when you made stuff.
You didn’t want to be too obvious about your plans, so you try to subtly get his measurements, and just kinda go off of that. Luckily the x-men system has some stuff you can use noted down. In the end you make him a nice grey cardigan, with those big pockets on the sides. It does not go above your head that it’s the kinda stuff you’d see a grandpa wear. But you think he would like it anyway.
Logan finds the cardigan by his door, like you leave all your gifts. And no, he doesn’t jump up and down or cheer, but he does give a more positive sounding gruff noise than usual.
He may also have been preening just a little the next day when he wore it, just because it felt nice to be thought about, okay? Nothing else.
It also just makes you happy to see him enjoy it so much, so you end up making him some other stuff too. Who’d have thought he would love blankets and throwpillows so much. It ends up in his “not a nest” bed pile. He also enjoys the gloves with holes for his claws too, so they were worth all the hard work.

╰┈➤ SFW
༊*·˚ Chris knew that you loved to express yourself through fashion and accessories, so it was no surprise when your wardrobe was full of assortments of pink.
"Hey Chris, can you get me my pink lace top?" Your voiced hummed quietly as you sat at your vanity, curling your hair.
"Uhm, baby. which one?" Your body turns to see a puzzled expression on Chris's face as he stands between the doors of your wardrobe.
It's hard not to giggle as he scans through the section dedicated to the criteria you gave him.
"The one I wore when we went to the restaurant for my birthday?" A smug grin immediately falls upon him when he reaches out to grab the exact top you wanted.
༊*·˚ Chris was just as obsessed with your bows as you were, finding any excuse to subtly be near them
"Baby! I saw this cute thing online, can we try it?" Your voice sweetly fell against his ears as you spoke to him. Placing his phone on the kitchen counter, he looked up to you curiously.
"Sure. What is it?" The bright screen sunk between the two, shaking slightly with your excitement.
In front of him was a woman whose face was adorned with the same features as you. Her waist possessed the same denim skirt as you, except hers was lined with a pink ribbon which formed a bow in the center.
He wasn't about to say no to you, especially when your eyes glistened at him.
"Okay, you want me to help you?" You graciously nod in return.
"Alright, turn around for me" You instantly turn your body around so that your back is facing him and he reaches for the baby pink ribbon from your fingertips.
His face settles as his attention was on the material that he was threading through each belt loop. He tugs onto your hips which turns your body to its original direction. Your own hands try to grasp the fabric from him to form a bow but he swats them away with a giggle.
"Allow me.." This caused you to retreat your hands and allow his eager touch to create a messy bow in the center of your skirt.
"Absolutely perfect" Both of you knew he didn't mean the work he did but you look down to analyse it none the less.
"Your turn!"
༊*·˚ This man would spoil the absolute fuck out of you
One day before you go out on a date with Chris, you mumble to yourself how you ran out of your favourite vanilla scent. He notices quickly that he doesn't smell your iconic perfume as he leans in for a kiss and he questions you about it.
Once he finds out which perfume it is, he sneakily orders a new bundle of them for next day delivery. He completely disregards the price just to make his girl happy.
You open a package, the next day that's addressed to you and gasp when you come across two bottles of the perfume and a travel size container for trips. Chris would then enter the room with a proud smile on his face.
"Chris. This is like $175 per bottle.."
"Oh? Is it?" He grinned as he hugged you and was finally met with your smell from the bottles still in your hands.
༊*·˚ Chris would happily watch you do your makeup whenever he had a free moment.
"Hey are you nearly ready to go?" You rolled your eyes at his comment that had been repeated more then a few times.
"Almost!" Just as she finished with her mascara she turned to see Chris leaning against the door way. Giggles came from him as he noticed the blue tube poised between your teeth.
With a swift movement of her feet, her body spun in her chair back to her mirror and found her eyeliner.
Chris knew he was staring but it was hard to look away from the steady motions of your hand as you flicked the black tip across the edge of your eyes, perfectly lining the deep pink eyeshadow.
"Okay...and done!" A pop of your lips made you smile as you appreciated the shade of lipstick paired with the glossed which covered your lips.
You chuckle as you notice Chris's heart eyes gazing down at your face, scanning each step of makeup. His touch came to linger on your skin as his lips met yours.
"Chris! My lipstick.."
"Sorry beautiful, I can't help it, you're so pretty.." This was only followed by another dosage of blush underneath the powder.
༊*·˚ He would never let you run out of things
"Ugh.." Your attention had slipped from Chris's words as you tried your best to grasp the remaining lip gloss from the tube.
It had taken a few moments before he realised the quiet mumbles from your direction. "Baby..?"
"Uh yeah!" A silent apology spread over your face whilst the tube was pushed out the way and onto your lap. Not unnoticed by Chris.
"Anyway, i was saying th-"
He pretended to ignore your silent struggle with your lip gloss, which made you waking up to another tube all the more special.
"You have to stop doing this Chris.." As much as you wanted to argue his spending on you, it wasn't unappreciated.
"Stop treating you? Never. Besides its my favourite.."
༊*·˚ Flowers are a must
Chris was typically a little forgetful when it came to small details, so when he started to religiously buy you flowers, he kept one of his own. He'd keep this little flower on a shelf in his room by his window and checked on it when he woke up. If they ever showed signs of wiltering, a new order had been placed for the next day to arrive at your house.
You heard a knock at the door and you shrugged out of bed to open the door before the knocks repeated themselves.
In the doorway stood Chris with one of his hands behind his back.
"For you, mademoiselle.." He gave you the tulips alongside a sheepish grin on your face.
"Baby..my last ones just died." Fresh scents filled your nose when you brought the tulips to your face.
"Good thing I always come prepared."
༊*·˚ Chris will only give you princess treatment
After a party was held at Tara's place, your feet grew tired of the soles of your heels. The lack of support had worn your feet still and you sat on the edge of a chair trying anything to soothe them.
"Looks like I was right." He smugly look down at you while you consoled your feet.
