The Wilcats
A great scene of fm bondage from the 1980s sci-fi drama V, which depicted an invasion of earth by reptilian aliens, convincingly disguised as humans. Saying they come in peace, the visitors’ true identity and nature is slowly revealed as they take over the countries of the Earth, instituting a fascist style dictatorship, but with the added horror of seeking to utilise mankind as a food source. A medical student named Juliet (Julie) Parrish becomes a leading light in a Resistance movement, seeking to overthrow the rule of the lizard people.
The Resistance team up with a teen gang called the Wildcats in order to launch an attack on the aliens, and while preparations are underway, Julie comes across a gang member called Andy, secretly radioing the aliens’ mothership in order to betray the Resistance and his fellow Wildcats. Holding a gun on Andy, Julie ascertains the young man’s motive was to save his brother infected with a plague ravaging the earth, which the aliens had promised to cure, in return for information. Julie is unsympathetic, upbraids Andy for betraying his friends and then ties the boy’s hands behind his back and gags him.

Later Julie reveals her captive to the rest of the gang who initially don’t believe Andy would betray them, but he confesses. As the Resistance and gang members hurriedly leave in order to carry on their raid, Julie re-gags Andy, and leaves him in the dark, bound to a chair.
It is a great little sequence, formerly available free on YouTube, but now you have to purchase the episode.

Tron fandom, help????
Pspspsps I’m holding out little treats in my hand please come here.
Anyways, if my semi spam posting hasn’t gave it away I did a sort of? Back to back watching with my dad and now this movie lives rent free in my head.
I have a bunch of questions as I only did one initial watch of each movie, so it’s all hyper confusing as much as I love it please help me out if you can.
What additional media do you recommend, is there stuff to help better understand the universe? I’m more of a “strictly movie” person that extended canon but still.
Ok so the Grid/s. I’m guessing it’s for the whole computer system- thus why the Encom one is MASSIVE as it spans a whole floor where the legacy grid is small because it’s Flynn’s person/arcade system. I know it’s not internet because the first movie is before the internet existed , I just want a more solid idea I think I have it .
So if my idea is right this might explain yori? Like Flynn just didn’t need her in the new Grid (except for the fact he uses the laser built by Lora.) so theoretically there’s multiple versions of programs because you install them or code them into your computer/system so - she’s probably fine just in the original.
That doesn’t explain Lora though, I’m guessing her actress was busy because she seems to show up to fan events and reunion stuff.
What does Encom actually do? Besides being , I suppose a tech company- was this ever said?
… should I make a sideblog, once I do some more research 👀 (I’m gonna)

Book Review: Cosmic Widow (Agent Renault Adventures) - Jonathan Nevair
Hello! The first review of 2025 which was meant to be one of the last of 2024, as I had been hoping to have this up before Christmas and it is long overdue. I have loved all the Agent Renault Adventures series so far, but this one utterly stole the show for me (and it also has my favourite acknowledgement ever!); and in all honesty I don’t think I have done Cosmic Widow justice in this review so…

Your fingers barely fit inside the slit but you're able to pull something out. it's a small piece of paper that reads "Spiracles valve". you're puzzled at the meaning of this phrase. What is a spiracle? what was this paper doing here?
You slump against the metallic door and slowly slide to the floor.
"Having a rough day aren't we?" a voice asks from the other cell. It's a soft voice, femenine.
