Myki inspectors can suck my FAT PENIS
#just got fined for not tapping on the tram and these 5 inspectors fucking cornered me#but the fare is FREE#ITS PART OF MY TRAIN FARE#i should have just shut my mouth and run bc you're allowed to do that but christ those guys are scary#safe to say this has been a very bad day#me talking#i can try to appeal the fine but i highly doubt it'll get through#i looked it up and the fine is probably more than mytrain expenses for the YEAR

Ironman Training Regimen
I received an email today about keeping my current program online. I will start doing that next week. I took a look at the My Training tab and realized that I had completely neglected it.
At 198 days out, right now, I’m really focusing on improving each skill versus increasing my actual endurance. I think it’s important to become better at actual running, swimming, and biking before I get better at doing it fast.
So, in essence, I’m taking 10 steps back to take 100 leaps forward. Drills, increased data accumulation and analyzation, and focusing on recovery and nutrition are all my primary focus.
Oh, and moderation. I want to become a better person while I become a better triathlete and be able to sustain any progress I make for a while.
So, training program coming soon, I promise!

Finally hiked The Incline—and it definitely lived up to the hype. The Manitou Incline gains almost 2,000 feet of elevation in under a mile and averages a 45% grade with some sections as steep as 68% (as evidenced by using my arms to crawl up those portions😂) Not only was it a great workout, but the views were downright stunning👌🏻And nothing will inspire you faster than being passed by people running up these steps with 60lb weighted vests on🙃