"Yeah yeah..laugh it up.." You switched over your feet and started to massage your ankles before pressing the heels back to your feet.
"Stay here a second.." Before you can even respond, he has already taken off in the other directions leaving you sat in the chair.
You're left confused as he takes off and blends back in the crowd.
About 5 minutes later, before you grow impatient of waiting, Chris appears in front of you once more. However, this time he is holding a pair of your trainers. "I asked to leave them in Matt's car. I knew those heels would kill your feet."
"Oh my gosh, you do love me." He immediately pushes you back into your chair when you push your weight upwards.
"You better not doubt that." His own body leant to the tiled floor and swapped your shoes for you, gently pushing the shoe onto each foot before tying them in semi-perfect bows.
╰┈➤ NSFW
༊*·˚ The princess treatment will carry through
His lips caressed whatever inch of skin you allowed him to touch with small, peppered kisses. You giggled occasionally at the pure gentleness he gave to you.
"You're so pretty..." Chris's hand traced the sides of your hips as you playfully toyed with his hair.
His kisses grew lower and lower and his hands fell to your stomach. The muscles in your stomach flexed occasionally but with Chris massaging your skin you slowly melted to his touch.
The mattress dipped on the sides on your chest as he shifted, you own hand moving from his scalp. He scattered kisses onto your cheeks before landing on your own lips. His smile didn't go unnoticed by you and caused a sensation of butterflies to erupt in your stomach.
One of his hands continued to slide lower past your stomach and had begun to carefully trace small circles onto your inner thigh.
"How about I show you how beautiful you really are?" You sheepishly nod while holding steady eye contact.
༊*·˚ He loved to try and get you to become more open to him
It was a surprise to no one just how shy you were, in all aspects. Thankfully Chris never took this badly and did things at your own pace, yet that never stopped him from asking.
After a few minutes of kissing and light grinding from both parties, it was clear you both were getting a little worked up.
Chris's lips parted gently as he pulled away from yours, leaving a small distance between you.
"y/n..? Could we..try something today?" Compared to the previous breathes you shared, he noticed the sharpness of this one.
"Uhm..what is it..?" He noted your reluctance but he didn't shut anything down until you did.
"Remember you can always say no but..I wanted to try and eat you out today." You couldn't lie and say you weren't opposed to the idea but it was the raw vulnerability that intimidated your want. But your trust for Chris overshadowed that.
"Okay..sure." You smiled sincerely at him, your chest beating a little faster.
Let's just say that after that night it became you're favourite thing.
༊*·˚ Prioritize your needs over his
You had lost count of the minutes Chris had spent between your thighs, but you weren't complaining. His arm pushed heavily in the side of the mattress to support his weight as he focused his tongue gently. His free hand was used to keep your thighs open as you became more and more stimulated.
"Chris..so good.." Your breath was sparce. Your head was blurry, but everything was too good to pass up.
"Let me make you feel good, pretty girl..." The absence of his tongue wasn't missed for long before he dived back in.
Your jaw was constantly slacked as he refused to back away from you.
"Chris..fuck!" A cry escaped your lips as you finished on his face, a sly grin from him as he looked up towards you.
His eyes seemed doe-liked, contradicting what events just passed.
"You always do so well f'me.." When he leant in to kiss you, you were sure to taste yourself on the skin of his lips, smirking at the thought. He chose to embrace the kiss deeper rather than focus on his numbed arm from laying on it too long.

Almost Perfect, Almost Enough Part 1
Tumblr media
Pairing: Harry x Designer reader (curvy or plus size whatever you feel they should look like. This is my preference 😌)
Summary: A heartfelt gift goes terribly wrong, haunted by the weight of unspoken pain.
Word Count: 3.3k
Warnings: Angst. self-worth, body image struggles, miscommunication, and emotional disconnect
✨masterlist✨ read the rest of Harry x Designer Reader there
Harry always wanted to shower you with gifts. He noticed the little things—the items you left sitting in your online cart, the Pinterest boards filled with outfit inspirations, the way your fingers lingered on certain fabrics or accessories when you accompanied him shopping. He paid attention, memorizing each detail like a quiet devotion.
Anyone would love to be spoiled, and Harry wanted nothing more than to give you everything you desired. But you weren’t like most people. Since you were young, you had learned to weigh the difference between a want and a need, hesitating before indulging in something that wasn’t essential. It wasn’t about depriving yourself; it was just how you were. You lived simply, your wardrobe minimal, your jewelry sparse—something Harry had mistaken for preference rather than restraint.
He didn’t understand at first. He thought maybe you just hadn’t found the right things yet, that you were waiting for something special. So he tried. Little surprises, gifts wrapped carefully in ribbon, things he was sure you’d love. But every time he handed you something new, there was a flicker in your eyes—gratitude, yes, but also hesitation. As if accepting too much made you uneasy. As if love, when materialized, felt heavier than it should.
And that was the part that killed him the most. Because Harry didn’t just want to give you things. He wanted to give you proof—proof that he saw you, that he understood you, that he cherished every small, fleeting moment that made you you.
But maybe love, to you, was never about possession. Maybe it was about presence. And Harry didn’t know how to love you in a way that didn’t feel like giving.
...
That’s when Harry saw it—a beautiful dress, minimal yet sleek, the kind of piece that blended effortlessly into an everyday wardrobe. It wasn’t extravagant or flashy, but it had an understated elegance that reminded him of you.
His fingers traced the fabric, soft and weightless, and for a moment, he could already picture you in it—the way it would drape over your frame, the way you’d instinctively run your hands down the material, testing its feel. He found a size he thought would fit you, holding it up as if trying to convince himself that this, out of everything he had ever wanted to give you, was something you might actually accept.
Because this wasn’t just a gift. It was a quiet understanding, a way of saying, I see you. I know you. And maybe, just maybe, this time, you wouldn’t hesitate to take it.
