While some fans like Me, including myself. We might speculate about Tails becoming a villain in the next Sonic movie due to criticisms about his portrayal in "Sonic Movie 2" and "Sonic Movie 3" where he was perceived as underutilized, this is unlikely to be the direction the filmmakers would take; most fans would prefer to see Tails get a more substantial and developed role as a hero, addressing the concerns about his character depth rather than turning him into a villain. 

Reasons why Tails as a villain is not the likely outcome:

Character integrity:Tails is generally considered a loyal and supportive character in the Sonic universe, making a sudden shift to villainy a drastic change that might not resonate with fans.

Story potential:A more compelling narrative would likely focus on giving Tails a more prominent role and showcasing his abilities and character development, rather than turning him against Sonic.

Fan reception:Many fans are already voicing concerns about Tails' limited screen time and character arc in the previous movies, so making him a villain could further alienate the audience. 

What could happen instead:

More prominent role:The next Sonic movie could give Tails a bigger storyline and more agency, allowing him to contribute significantly to the plot and showcase his skills. 

Character development:The filmmakers could focus on developing Tails' internal struggles and motivations, making him a more complex and relatable character. 

Exploration of his abilities:The movie could delve deeper into Tails' mechanical prowess and flying skills, giving him more opportunities to shine in action sequences.

OK ANOTHER SONIC AU IDEA, PART 1

So like eggman right, we hate that guy but in this au tails HATES eggman with every fiber of his being, like this dude is his biggest hater and wishes sonic just puts him down for good, more so when eggman tortures sonic for six months

So after maybe sonic frontiers or forces sonic gets hurt by like a badnik and tails feels like that same little kid who watched his big brother almost die, so tails is done with eggmans shit and goes berserk, like this man goes and kills eggman with no mercy ( bonus points if he also tortures him for 6 months )

Sonic hears the news that eggman is really actually dead and he doesn't know how to act like does he feel free or does he feel worried that there's a new villain in town

So he tells tails about it and tails, the guy who killed eggman, is in heavy guilt not from killing eggman but for making his big bro so worried, so he gets the great idea of becoming sonic's NEW VILLAIN, that way he won't hurt sonic, in that sense, and sonic will know about the new villain and won't be worried and make it act like the new villain only wanted to kill eggman and no one else

But in his quest he see new villain wanting to hurt people and his brother so he say "well I've killed eggman so it's no problem that they go out to"

on a completely separate note; shizun luo binghe with a disciple shen yuan who fell into the abyss??? *thinks about LBH canonically stealing SQQ's corpse for 5 years* he'd hallucinate i think. like, like visual and audial hallucinations.

Keeps thinking he's seeing SQQ in the corner of his eyes, or wandering between the trees, amongst a group of disciples. Thinks he hears him calling for him, but its just the wind or another disciple.

Gets Xiu Ya reforged but patently fucking refuses to make a sword mound. Because his disciple Is Not Dead :))) There was No Body. He's Not Dead. And If You keep Insisting That He Is, He's Gonna Skewer You :). He's holding onto Xiu Ya so he can return his most favored disciple's sword when he returns. It's on his hip right next to Zheng Yang where it's supposed to be.

Also this motherfucker?? does not sleep btw. He has the image of SQQ, wide eyed and hysterical and standing at the mouth of the abyss burned into his fucking eyelids. Can't use the dreamscape to escape it either because he keeps trying to save him and either he does and it's an incredibly cruel trick to wake up to, or he doesn't and he gets his heart broken in several different pieces again.

There is no convincing this man that Shen Qingqiu is dead. Absolutely nothing at all. He is buried so deep in denial that moles would be jealous of how deep he is. He keeps making tea for two in the bamboo house only to remember that it's just him. SQQ's fans are hiding everywhere, little reminders of his presence. He goes to wake up SQQ on the mornings he sleeps in-- only to find the room empty.

