Saturday...Hmmm...A new coffee shop, tattoo expo, and some yummy pho!

broiled beef bones not necessary or even traditional, AFAIK. i'm only missing stew beef, which i guess i'll add in later.

but it already smells so good, with the ginger, star anise, bruléed onion and (my addition) makrut lime leaf...