When he went to the register, he didn’t even glance at the price. It didn’t matter. All that mattered was the thought of you wearing it, the way it would complement you so effortlessly. For once, he hoped you wouldn’t overthink it—that you’d simply take it, wear it, and feel even a fraction of the warmth he felt when he thought of you.
...
Harry made a surprise visit to your flat, his excitement practically radiating off him as he greeted you with a quick, eager kiss at the door. His hands found your waist, guiding you backward with effortless ease until the backs of your knees met the couch.
You barely had a moment to process before you noticed the way he was holding something behind his back, his eyes glinting with mischief.
You laughed, tilting your head as you narrowed your eyes at him. “What are you up to now?” you asked, giggling at his antics.
Harry grinned, biting his lip like he was barely holding back his excitement. “Close your eyes,” he murmured, his voice soft but insistent.
Covering your eyes with a playful sigh, you felt the weight of something settle onto your lap—a paper bag, soft and crinkling under your fingers.
"Okay, now open your eyes," Harry murmured, anticipation lacing his voice.
Blinking, you glanced down at the bag, your heart already tightening at the realization. "Harry… you didn’t have to," you said softly, looking up at him with a mixture of fondness and hesitation.
But Harry only shook his head, his smile unwavering. "I wanted to."
With hesitation, you reached into the bag, fingers brushing against the smooth fabric as you carefully pulled out the dress. Your eyes practically sparkled as you took in the design—the simplicity, the elegance, the way it was so perfectly you.
"Wow… this is beautiful, Harry. Thank you," you breathed, holding it up against your chest. But then, as the weight of the gesture sank in, doubt crept in alongside your excitement. "I don’t know if I can accept this..."
Harry, however, only grinned, leaning forward as if to dismiss your uncertainty before it could settle too deep. "No expense spared," he said with that effortless confidence of his. "You deserve everything."
His words were meant to reassure, but they left you feeling slightly off balance. It wasn’t that you weren’t grateful—you were. It was just that, ever since you were a child, you had been taught to refuse gifts, to be mindful of generosity, to say no even when you secretly wanted to say yes.
And now, sitting there with a dress that felt both too much and just right, you found yourself caught between old habits and the undeniable warmth of being seen.
"Go on, try it on for me. Please?" Harry murmured, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. His voice was gentle, but there was a quiet plea beneath it, a hope that you wouldn’t let hesitation win this time.
You hesitated for a second longer, the familiar instinct to decline tugging at you—but then you looked at him. His eyes held nothing but warmth, nothing but the purest intention. He wasn’t trying to overwhelm you. He just wanted to see you in something he knew you’d love.
With a small, breathy laugh, you nodded. "Alright… but only because you asked so nicely."
Harry beamed, stepping back as you stood, dress in hand, already imagining the way his face would light up when you returned.
...
You stepped into your room, closing the door softly behind you. Facing the mirror, you held the dress against your chest, admiring the way the fabric fell effortlessly over your frame. For a moment, excitement bubbled in your chest—you wanted to love this, to let yourself have this moment.
But as you slipped into the dress and reached for the zipper on the side, your heart sank. It wouldn’t go up. No matter how you twisted, tugged, or adjusted, the fabric wouldn’t budge past a certain point.
A sinking feeling settled in your stomach.
Harry had been so excited. You had been excited. And now, instead of feeling beautiful, all you could think about was how you had let yourself believe—just for a moment—that this could be easy, that accepting something so thoughtful wouldn’t come with a sting of self-doubt.
You hated how quickly your mind turned on itself, whispering cruel thoughts. That maybe this was why you never let yourself want things too much. That maybe it was a mistake to let yourself get swept up in the moment.
You exhaled sharply, blinking back the frustration burning in your eyes. Don’t do this. Don’t ruin this.
But now, standing there in a dress that didn’t fit, you weren’t sure how you were supposed to walk back into that room and face Harry without disappointing him.
...
You took a deep breath, fingers gripping the fabric near the stubborn zipper. There was no point in hiding it—not from Harry. You weren’t shy about things like this anymore. You were used to it, to the quiet disappointment of a dress not fitting quite right, to the feeling of something so close to perfect slipping just out of reach.
So you walked out, head held steady, the dress still draped over you as best as it could be. Harry, who had been sitting on the couch, perked up immediately at the sight of you. His eyes flickered with excitement—until they landed on your hands gripping the side, the zipper still undone.
You gave him a small, almost resigned smile. "Looks like I’ve still got to shrink to get into this," you said lightly, trying to turn it into a joke, to keep the air from turning heavy.
Harry didn’t laugh. Instead, he stood up, crossing the room in just a few strides, his brows knitting together in something that wasn’t disappointment—but something else entirely.
"Hey," he said softly, fingers brushing over yours where they held the fabric. "That’s not on you, alright? That’s on the damn dress."
The warmth in his voice made your throat tighten. You weren’t sure what you had expected—maybe some fleeting awkwardness, maybe even guilt on his part for choosing the wrong size. But instead, there was only understanding, only that unwavering way he looked at you like none of this changed a thing.
"We can exchange it," he continued, giving you a small, reassuring grin. "Or we can get it tailored. Or—" He tilted his head, eyes glinting mischievously. "I can just let you keep it open and call it avant-garde."
That pulled a laugh from you, quiet but real. The tension in your shoulders eased, and for the first time since putting the dress on, you allowed yourself to believe that this moment wasn’t ruined—just another part of the story.
"It’s fine, Harry. No need to exchange it," you said, forcing a small smile. "You can return it and get your money back—it’s okay with me."
You tried to keep your tone light, but the words felt heavier than you intended. You glanced down at the fabric in your hands before adding, "Especially from a high-end store… I know they don’t really make sizes for plus-size women like me."
You meant it as a simple fact, something you had come to accept over time—knowing that high-end brands catered to rigid beauty standards, ones that had been set in stone long before you ever had a say in them. They didn’t design for women like you, didn’t want their clothes to be seen on bodies they deemed too much.
