#New cast

Here we go, everybody together! I’m glad I could finally just post the whole cast pic. Who do you think would win? Who’s the first boot? The villain? Protagonist?

Oliver was the last design I made, while Archie was the first (excluding Robbie lol). I don’t draw girls much, so sorry if they’re all worse than the boys. A big theme I was trying to follow was that of subversion. A lot of people here’s personalities don’t quite match their appearance (though some do), or they’re just a twist of a trope the show’s used before. Some of them were just supposed to be subversive with their placements (I.E., Rebecca’s supposed to get eliminated in the last premerge spot after her main underling betrays her and becomes the main villain.). Anyway, it was fun to draw characters that I don’t draw everyday, so yay!

Haven't drawn this series in a long time but when finding out about the designs on the new cast, I spent my week drawing headshots of the characters in question. There's a couple of them I like but knowing with Total Drama's track record, I will hope that some of my predictions are wrong. Regardless, I don't mind the designs in question and love how some of them look too.

New cast for House of the Dragon – Season 2 

Several new cast members were named; nothing yet on Cregan Stark. 🗡

‘House Of The Dragon’ Adds Simon Russell Beale, Freddie Fox, Gayle Rankin & Abubakar Salim To Season 2

Simon Russell Beale, Freddie Fox, Gayle Rankin & Abubakar Salim have joined the cast of HBO’s House of the Dragon for Season 2.

Based on George R.R. Martin’s Fire & Blood, the series, set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones, tells the story of House Targaryen.

Beale will portray Ser Simon Strong, Castellan of Harrenhal and great-uncle to Lord Larys; Fox will portray Ser Gwayne Hightower, son of Otto Hightower, brother to Queen Alicent, and uncle to King Aegon, Queen Helaena, and Prince Aemond; Rankin will portray Alys Rivers, a healer and resident of Harrenhal; Salim will portray Alyn of Hull, a sailor in the Velaryon fleet who served in the Stepstones campaign.

… not me already freaking out over the symbolism in this poster; THE S Y M B O L I S M ! ! ! — the stag antlers from Season 1, the sunlight intermixed with shadows in the background & fold, the Darklings Scars (not to mention that Villaintine’s Day gift clip!!!) Alinas new wardrobe (which first off the costume department has already blown me away and deserves all the awards!!! But also the way it perfectly encapsulates so much storytelling: from the Ravkan army style but slightly more fancy and grown still, to the golden highlights of her power, the blue kefta underneath, and the rust color like Keramzin!!!) the new addition of what I presume to be THE SEA WHIP scales in the symbols, THE FIRE BIRD WINGS WITH MAL!!! Also the way this highlights so many amazing fam art concepts!!!

Everything about this Season seems so amazing already, and the artistry of this show continuously amazes me!!! I can’t wait to fangirl with all my favs!!!

Are we gonna get more representation than expected?

So, I saw this theory on Reddit, but for some reason it disappeared, so I wanna know what you guys think. The theory revolves around the tall dude with the long neck holding a can of soda/juice in the new cast poster.

We'll call him Evan for now.

The theory is that Evan has the can as a hint to something he's hiding from the others. That being that Evan is diabetic. It might be a bit of a stretch, but I think if it is true, that would be really interesting. Of course Chris and Chef would be aware of this, which would be how he could have snacks and drinks without being reprimanded. He would keep this a secret from the other contestants, which would cause them to think he's cheating or something of that nature, which would cause a lot of conflict with Evan and his team.

What do you think? Could this be true?

Scary Sunset.

I'm concepting things way outta order in this story, but I'm sure you can piece things together. Context is for a storybeat where, after defeating and capturing Adagio (thus having all three sirens in her possession), Sunset enacts her revenge plot to release the sirens on Canterlot as Thea discovers she's been manipulated. In a confrontation, the two scuffle and fight over the siren orbs while Sunset struggles with her conflicting wants and emotions.
