Hello Ms. Charlie,
Is there some way to transfer a pokemon to a new ball without the old one? I keep losing mine, as such I have 5 pokemon, one of which is a charmeleon that I would prefer in a ball.
On a semi related note, is there a "Find my Pokéball" feature in the myTrainer app? I haven't found it yet so I'm hoping that's not in the ~20k ₽ a week subscription plan only.
I'm just starting out on my journey so I don't have that much saved up yet.

yes, you just need to go to a pokemon center and talk to one of the nurses there. they'll be able to scan your pokemon for its registration data so long as you've been using pokeballs sold in marts (all of which are required to automatically microchip the pokemon). once they confirm that it's your pokemon by looking at the trainer id, they'll help you get it into its new ball.
all pokeballs sold in pokemarts are also required to have a ping-back feature for safety reasons. these are generally produced by either silph or devon co., so you just need to download the appropriate app. any pokeball within a certain radius of your phone will let out a pinging sound. this only works if you know the general location you left the ball in, though. otherwise, you can pay extra for pokeballs with what's effectively an airtag installed, but they can get pricey, and you have to make sure to register each ball with the manufacturer's app to be able to use it.

Ironman Training Regimen
I received an email today about keeping my current program online.  I will start doing that next week.  I took a look at the My Training tab and realized that I had completely neglected it.
At 198 days out, right now, I’m really focusing on improving each skill versus increasing my actual endurance.  I think it’s important to become better at actual running, swimming, and biking before I get better at doing it fast.
So, in essence, I’m taking 10 steps back to take 100 leaps forward.  Drills, increased data accumulation and analyzation, and focusing on recovery and nutrition are all my primary focus.  
Oh, and moderation.  I want to become a better person while I become a better triathlete and be able to sustain any progress I make for a while.
So, training program coming soon, I promise!

Independence Day - Week Of Training
Great past week of training.  I’m really feeling amazing and with 20 weeks to go until Ironman, I’m focused and ready.  So excited by the progress that I’ve made and that I keep making week after week.
I changed things up this past week - no multiple workout days, but had a few really nice and long workouts.  Started Monday off with a mile-plus swim, ran 7 miles on Tuesday, rode 101 miles on Wednesday, took a complete rest day on Thursday, ran a half marathon on Friday, nice recovery ride yesterday and a high intensity interval Rowing workout today.
The heat is starting to really warm up here in north Texas, which makes early training even more important.  
My plan as it stands this week will be:
Monday: Bike HIIT + Swim Tuesday:  Run Wednesday: Bike Thursday: Swim Friday:  Run Saturday:  Recover Ride Sunday:  HIIT Row
I also plan to get in a couple of cryo appointments and a deep tissue massage this week as well.
No real issues right now.  Recovery is through the roof and running is becoming all but effortless and I’m a monster on the bike.  I’m serviceable in the pool but anything I drill on seemingly becomes a strength quickly.  
I’m just ready to race!