But as soon as the words left your mouth, you saw the shift in Harry’s expression—the way his jaw tensed slightly, the way his brows furrowed, as if he was already preparing to argue with you.
"Hey, don’t say that," Harry cut in, his voice gentle but firm. "There are always other clothes we can look at. Ones that actually deserve you."
He said it so easily, like it was the simplest thing in the world. Like the problem wasn’t you—it was the clothes, the brands, the standards you had spent so long making peace with.
But the way he looked at you, unwavering and certain, made you wonder if maybe, just maybe, he was right. But, no
"No need, Harry. Thanks, but no thanks," you said blankly, turning on your heel as you walked back to your room to change.
You didn’t mean for it to sound so cold, but you just wanted this moment to be over. The dress, the conversation, the way his kindness only made the tightness in your chest worse—it was all too much.
But before you could disappear behind the door, his voice stopped you.
"I just wanted to give you something nice, Y/N… is that so bad?"
There was no anger in his tone, no frustration—just something softer, something almost hurt. And that was the worst part of all.
"I never asked you to give me these gifts, Harry," you said, your voice quieter this time, but no less firm. "I didn’t want this dress."
You gestured vaguely around your apartment, a small, lived-in space that was nothing like the world Harry came from. "God, just look at this place. We live very different lifestyles."
It wasn’t just about the dress. It was everything—the way he spent without thinking, the way he wanted to give and give while you had spent your whole life learning how to go without. He moved through the world so effortlessly, while you had always been careful, always conscious.
And standing there now, in an expensive dress that didn’t even fit, you couldn’t help but wonder if he’d ever truly understand.
"We both understand what it means to work hard for our money," you continued, your voice steady but tired. "But not everyone wants the extravagant life celebrities are always portraying."
You meant it as a simple truth—one you had lived by for as long as you could remember. But as soon as the words left your mouth, you saw something flicker across Harry’s face, something unspoken but unmistakable.
That hurt.
Because that’s what he thought you saw when you looked at him—an A-lister, someone wrapped up in a life of luxury, of excess, of things that didn’t matter to you.
And maybe that was the worst part. No matter how much he tried to show you otherwise, you still believed there was a distance between you that couldn’t be bridged.
You both stood there in silence, the weight of unspoken words settling between you like a barrier neither of you knew how to cross.
Harry’s fingers twitched at his sides, as if he wanted to reach for you but wasn’t sure if he should. His jaw clenched for a second before he exhaled sharply, rubbing a hand over his face.
You, on the other hand, just held onto the fabric of the dress, staring at the floor, feeling the tension wrap around you like a second skin. You hadn’t meant to hurt him. And yet, here you were, watching the light in his eyes dim just a little.
Neither of you knew what to do next. Neither of you knew how to fix this.
Without another word, you turned and stepped into your bedroom, closing the door softly behind you.
Leaning against it for a moment, you let out a slow breath, your fingers tightening around the dress. The excitement you’d felt earlier had long since faded, replaced with something heavier—something you couldn’t quite name.
You changed quickly, slipping back into your usual clothes, ones that felt safer, less complicated. But even as you shed the dress, the weight of the moment still clung to you.
Outside, you could still feel Harry’s presence, still picture the way he had looked at you, caught between understanding and hurt. You hated that look. Hated that you had put it there.
And now, you weren’t sure how to walk back out and face him.
Your breathing was heavy, uneven—shaken by the fear creeping up your spine. Not fear of him, but of what you had just done. Of the way your words had landed, sharp and unintended, leaving behind wounds you couldn’t take back.
Seeing Harry hurt by something you had said—it scared you to death.
With trembling hands, you peeled the dress off, careful, almost reverent, as if letting a single tear fall onto the delicate fabric would shatter whatever was left of this moment.
But it was already ruined. The excitement, the warmth, the way he had looked at you like you deserved nice things—it was all gone now, slipping through your fingers before you even had the chance to hold onto it.
The only thing you could think about was how much you had hurt him.
It replayed over and over in your mind—the way his expression had shifted, how his eyes dimmed just slightly, the subtle tension in his posture as if he was bracing himself for more. You had never wanted to push him away, never wanted to make him feel like his kindness was unwelcome.
But you had.
And now, standing there in the quiet of your room, staring at the paper bag the dress had come in, you wondered if you had just ruined more than just this moment.
Harry was surprised—he had never seen or heard you say anything mean before. Not to him, not to anyone.
But tonight, your words had cut, not because they were cruel, but because they carried something deeper—something sharp with exhaustion, with walls built from years of disappointment. And maybe that’s what hurt the most.
He didn’t know if he should leave or stay.
Part of him wanted to give you space, to let you sit with your thoughts and breathe. But another part—the stronger part—couldn’t bear the idea of walking away, of letting this moment settle between you like something permanent.
So he stood there, unmoving, caught between his instinct to hold on and his fear that maybe, this time, you wanted him to let go.
You took deep, shaky breaths, but it didn’t help. The memories came rushing back, uninvited and relentless—voices from the past whispering, taunting, telling you to be slimmer, to take up less space, to mold yourself into whatever version of acceptable they had decided for you.
Your chest tightened, anger and hurt tangling together until you couldn’t tell which was stronger. It made your head spin, made your fingers curl into fists at your sides.
You thought you had buried this. Thought you had learned to live past it. But here you were, standing in your bedroom, a beautiful dress in your hands, and all you could feel was that same suffocating weight of never being enough—or maybe, being too much.
Gripping the paper bag tightly as if it could steady you. The weight of the moment pressed down on your chest, but you knew you couldn’t stay hidden forever.
Harry was still out there, waiting.
You weren’t sure what you were going to say, or if anything could fix the tension lingering between you, but you had to face him. Swallowing hard, you squared your shoulders, steeling yourself before reaching for the door.
Tumblr media
Harry’s attention snapped to the door the moment it creaked open. His eyes landed on you—on your rigid posture, the way your fingers clutched that damn dress like it was something heavier than fabric.
