Who is Tim Renwick? Well, he's a session musicians who did many things, including a stint at Sutherland Brothers & Quiver. Actually, they were two bands that merged into one, becoming more powerful in their music that way. Of course, their style can be called the soft rock of the 70's with all the latter entails. You can trace a lineage with folk with them, because they were British, though you also notice they did listen to American peers at the time. Sure, the tunes they did could be heard as a comfort food, yet why does one always need to be so pejorative with these types of groups? The genre they were in is tougher than one could've assumed, because those who achieve a great quality there make the whole thing sound easy.
