Before the war, my husband and I traveled to Egypt for treatment.. and I was unable to return because of October 7.. My daughter Walaa is a type 1 diabetic and needs insulin.. and her sisters now need tarpaulins and winter clothes because of the cold because they live in a torn tent alone without a breadwinner..