For a moment, neither of you spoke.
You just stood there, face to face, the silence stretching between you, thick with everything left unsaid. His expression was unreadable, but his eyes—soft, searching—held something that made your throat tighten.
You weren’t sure who was supposed to speak first. Or if words would even be enough.
You held out the paper bag to him, your fingers trembling slightly as you forced yourself to speak.
"I—I’m sorry," you stammered, the words feeling small, pathetic, not nearly enough.
Harry took the bag, but his eyes never left your face—watching, waiting. You couldn’t meet his gaze. Your eyes stayed downcast, focused on anything but him, blinking rapidly to keep the tears at bay. Your chest felt too tight, breaths coming slow and heavy, like each one was a battle.
A beat of silence. Then—
"I’m sorry too," Harry murmured, voice quieter than you’d ever heard it. "I should go."
The finality in his words settled like a stone in your stomach.
Harry didn’t say goodbye. Didn’t spare one last glance.
He just turned, walked to the door, and left.
You heard the way his footsteps picked up, turning into a jog as he made his way to his car—like he couldn’t get out fast enough. Like he just needed to be anywhere but here.
The door shut behind him with a quiet click, but it might as well have been a slam for how final it felt.
And just like that, he was gone.
The moment the door closed, the weight of it all crashed down on you.
A loud, broken sob tore from your throat, your breaths coming in quick, uneven gasps. You pressed a hand to your chest, trying to steady the ache, but it was useless. The dam had burst, and there was no holding it back now.
Tears streamed down your face, silent at first, but then the sobs came harder, louder—shaking your whole body. You didn’t even try to stop them.
Because he was gone. And the worst part?
You weren’t sure if he’d come back.
...
I had to, I'm sorry.
Here’s Part 2 Almost Perfect, Almost Enough

How to get the confidence to dress alternative in public: LONG POST {from a scene king!!}
I hear a lot of young teens online saying things along the lines of, “I would love to dress like that but I’m scared”. We’ve all been there, it takes bravery to step outside the box. Since 2020, there has been an uptick in alternative fashion, which makes things a little better, but it doesn’t mitigate the fear some people feel.
As someone who has been dressing alternative all throughout highschool and who I’d like to think has some 17 year old wisdom, this is how you can get the confidence to dress how you want. This can apply to other alternative fashion types like decora, punk, goth ect ect.
This post goes with a youtube video!! You can just watch it if you dont wanna read
youtube
Realize why you’re scared: Is it because you’re afraid of being different or picked on? Are you afraid of change? Do you think your friends/peers won’t care about you anymore? These are all valid reasons, and once you know why, you can start to tackle it. Change isn’t bad, everyone changes, change is natural. Look around at nature, seasons change, we grow and age, animals migrate and go through metamorphosis. You don’t have to be confined to one thing forever just because you weren’t born that way. As for the fear of being picked on, fuck those people. Do you know why people tease others? It’s because they’re insecure. Hurt people hurt people. When people see you being yourself and they wish they could do that, they take it out on you because in their heart, they’re jealous. You’re not the problem, they are. (If you’re afraid of being physically hurt, that is completely different and I would not advise putting your safety in jeopardy)
Start slow. While you’re still building your wardrobe, you can start slowly stepping out with small accessories and such. Add some kandi to your outfit or a tattoo choker. This is mainly to ease yourself into it. Big changes can be pretty scary and jarring, so easing into it can help you.
Have some role models. By this I mean, have people you look up to, people that are inspiration to you. Me? Some of mine here on tumblr are @xx-may4-malic3-xx , @xx-k1tsun3-k1d-xx , @xxdespairfactionashtonxx , @cigsnvalentines to name a few. Theres also some old scene queens, musicians, ect. Find whoever you want. I’m reccomending this, because when you see other people doing the same as you, it makes you go “if they can do it, so can I”. Most people probably wont even mind if you send them an ask about specific things (ik i dont, i love them).
Kinda the same point, but build a community. We have a pretty good community here on tumblr. Community is the backbone to everything. Ideally it would be someone irl, but not everyone is lucky enough to have cool irl friendz.
Fake it till you make it. Nobody has to know you’re scared but you. I’m not saying get super extroverted if you’re introverted and go around exuding confidence like a lazar beam. Dance in your mirror, hype yourself up. Take cool pictures and edit them, even if you don’t post them online. Learn to walk with your head up, again SLOWLY. As you start introducing more alternative elements into your wardrobe, wear them with pride.
Be the change you want to see. What I mean is if you want people to be kinder, you be kinder. Try to compliment someone every day. People actually aren’t as rude as you think, maybe I’m an optimist, but I think the average person isn’t terrible. Complimenting other people also makes you feel good, try it. Piggybacking off this point, don’t take things so personally. I know if can be easier to harp on the negative looks and comments you got versus the good ones, but you have to look past this. There are gonna be bad apples always, but their misdeeds can blind you from the people who think you’re pretty cool. Don’t let one bad apple ruin the bunch.
Lastly, realize being cringe is okay. Not just realize it, but internalize it. What even is cringe? Define cringe… Weird? Different? Everyone is different, everyone is weird about something. As I said earlier, some people are just too scared to be themselves. In 80 years when you’re old and looking back on your life, would you rather regret not being your authentic self, or think of all the fond memories of your life? Regret is one of the worse things in life, it’s terrible. There is nobody you can be but yourself. You’re you, so be you.
Remember that this is something that can take months or years. I feel like this past year and a half I have become fully confident in my fashion. I have been dressing alternative for 5 years for reference. I hope this could help someone.
If I wasnt clear on anything, feel free to send me an ask! Im more than happy to help!!

I feel like a complete weirdo asking this... but with all the wonderful wardrobe posts, perhaps you (or your partner) couldn't point one in the direction of some good vintage style femme/ladies clothes? [impossible mode: plus size]
thanx so much!
Tagging my partner @crowtoed on this one, as well as friends who would like to chime in.
