the only thing worse than this to me would be riz snapping at his mom (unthinkable) or one of the bad kids (life ruining)

pynch being sort of vaguely toxic on and off boyfriends throughout their 20s and then completely settling down off the face of the earth together the second their frontal lobes develop means so much to me. they are never together more than five months at a time but they also never get with anyone else. imagine you are adams college friend telling him constantly they aren’t going to last and to get over him and then they hit 25 and you can’t find either of them for like two years and then you get an invite to their wedding in the middle of bum fuck virginia. they have a daughter and a fully functional life together.

i absolutely adore the head cannon that mike softens his voice around will out of habit, because will was very sensitive to sounds in kindergarten, while mike was a little spoiled as a kid & one day little mike threw a tantrum, which spooked little will, making him flinch.

mike took it to heart and has tried to keep his voice low while speaking to will later on, which has become his habit ever since.

can u imagine taking the seven thrifting. it's leo's idea bc his clothes catch on fire frequently. percy is like, god-tier level at thrifting. the thrift god. he finds like eight high-quality sweaters knit by someone's grandma for like four bucks max. he finds a pair of levi's that fit him perfectly. a carhartt jacket.

annabeth is just confused and follows percy around. she is bad at clothes shopping and overwhelmed and going thrifting reminds her of the labyrinth. at some point it just turns into one of those find the section games. she is, however, enamored by the book section, and must be forcibly dragged away from it.

leo and piper are buying those ridiculously oversized stupid graphic tshirts. leo doesn't care bc he uses them to work in, and they'll get disgusting in like two days. piper just doesn't care, and thinks they're the most comfortable thing there (they are). jason is confused but moves on.

jason likes the trinket section. idk why. he just has trinket energy to me.

so does hazel. she loves the little things and gadgets that don't work. sometimes leo joins her and will fix something she wants in like two seconds. she also finds vintage clothes sometimes and is absolutely in love with them, even if they're the ugliest thing you've ever seen.

frank likes the stuffed animal section, but also enjoys buying an unnecessary amount of sunglasses that make him look insane.