Sonic As A Villain

I don’t have a name for him, but this is my interpretation of Sonic as a villain. Here’s a hint, imagine if you noticed it, but not through his personality.

I’ve seen many interpretations of Sonic as a villain and instead of having him be a Sonic but on a bad day like Scourge. Sonic but dark and more violent like in Sonic X. Or Sonic but insane like Fleetway or Chaos Sonic, let’s have something different.

Have you ever noticed how Sonic can always manipulate a situation? He does it a bunch when he fights or interacts with people. It’s almost never in a negative way, but it does come across as a bit prideful and egotistical. Usually everything ends up going his way or has to go his way.

I believe if Sonic was ever to be a villain, he’d be a master manipulator. Funnily enough Sonic barely ever lies about things in most continuities, but at the same time is able to trick people or bend things to his will whenever he needs to. I’d like to think a villainous Sonic would be perceived as a good guy. Like standing up for Tails, but instead of moving on and letting Tails join him, Sonic manipulates Tails into beating up the bullies who bullied him.

He’d make Amy feel as if she doesn’t need to fend for herself and tell her to rely on him whenever she needs help. Or tell Knuckles to never trust anyone or ends up not inspiring him, so Knuckles stays antagonistic and untrusting. He’d inspire people to be the worst versions of themselves. Therefore creating a toxic atmosphere. Ideas like that.

This Sonic would be one who’d not care about being famous or rule over anything like a dictator. He’s like normal Sonic in a sense that he goes by his own rules, but it’d be for the worst intentions. He also takes advantage that he’s fast and uses his speed as a weapon. Destroying homes, pulling pranks, stealing, messing up the ecosystem, and all that jazz. He might save the world if it meant he didn’t have to die. But he doesn’t care if some Egg-shaped scientist is destroying the world. As long as he’s not bothering Sonic, why should he care? If he does go against Eggman or any other villains, he’d most likely kill them on the spot. Not out of heroism, but just out of spite. He doesn’t like being bothered.

When he says he doesn’t mind being the bad guy, he means it literally. He’d lack the emotional depth Sonic has and be a caricature of the “Cool guy being a jerk” trope. He doesn’t care if he’s seen as evil or not. He just likes causing mischief. No tragic backstory for him. Sonic’s the way he is because he chooses to be. That includes when he’s the bad guy.

He could act like a good guy in front of a crowd, but in reality, he’s causing the issues people believe he’s saved them from. All you gotta do with an evil version of him is turn his best/worst attributes of his personality and crank them to 100. He doesn’t have to be wild and crazy about it. He’d be just as chill and laid back as normal Sonic. Except he enjoys the chaos around him. Unlike other evil interpretations he’s the most similar to normal Sonic. And it makes things so much worse when he causes problems.

This isn’t the perfect idea, but I do like the concept of Sonic but evil in a way that almost doesn’t change his morals/personality.

Zoe, 1. Can anyone have an angel or in this case champion in history or only chosen ones?

2. Are the identities open between the characters and their family or friends?

3. The story will be like a normal Miraculous, where there is the guardian, the heroes are chosen, Gabriel is a motherfucker (especially in relation to Adrien)

Anyone can have an angel! ...as long as you can afford it. It is a very expensive sport, with expensive equipment that is designed to constantly be damaged and need upkeep. It's not for everyone.

Identities are open! ...for most. Some characters, for their own individual reasons, keep their identity secret (for example, Adrien's father doesn't want him to play so he plays with a mask on).

The story is a No Magic AU. No Miraculouses, no Guardians, no "Heroes". But Gabriel will continue to suck (see example above lol). HOWever, with the lack of magic means that many of the characters are more limited than canon in what terrible actions they can take, and therefore, are not irredeemable.

I know the original Angelic Layer anime/manga is not super well known, but it was aimed at fairly young kids, so I'm sticking to a similar tone. And that tone is This is a Game, Games are Meant to be Fun, so Everyone Will Have Fun.