Some places I can recall, though be aware not all the styles have the same size range. :/

I had a brain rot idea I wanted to share with you!
Imagine a hyper feminine human woman who finds herself in a relationship with a hyper masculine monster man. Due to their opposite interests and tastes, their shared home is quite the spectacle. For example…
1. A pink leather couch
2. Black velvet curtains
3. Wall paper with barbed wire hearts as the pattern
4. Bedazzled skull flower vases
5. Etc.
Needless to say, decor shopping is always a fun activity for the couple. Also couple outfits can always be fun…
1. Pastel gym clothes gifted to the monster from the woman
2. Black latex dress with studs gifted to the woman from the monster
Thoughts? I just feel like this would be such a cute coupling to see
How do these two even meet? Maybe at the gym? The monster is either with his bros, lifting heavy weights, or alone, grunting through his intense workout. Reader, on the other hand, is there for a yoga or pilates session, focused on balance and stretching. Or perhaps they meet at a music festival? Or, maybe it’s at an animal shelter. Reader is there to adopt a cute, fluffy cat she saw online while the monster is volunteering. He is more of a dog person, but hey, if Reader wants a cat, so be it. Before she leaves, he hands her his number, telling her to text him if she has any questions.
Soon enough, her occasional cat updates turn into casual chats. Reader sends him pictures of her new feline friend, sharing their quirky behaviors or adorable outfits. He is always short with his responses, but he never discourages her from messaging him. Over time, those updates about the cat shift into little glimpses of Reader's daily life: her morning coffee, the chaos of work, and her favorite places to eat.
And then, one day, out of nowhere, he asks her out. It catches Reader off guard. He isn’t sure why, either. She is so different, he’s seen the pictures. The cat already has more clothes than he does, and the accessories? Don’t get him started. When Reader agrees to the date, he is surprised.
And it just clicks, you know? Despite being complete opposites, they find themselves drawn to each other. They have different tastes, different opinions on almost everything. He prefers heavy metal, while she swears by indie pop; he enjoys spicy food, she sticks to mild. But somehow, it all just works. They are both open to seeing things from each other’s perspective, finding that debating taste is futile when there are bigger things that matter. Who cares if their comfort movies are not the same compared to wanting or not wanting kids? Over time, these little quirks become less about compromise and more about appreciating the contrast. So much so that, before long, they move in together.
Things get interesting pretty quickly after they move in together. Their new home becomes a delightful, chaotic mess of contrasts.
At first, Reader thinks she nailed it; the bookshelves are perfectly arranged with her favorite novels, colorful knickknacks, and little plants adding life to the space, but soon enough, her monster's things start creeping in: heavy metal figurines, dark leather-bound books, and a random skull-shaped bookend. Then, the curtains. Reader proudly hangs the most beautiful white, flowery ones, letting sunlight flood the room, but the very next day, she comes home to find his blackout curtains layered behind them. The pink couch she adores, piled high with fluffy pillows in soft pastels? Yeah, he balances it with his own things in black and dark green. And her adorable fruit-shaped plates? They somehow find themselves stacked beside his sleek, matte black dishes in the kitchen. And it doesn’t stop there. His ultramodern, shiny black coffee maker claims a prime spot on the counter next to her vintage floral tea set. The wardrobe? It’s almost comical. One side overflows with Reader's colorful clothes, blouses, skirts, and soft cardigans, while the other is a stark contrast of black leather jackets and plain tees.
It’s a mess. A wonderful, ridiculous mess. But somehow, it feels like home. Their home.
But of course, as time goes on, their styles begin to blend in the most unexpected ways. Reader finds herself experimenting a bit, picking out a pink leather dress one day. It’s bold, flashy, and a little out of her usual comfort zone, but when she steps out wearing it, her monster takes one look and practically falls to his knees. The stunned, hungry expression on his face makes the purchase more than worth it. And slowly but surely, the monster starts to change too; just a hint of dark gray here, maybe some muted green there. The progress is slow but steady. And Reader loves watching his monster lifting weight in the almost light blue sweatshirt she bought for him. She doesn’t even try to hide her grin, and he pretends not to notice, but the faint smirk on his lips gives him away.
And, of course, the fluffy cat that brought them together often struts around the house in her pink tutu and tiny leather jacket.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 23
Personal Style & Self-Presentation
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi Goddesses! Let's talk about something that can be both super fun and slightly overwhelming, developing your personal style. This isn't about following trends or completely overhauling your wardrobe. It's about discovering and expressing who you are through how you present yourself to the world.
You know that feeling when you put on an outfit and just feel like you? That's what we're aiming for, not just occasionally, but every day. Whether you're a minimalist who loves basics, a maximalist who lives for patterns, or somewhere in between, your style should make you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.
Let's break this down into areas where your personal style shines through:

Elevating Your Personal Brand for 2025: Your Online Presence
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In today’s digital age, your online presence is one of the most powerful tools you have to shape your personal brand. Whether you're looking to land a dream job, build a side hustle, or simply embody a more refined and elegant lifestyle, curating a sophisticated and luxurious digital image can make all the difference.
If you're ready to elevate your online presence with class, elegance, and a touch of luxury, you’re in the right place. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of refining your personal brand and creating an online identity that’s poised, polished, and truly you.
Step 1: Define Your Personal Brand Vision
Before you start curating content, it’s essential to get clear on what you want your personal brand to represent. What does luxury, class, and elegance mean to you? Your personal brand should reflect your unique style, interests, values, and aspirations. It’s about crafting an image that feels authentic to you, yet elevated to match the lifestyle you desire.
Action Steps:
Write down your core values. These might include qualities like elegance, kindness, professionalism, creativity, or adventure. These will guide your brand’s tone and messaging.
Visualize your ideal lifestyle. What do you want your life to look like in 5 or 10 years? Let that vision inspire how you portray yourself online.
