plurality is not defined by switching.
plurality is not defined by headcount.
plurality is not defined by an inner world.
plurality is not defined by distinct headmates.
plurality is not defined by communication.
plurality is not defined by getting along internally.
plurality is not defined by an origin.
plurality is defined by multiple consciousnesses/identities in one body. if you say you’re plural, we and many, many others will always believe you. no two plurals are the same, and no one can tell you what you are or aren’t 💞

Hey, if you go on a disabled person's post to talk over them and whine about their aids getting in *your* way, I hope they run over your foot and break at least two toes. Have some compassion and stop being a dick

“You can't be an endogenic because you need trauma to develop plurality and your personality integrated if you didn't have childhood trauma >:(”
Ever heard of internal family systems? A theory/form of therapy which states that everyone even “singlets” have parts.
Can y’all stop taking the idea of integration in childhood seriously because it is metaphorical and is not at all like fusion.
That is why people with (C)PTSD who don't have DID/OSDD struggle with a sense of self because their parts aren't “integrated” but being “integrated” doesn't mean becoming one part it means that the parts work together like the gears of a machine to form a cohesive personality.
(Anyone who starts a fight in the replies will get BLOCKED)

endogenic and mixed origins did/osdd systems who can't get help or support for their trauma, dissociation and other struggles because of your origins, I see you and empathize with you. I'm sorry the community is like this. you are all so strong, and I'm proud of you, and I hope that some day the world is more accepting of your existence and doesn't discredit what you've been through and how it hurts you just because of how you became plural. we love you, don't give up, the world needs more people like you& in it 💙

Tbh inclusive plurality just makes me so happy.
Like I don’t get sysmeds for a lot of reasons but one of the reasons is like…inclusive plurality and the inclusive plural community is just so…comforting and supportive??
Like…why would you have a problem with that??
Inclusive plurality makes plurality something to celebrate.
The plural rings and being accepting of any possible origins or not caring abt origins all together, appreciating your headmates and system as is, not having to see plurality as a disorder, not focusing so much on trauma and the struggles plurality can have, focusing more on the positives, supporting each other, being openly plural, not being ashamed, like…
It’s just so much nicer than fighting and invalidating people all the time.
Like fuck that, I love my system, I love plurality, I love the plural community and I think we should all love each other

Just saw a post that was like “I don’t want the future to be plural because that means giving kids more trauma” and then they tagged it pro endo 🤨🤨
“The future is plural” is about radical acceptance of all plurals and living in a world where we’re allowed to exist without being shamed or harassed for it. It has nothing to do with creating more trauma!! Especially because that’s not a requirement for plurality at all!!

We aren't too into the various sub-communities on sysblr, so we usually try not to talk about them too much. But one thing, that will ALWAYS, without fail, get us angry and yapping is how anti-endos are using -punk tags.
You cannot be punk in any sense of the word and be an anti-endo.
Anti-endos build their entire communities around hatred, harassment, fake claiming, white-western-psychiatry, and a 'self loathing and hate make you real' kind of mentality. All things real punks are Not.
Being punk is about being empathic, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, pushing back against oppressive regimes, and empowering and loving oneself and others.
Anti-endos are not empathetic, they do not care about anyone but themselves, they willfully choose to be ignorant to others struggles, and they praise highly problematic, racist, misogynistic, and overall outdated psychiatry.
You cannot build your identity around hate and be punk. You are what punks stand against.

keep seeing cool posts but then realizing the account is aggressively anti endo/anti nontraumagenic… day is ruined :’(
(seriously though wtf is wrong with people… just because you don’t have trauma doesn’t make you any less valid!!! plurality is SO diverse and unique for each system, they aren’t all the same. same rhetoric as transmeds and anti xenogenders…) -🌿🪲
no matter how many I block and report, they just keep appearing :(( -🐶🎀

Shoutout to brainmades with exomemories. Shoutout to introjects with non-canon/non-factual exomemories.
Your memories are just as real and valid, and it's okay to be affected by them.

So you admit it? You admit that you do not listen to us when we provide you with sources? And thus admit that though you repeatedly ask for sources (Which you are repeatedly given) you do not even READ them? That is not a fair way to engage in a discussion.

The green stripes represent connection and love of nature, community, and inclusivity.
The black stripe represents the collective identity of not being (fully) human, and disconnect from humanity.
The brown stripes represent "weird" nonhumans, the downsides of being nonhuman, and our undying passion for our identity and community.
