Ok so post Rufus reanimation Dan goes to Halsey and says that Herbert managed to reanimate dead tissue, while Herbert is not there to back up these claims, and with no notebooks or serum to provide Halsey with proof. What outcome did Dan even want? Dean Halsey was definitely being harsh because he’s being overprotective about Megan and under Hill’s control, but that does not negate the fact that Dan’s dumbass really thought you could approach a man who clearly well versed in the studies of science and medicine just say “My roommate reanimated dead cat tissue” with no proof on hand and expect it to end smoothly. Like, did Dan want a grant? Halsey’s approval? Why did he think this would be the way to get it? I understand Dan’s meant to be kind of a himbo but Jesus Christ. That had to be in Dan’s top 5 dumbest moments in the franchise

dan is high key a gym rat it’s not even funny! phil doesn’t like to exercise a lot unless it’s running on the treadmill or using the elliptical because it’s ‘lazy’ exercise (for lack of a better term) so he can turn his brain off and watch real housewives while exercising. dan has been exercising for ages. he’s been running pretty regularly i believe for years and phil’s tried joining him on runs a couple of times when phil considers taking up running but it never works out because phil tries talking a lot. dan goes to cycling classes and lifts weights and i’m sure does more but the guy is fit. he is unironically a gym bro drinking his protein shakes going on runs and phil is supporting from the sidelines because of his delicate nature.

i never thought about it like this until they started talking about it, but yeah you're absolutely right, he is kind of a gym bro, the signs were all there lol. i need him to be able to transport phil everywhere, he shouldn't be walking tbh you wouldn't make god walk

The doctor taking in somebody who strictly speaking doesn't have anywhere else to go, Dan ended up in the tardis bc what was implied to be one of his very few possessions (AKA his House) was destroyed and he really doesn't have options.

The doctor takes in misfits and the ones who want more and has for a very long time, yes, but the doctor also used to take in the ones with nowhere else to go as opposed to the ones who don't want to be where they had before.

It just has the vibes of classic who to me,

Oooo love the idea of kryptonian pregnancy cravings… imagine Bruce gets a craving for something that no longer exists on earth and it manifesting in just the most bizarre requests Clark has to fufill at unbelievable hours. Dirt is apparently a semi normal pregnancy craving?

Or it be just agonising if you want to angst it up. Pregnancy cravings are a whole new level of cravings you feel like you HAVE to eat something even if it makes no sense. Could be so frustrating if you are craving something which you don’t even know exists/doesn’t exist so you can’t work out what you’re wanting. Apparently my sister drove her husband insane when she was pregnant because she wanted mini watermelons, hard to find here and out of season at the time, so he would have to drive all over the city for them - only for her to get upset because when they didn’t taste correct (they were not in season). She knew it wasnt logical but brain wants what the brain wants!

Now I'm imagining Bruce craving some obscure Kryptonian delicacy that Lex read about one time in the Fortress memory system and Lex, Clark and Alfred have to spend hours trying to create an earth-equivalent one night since Bruce is so grumpy...also my new beloved OC Alpha Dan would be there to help since he's Lex's new boo and wants to be helpful. Dan holds the tablet for Lex while he's squinting at the Kryptonian recipe, like a good alpha :)