Identify role models. Think about women you admire (public figures, entrepreneurs, or influencers) whose personal brands resonate with you. What elements of their style, approach, or values can you incorporate into your own online presence?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Step 2: Curate Your Aesthetic
Your aesthetic plays a huge role in creating a luxurious and elegant online presence. A cohesive and thoughtful aesthetic conveys sophistication and attention to detail, whether it's through your Instagram feed, personal website, or blog. You want your digital space to be visually appealing, refined, and purposeful.
Action Steps:
Choose a color palette. Soft neutrals like beige, cream, white, and blush pink often convey a sense of luxury, while gold accents or muted jewel tones can add a touch of glamour. Make sure the colors you choose reflect the vibe you want to communicate.
Select your fonts carefully. Opt for classic, timeless fonts like serif fonts or clean sans-serif styles for a minimalist, chic look. Keep your typography consistent across all platforms.
Create a content plan. Plan your photos and posts to fit into your aesthetic. Whether you're showcasing your fashion, lifestyle, or business endeavors, ensure each piece contributes to the refined image you're building.
Step 3: Perfect Your Digital Wardrobe
Your online presence should mirror your real-life style, and this doesn’t mean you need to wear expensive clothes all the time. It's about cultivating a polished, put-together look that communicates elegance and sophistication.
Action Steps:
Invest in key pieces. Build a capsule wardrobe with timeless, high-quality pieces. Think tailored blazers, elegant dresses, neutral tones, and accessories that elevate your outfits. It's not about having a lot, but rather about having a few, well-chosen items that you wear often and with confidence.
Master the art of styling. Focus on classic silhouettes that flatter your body shape and keep things simple. Less is often more when it comes to cultivating an elegant look.
Show off your style online. Curate photos that highlight your wardrobe choices. Whether you're snapping selfies, sharing outfit posts, or showcasing lifestyle shots, make sure your fashion choices align with your refined brand.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Step 4: Cultivate High-Value Content
Luxury and elegance are not just about aesthetics—they’re about substance too. High-quality content that reflects your values, expertise, and passions will elevate your online presence in ways that go beyond just a pretty picture. Whether you’re sharing beauty tips, fashion advice, or personal development insights, make sure your content is valuable and thoughtful.
Action Steps:
Share your expertise. What are you passionate about? Whether it’s personal development, fitness, wellness, fashion, or business, share your knowledge and insights with your audience in a way that adds value. Offer tips, tutorials, and advice that make people feel inspired and empowered.
Focus on storytelling. People connect with stories. Share moments from your life that showcase your growth, your achievements, and your journey toward a more luxurious lifestyle. Make your audience feel like they are a part of your world.
Consistency is key. Post regularly, whether it’s daily, weekly, or biweekly. The more you show up with valuable content, the more your audience will trust and admire your brand.
Step 5: Cultivate Grace and Confidence
A huge part of elegance and luxury is not just how you look, but how you carry yourself. Cultivating confidence, grace, and poise in all your online interactions is crucial to building a brand that feels truly elevated.
Action Steps:
Be kind and respectful. The way you engage with your audience speaks volumes. Respond to comments thoughtfully, offer encouragement, and be gracious with your interactions. Classiness is often reflected in your communication.
Maintain boundaries. It’s important to stay authentic, but also protect your personal life. Keep your online persona polished by sharing only what you feel comfortable with, while leaving room for privacy.
Embrace a positive mindset. Luxury is as much a state of mind as it is a lifestyle. Cultivate a mindset of abundance, and focus on uplifting others. This positive energy will naturally translate into your online presence.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Step 6: Network with Like-Minded Individuals
To truly elevate your brand, it’s important to surround yourself with people who share similar goals and values. Networking with other women who embody elegance, class, and luxury will help you grow, both personally and professionally.
Action Steps:
Engage with like-minded influencers. Follow, comment, and build relationships with women who inspire you. Share their content, collaborate on projects, or simply connect over mutual interests.
Attend online events. Participate in webinars, virtual conferences, and online workshops to connect with other professionals in your industry.
Leverage social media platforms. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest to network, share your expertise, and build meaningful connections that can help you advance your personal brand.
Step 7: Stay Authentic and Evolve
Finally, remember that a truly luxurious and elegant brand is one that remains authentic. As you grow and evolve, so should your brand. Don’t be afraid to adapt, try new things, or shift your focus. Your journey toward elegance and luxury is a continual process, and your brand should reflect the authentic version of yourself—today and in the future.
Action Steps:
Evaluate and adjust. Regularly check in with yourself and assess if your online presence still aligns with your vision. If it doesn't, make adjustments to reflect where you are now.
Embrace change. Your tastes, interests, and goals will evolve as you grow. Embrace these changes and let them shape your brand naturally.
Conclusion: Own Your Elegance, Own Your Brand
Building a luxurious, classy, and elegant online presence is about more than just aesthetics. It’s about curating a personal brand that reflects your true self and communicates your aspirations. By following these steps, you’ll elevate your digital persona and create a brand that resonates with authenticity, grace, and sophistication.
Remember, elegance isn’t about perfection—it’s about being the best version of yourself, every day. So go ahead, step into your power, and own your unique, elevated online presence. The world is waiting to see the graceful, confident woman you are becoming.

Organizing closets and dressing rooms is a trend. With the right elements, you can make life easier and more organized without effort, adjusting to your needs and at the same time giving more free rein to your imagination.
Closet and Dressing Room Organization
The great advantage of the accessories for wardrobes and dressing rooms from the Peacock Revera is their functionality, as they allow you to keep your clothes, shoes and accessories well organised. This way, you can make the most of the space by using drawers, trouser racks, shoe racks and organisers that require specific storage.
In the end, what you get is a much more comfortable storage of clothes thanks to its soft-closing and partially extractable guides that allow the frame to be opened and closed slowly and silently to avoid knocks. In addition, the Peacock Revera takes all the details into account for Wardrobe Organizers, taking care of the design by means of decorative pieces to hide the guides.
