1 full meal
2 good quality whole meal shakes
1 workout a day
1 mile walk a day
1 stretch session a day
skincare twice a day
studying 4-6 hours a day
2-3 classes a month!
12 week year style planning
clothes the night before
30 minutes a day during the week speaking w/ family
Sauna 2-3 times a week
Hot yoga once a week
Regular yoga twice a week.
Weights 4 times a week
Outdoor walk once a week
Self date once a week or once every 2 weeks
blog in the morning everyday
Weigh myself and progress photos
64+ oz of water
eat out only 1-3 times a week
M-F tracking MFP
No wine/alcohol; only wine alternatives

one thing i hate about myfitnesspal is that i can do 10k steps and it will tell me how many calories it burned, but then if i work out in the evening that same day it will change the amount of calories it says i burned from walking earlier

-fairly easy day today, 0 hunger + lax from yesterday worked. The meds I’m on reduce appetite but I’m only on them for another few days so I’m scared to come off them 😪 (also hoping to wake up less bloated in the morning cos I’ve been so badly bloated recently 👎👎)
