Today we made Turkey Green Chili with Cheddar Cheese!

Blackened chicken and blackened salmon over some roasted veggies as usual with lemon garlic and chives browned butter, and bacon wrapped asparagus and enoki mushrooms brushed with balsamic vinegar

The bacon wrapped asparagus and mushrooms are under the protein so I pulled a screenshot from stream to show what they look like

Todays stream was moderate and good, I did not overdo it and I’m proud of myself for it :D

We got so much prep done today and it took an hour less than usual! Maybe I’m actually learning how to manage my time better haha