Closet accessories
Trouser racks, pull-out trays, drawers, shoe racks, tie racks, belt racks, wardrobe mirrors, hangers, wardrobe rods and baskets, among others, offer you the perfect solution to organise wardrobes and dressing rooms to your liking, decorating and adjusting to your needs.

hey idk if this question has been asked before but you’ve got such cool accessories and outfits. how do you like. find things? i’m trying to put together a better wardrobe but i have no idea how to start
my favorite items are secondhand, from my fave lingerie shop or hand me downs. for me accumulating clothing or accessories is like putting stickers on a water bottle ; if you got everything all at once it would be boring and wouldnt reflect the flow of your life! accumulating accessories over a broader period allows your style to develop and change as you do. and also its more affordable to bide ones time. so really focus on keeping an eye out for things that are your style (or the style you want) and let them come to you. wander about, check out local markets, yard sales. Window shopping is fun even if you rarely buy things; it can give you a lot of inspiration. (that isnt to say I havent succumbed to the ordering things online urge; I have a couple impulse online purchases like most ppl. just that in my experience its usually more cost effective/genuine/rewarding to seek out secondhand things.)
also experiment! you might have clothes already in your wardrobe that can be layered in interesting ways. or maybe youve got a cute garment that you'd wear more if it was a color you liked more--you can get clothes dye at most craft stores. dying something black can make it a whole new thing. turn an old shirt into a crop top, cut the sleeves off, mess about a bit. get weird with safety pins.
also never buy a fishnet shirt just get fishnet tights and cut the toes off and a slit into the crotch for your head and it becomes a shirt.

Hello Mari, how are you? I was very happy with the new notifications! Your writing is one of my favorites🙃❤️.
If you feel comfortable, could you write a headcanon aimed at the BTS members where we are the boys' romantic interest, being the 8th in the group? Maybe a foreign member.
NOTE: Thank you very much for your attention! I'm happy to see you back, a big hug❤️.
Hello! thank you so much!
and i took this almost as a poly idea the second i read it, so thats kind of how i wrote your ask if that's okay! :)
bf!namjoon who constantly tries to hide negative comments about you during live, not wanting you to see any hate for being their 8th member. He and the boys know that your relationship with them is a secret, but cant help but to still try to protect you from anything and everything. Knows when something is wrong during an interview and immediately will send a signal to their manage that the interview is over. Tries to be a confidant to you and help you integrate into idol society as their new member.
bf!jin who just tries to do whatever he can to help you in any way. "Oppa will do it". Knows you are independent but loves to help you with the little things like opening a jar of pickles. Will keep snacks near by for you knowing how you tend to stress eat. Will forever be your cooking buddy despite you loving to bake. Wants to try to bake for you but you might need to help him not put too much baking soda into the baked good.
bf!yoongi who may not show it, but is so in love with you that he knows everything. he is so observant and knows exactly how you like your orange peeled (with none of the white stuff left because you can't stand the texture of it). Loves that you will hold his whenever he wants and for as long as he wants. Will never move first when cuddling on the couch, waiting until you make the first move. Is the first to sense something wrong by watching your facial expressions and body movements (like how you rub your fingers together when nervous or anxious).

Just want to say I'm a big fan. I'm sure you've answered this before and I apologize if so for the redundancy but where do you shop for your clothes? I know you often get secondhand items, and I've been dying to dip my toes into this style. Thanks for still posting! Your style truly is art 🎨
I am not sure which "style" you are referring to because I wear and combine many different styles. Also, I'll be honest with you, I haven't bought much in the recent years, so most of these might be outdated.
For lolita and other jfashion: I started buying second-hand Japanese brands in 2008 on the now defunct Egl_comm_sales LiveJournal page. The current equivalent is Lace Market, but I have never actually used it (that definitely makes me feel old). I also bought stuff on Japanese auctions between 2010 and 2015, but once again, I don't know if Y!Japan auctions and Mbok still exist? (Edit: they do.) I know people now use Mercari, but I have also never used it. You will need a Japanese shopping service for those. When I moved to Japan in 2016, I just stopped buying online and shopped in person mainly in Closet Child, but also in less specialised second-hand shops (Book off super bazaar, Second-Street and many indie thrift stores). Also, since I have many friends and acquaintances who have similar styles, we just trade, gift and sell clothes to eachother, which is mainly what I have been doing for years now.
Vintage: This is tricky because I don't have special shops I go to. I accumulated clothes and accessories for years from many different thrift shops around Montreal, but also in the countryside around Montreal, and in Japan, mainly from unknown little places around the country or vintage shops in Koenji (where I used to live). I also have old people just giving me some of their things because they like my style haha! I have also visited thrift stores around the UK when I visited in 2013. If you look for online shops, I cannot help you. 😅
Everything else is just from very various thrift shops either around Montreal or in Japan (different cities).
If you are looking for something specific, I think you should ask someone who has started their wardrobe recently for up to date info.

How Many Outfits Does It Take to Dress a Single Star?
Nobody has a clue how much work it requires to dress a celebrity for the awards season circuit — except the stylists who do it every year.
Tumblr media
The 2025 Oscar acting nominees are nearing the end of their press and promotional campaigns, and nobody is more relieved to see that finish line than Hollywood’s stylists.
Each celebrity stylist can be expected to prepare dozens of looks to be worn on promotional tours.
And Sebastian Stan’s stylist, Michael Fisher, worked on 96 outfits for the star as he campaigned for two movies, The Apprentice and A Different Man, all packed and ready to travel, with not a single accessory or minute sartorial detail missed.
The stylists are painfully aware that every stitch they put on their actors will be judged and scrutinized both by the court of public opinion and by unqualified TikTok critics — “Sack the stylist” is a frequent online comment — but they get used to it.
“My creative decisions are made between myself, the talent and the design houses, parties that have years of fashion industry knowledge and experience. I wanted his work to be discussed and not the wardrobe. TikTok doesn’t understand what it takes to do my job, so it is just unsolicited noise to me.”
— Sebastian’s stylist Michael Fisher
