How am I supposed to sit here, sleep even, knowing that Percy Jackson and I have both called our moms in the middle of the night crying about how we have no friends and we want to go home. How am I supposed to sleep knowing Percy Jackson and I both have said “I think I finally made some real friends” only to be betrayed and hurt by them in the end. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LIVE knowing Percy Jackson and I both deep down feel like we’re broken. FUCK.

Day #9

Catherine Coulson, who played the Log Lady died in 2015 of cancer. Her gravestone looks like every grave you would find in a cemetery, it includes her English name, her Hebrew name, her birth, and death years and the words "Daughter, Mother, Sister, Friends". But above all that are engraved two hands holding a log, a tribute to her iconic role.

She posthumously appeared in the third season of Twin Peaks in which the first episode is dedicated to her. While the fifteenth, the final to feature her character (who announces her death before dying offscreen), is dedicated to Margaret Lanterman, Log Lady herself.

truly still so funny to me that early ghost has the reputation of being darker and more serious when the last two albums were like. narratively cohesive projects which used very specific culturally relevant imagery to criticize the institutions that hallow them & then the first two albums are just like. "the creed of constantinople but EVIL" and "saying cum but in latin"

Holy hell the jumpscare of the timer I set to go off 5 mins before midnight made me think it was already midnight and I was about to be too late to submit my thesis but it wasn't!! And I fucking did it, with a few minutes to spare even!! Second thesis of my academic career done and dusted and miles better than the last one no matter what!!! Holy fuck I doubted a lot if I was gonna be able to pull this off but, I suppose theres nothing I've quite mastered from uni like pacing my work always right to the very deadline :')
