🎀30 Day Glow Up Challenge🎀 - day fourteen
♡ Mindset : when I go out with my friends I detach from my phone for the day which is the best. While I made me way to Joe & The Juice I read a book called “Survival Of The Prettiest” it talks about beauty and the beauty industry. I love reading it definitely helps me pass the time when I’m commuting through out manhattan.
♡ Health : my friend and I have the same glow up goals and we love everything health and wellness and we discussed our goals and what we can do this summer together to help us reach our fitness goals. I live a 80/20 lifestyle so I try my best to not follow my usual meal plan when I’m going out with my friends or by myself. But I do extra walking and when you’re in manhattan you will walk alotttt. My friend and I walked so much purposely so we can get extra steps in. I hit over 10K steps.
♡ Self Care : I got a massage today at Chelsea Wellness it was soooo goodddd. I got the heated oil and hot stones treatment my body felt so relaxed after. While the lady massaged me I practiced my breathing that helps with cortisol and stimulates the Vega nerve I believe don’t quote me lol.
♡ Experience : I explored the city today which was so much fun especially doing it with my friend. Having a social life has definitely helped me through my glow up journey especially having friends on that same journey lol. I had Joe & The Juice I got the blueberry matcha chai latte so good a 8/10 and my friend gave me a piece of her Tunacado sandwich it was good 7/10. We went to Bubby’s Bakery after which was nice. The environment is very relaxed and homey. I got the Mac and cheese 9/10 so goodddd and I got the salmon bagel 6/10 it was good but the bagel was toooo hard. I couldn’t finish all my food so I brought left overs home for my siblings. Today was amazing 10/10 day.
Tell me how you’re doing babes I would love to know my inbox and requests are open<33333

Basic Advantages of Prismatic Battery Modules
High energy density: prismatic battery modules can store more electricity at the same volume and weight, which means that electric vehicles can carry larger capacity battery packs and have longer driving range.
High space utilization: The cells of prismatic batteries are square in shape and can be arranged more closely together, reducing space waste and increasing the energy density of battery packs.
High safety: prismatic battery modules usually use aluminum shells, which have high strength and toughness, and can effectively prevent battery short circuits, leakage and other problems. At the same time, its strong sealing can effectively avoid aging and leakage at the seal, thereby improving the safety of the battery.
Long cycle life: prismatic battery modules have a long cycle life and can withstand multiple charge and discharge cycles while maintaining high performance stability, reducing the maintenance cost of electric vehicles.
Specific applications of prismatic battery modules in electric vehicles
As a power source: prismatic battery modules are the main power source of electric vehicles, providing electrical energy support for the vehicle and driving the vehicle. Its high energy density and long driving range enable electric vehicles to meet daily travel needs and even long-distance travel.
Building battery packs: In electric vehicles, multiple prismatic battery modules are combined into battery packs and installed at the bottom of the vehicle or other suitable locations. The battery pack is monitored and managed by the battery management system (BMS) to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the battery.
Optimizing vehicle performance: The high energy density and long cycle life of prismatic battery modules help improve the power performance and endurance performance of electric vehicles. At the same time, its lightweight design also helps to reduce the overall weight of the vehicle and improve the vehicle's energy efficiency and handling.

What a wild fucking 2024
For those interested, here is the TLDR:
Decided to sell the house to get a much smaller place
House went on the market today ... with showings already scheduled
No, I don't have a new house yet ... that could be a challenge if I don't find something, but I will trust in the universe's energy on this one.
Final stages of negotiating a new job in the Republic of Ireland.
Will need to find, close and settle on house in US and also get the necessary things packed and shipped and relocated to Ireland.
All by the end of August-ish ...
But for now, I shall relax ... It will be just fine ... I will be living solo in Ireland ... adjusting to new frequencies and new energy ... all are welcome.

Going Your Own Way (not necessarily related to Fleetwood Mac but it could be!!!)
In my 21 almost 22 years of living, I have heard this exact sentiment from family members and adjacent, “she just moves to the beat of her own drum”. As a young child this used to drive me absolutely nuts lol…. I think because at the time it was being used in a slightly negative manner as if to say “she’s troubled or odd” versus using it in a celebratory light as I grew up and got older.
I think another reason for why it used to bother me so much is because I’m the only person in my family that’s adopted, I don’t look like anyone around me so it was just another thing to add to the list.
Growing up, my interests were a little “eccentric” and “niche” as my mom would say, they’d include things like being obsessed with the glitz of the 1920’s, various musicals, frog catching, going for tea and scones, anything retro vibes, fashion+design, old cars/ sports cars, going to space and music. Now as a young child you can imagine how odd all of that was to hear coming out of their peers mouth… but still these interest never died, in fact they probably got a little stronger if anything.
Into adulthood is when “going my own way” really started to serve me. As we were all closing up the chapter on highschool and preparing for college or university, I had another plan in mind. Everyone told me I was insane for choosing not to go and that I was probably going to regret not pursuing a post secondary education but to this day I still do not regret the choice I made almost 5 years ago. If I had chosen to pursue that path just to appease the naysayers in my life, I know I would’ve been absolutely miserable. The beauty of having the freedom to choose is that you can do and go wherever you want!
It’s times like these where I’m thankful I took the opportunity to work and experience things like travelling, seeing my favourite artists live whenever I want and being in spaces I would’ve never imagined in my wildest dreams.
I’ve learned that it’s also okay to stick up for yourself and defend your choices or to simply not say anything at all. What you do with your own life is really nobody’s business but yours alone. After all it really is your world and it matters how you spend your precious time.
If you’ve been contemplating exploring other avenues, take this as your sign to do so. Take that leap of faith and bet on yourself because you never know where it will take you!

My Sunday
Waiting for my new scrapbook from Amazon, I have Boo Koo (alot) Polaroid photos from my August vacation and various family gatherings. I'll also be wrapping up the second book in Nikki Jilvontae's Misfits series today. Since it's Hoodoo Heritage Month, I'll be taking some time to bless my tarot cards as well. And naturally, I'm preparing a delightful Sunday dinner too! 🫶🏽
Happy Sunday everyone
